Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating oil, in particular to lubricating oil for an automobile.
Background
The friction causes appearance phenomena such as high temperature, high pressure, noise, abrasion and the like, wherein the most harmful phenomenon is abrasion, and the abrasion directly influences the running condition and the service life of mechanical equipment. In order to alleviate the mechanical friction phenomenon, a lubricating oil technology, a magnetic suspension technology and the like are developed successively.
The lubricating oil can effectively slow down the friction phenomenon, and has the functions of cooling, sealing, isolating and the like. With the development of the automobile industry and the coming of stricter environmental protection laws and regulations, adding clean and efficient automobile lubricating oil becomes an important means for improving the automobile performance and reducing the environmental pollution.
Automobile parts have the characteristics of precision, complexity and large quantity. The combination of the harsh working environment puts higher requirements on the performance of the lubricating oil for the vehicle.
In order to meet the performance requirements of the lubricating oil for vehicles on oxidation resistance, viscosity-temperature property, low-temperature fluidity, extreme pressure wear resistance and the like, a plurality of additives are widely added into the base oil.
However, it is still a technical challenge to reasonably formulate additives to fully and uniformly meet the requirements of the automotive lubricating oil on oxidation resistance, viscosity-temperature property, low-temperature fluidity, extreme pressure wear resistance and the like. Since the automotive lubricating oil is exposed to air for a long time during operation and is subjected to abrasion pressure, it is a development direction to have more excellent oxidation resistance and extreme pressure wear resistance.
