本发明公开了一种汽车用润滑油,涉及润滑油的技术领域,本发明包括如下质量百分含量的组分:抗泡剂:0.1%‑3%;有机钼:1%‑5%;复合抗氧剂:0.1%‑5%;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺:2%‑4%;清净剂:1%‑5%;粘度指数改进剂:1%‑5%;硼酸盐:0.1%‑2%;基础油:余量。本发明的汽车用润滑油具有优异抗氧化性和耐磨性能、较好的耐高温性能和黏温性能。同时,有机钼的加入可有效取代部分含磷添加剂,具有环保优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油的技术领域,具体是一种汽车用润滑油。
背景技术
摩擦会引起高温、高压、噪音、磨损等表观现象,其中危害最大是磨损,磨损直接影响机械设备运转情况和使用寿命。为减缓机械摩擦现象,相继发展了润滑油技术、磁悬浮技术等。
润滑油能够有效减缓摩擦现象,同时兼具冷却降温、密闭隔离等作用。而随着汽车工业的发展和更为严格环保法规的出台,通过添加清洁、高效的车用润滑油成为提高汽车性能、减少环境污染的重要手段。
汽车零部件具有精密复杂且数量众多的特点。结合其严苛的工作环境对车用润滑油的性能提出了更高要求。
为满足车用润滑油在抗氧化性、黏温性、低温流动性、极压耐磨性等性能要求,众多添加剂被广泛添加到基础油中。
然而,合理调配添加剂以全面均衡的满足汽车用润滑油在抗氧化性、黏温性、低温流动性、极压耐磨性等性能上的要求仍存在技术挑战。由于汽车用润滑油工作时长期暴露在空气中,且承受磨损压力,因此具备更为优异的抗氧化性和极压耐磨性成为发展方向。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种汽车用润滑油,其包括如下质量百分含量的组分:抗泡剂:0.1%-3%;有机钼:1%-5%;复合抗氧剂:0.1%-5%;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺:2%-4%;清净剂:1%-5%;粘度指数改进剂:1%-5%;硼酸盐:0.1%-2%;基础油:余量。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述复合抗氧剂为任基二苯胺、酚酯型抗氧剂、酚类无灰抗氧剂复配而成。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述任基二苯胺、所述酚酯型抗氧剂以及所述酚类无灰抗氧剂的复配比例为:按质量百分比3:1:1。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述清净剂为烷基水杨酸镁、烷基水杨酸钙、硫化烷基水杨酸镁中的一种或多种。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述有机钼为硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸氧钼。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述抗泡剂为甲基丙烯酸酯。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述粘度指数改进剂为聚α烯烃。
本发明的有益技术效果为:
本发明的汽车用润滑油具有优异抗氧化性和耐磨性能、较好的耐高温性能和黏温性能。同时,有机钼的加入可有效取代部分含磷添加剂,具有环保优点。
具体实施方式
下面描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明提出了一种汽车用润滑油,其包括如下质量百分含量的组分:抗泡剂:0.1%-3%;有机钼:1%-5%;复合抗氧剂:0.1%-5%;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺:2%-4%;清净剂:1%-5%;粘度指数改进剂:1%-5%;硼酸盐:0.1%-2%;基础油:余量。
复合抗氧剂为任基二苯胺、酚酯型抗氧剂、酚类无灰抗氧剂复配而成。复合抗氧剂具有如下效果:
(1)任基二苯胺:高温抗氧性能优良,对抑制油品后期氧化效果显著,配伍性好,与酯酚型抗氧剂复合使用效果提升显著;
(2)酯酚型抗氧剂:配伍性强的辅助抗氧剂,能抑制油品高温氧化和油泥形成,能改善其他清净剂、分散剂和抗氧剂间的相容性、配伍性,增强协同效应;
(3)酚类无灰抗氧剂:高温抗氧化性能优异,兼具控制油泥形成,与其他ZDDP、胺类抗氧剂等助剂复合使用,有协调效应。
任基二苯胺、酚酯型抗氧剂以及酚类无灰抗氧剂的复配比例为:按质量百分比3:1:1。
清净剂为烷基水杨酸镁、烷基水杨酸钙、硫化烷基水杨酸镁中的一种或多种。
有机钼为硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸氧钼。
抗泡剂为甲基丙烯酸酯。
粘度指数改进剂为聚α烯烃。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种汽车用润滑油,包括如下组分,以质量百分数表示如下:基础油94.7%,抗泡剂0.1%,有机钼1%,复合抗氧剂0.1%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺2%,清净剂1%,粘度指数改进剂1%,硼酸盐0.1%。此种组成下汽车润滑油的耐磨性和抗氧化性较优,但整体性能不均衡,成本较高,整体效费比低。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种汽车用润滑油,包括如下组分,以质量百分数表示如下:基础油71%;抗泡剂3%;有机钼5%;复合抗氧剂5%;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺4%;清净剂5%;粘度指数改进剂5%;硼酸盐2%。此种组成下汽车润滑油的性能较佳,且整体均衡,成本适中,整体效费比高。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种汽车用润滑油,包括如下组分,以质量百分数表示如下:基础油84.85%,抗泡剂1.55%,有机钼2.55%,复合抗氧剂3%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺1%,清净剂3%,粘度指数改进剂3%,硼酸盐1.05%。此种组成下汽车润滑油的性能偏低,整体效费比低。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件,尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:包括如下质量百分含量的组分:抗泡剂:0.1%-3%;有机钼:1%-5%;复合抗氧剂:0.1%-5%;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺:2%-4%;清净剂:1%-5%;粘度指数改进剂:1%-5%;硼酸盐:0.1%-2%;基础油:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述复合抗氧剂为任基二苯胺、酚酯型抗氧剂、酚类无灰抗氧剂复配而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述任基二苯胺、所述酚酯型抗氧剂以及所述酚类无灰抗氧剂的复配比例为:按质量百分比3:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述清净剂为烷基水杨酸镁、烷基水杨酸钙、硫化烷基水杨酸镁中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述有机钼为硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸氧钼。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗泡剂为甲基丙烯酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为聚α烯烃。
