Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to an automotive interior part, and particularly relates to a height adjusting device for an automotive safety belt.
Background
The safety belt plays an important role as a basic protection device for protecting drivers and passengers in the collision process of the automobile. With the wide application of automobiles, more and more ordinary families with automobiles have the understanding of safety belts, and the understanding of the safety belts is not only simple for protecting the safety of passengers, but also the slow wearing comfort and the operation convenience become the aspects to be considered when consumers buy the automobiles. Therefore, the service performance of the safety belt is used as the field of the propaganda of each large host factory. Whether the height of the safety belt is adjustable or not, the adjusting range and the adjusting comfort are the directions which are advertised most at present, and the method is the most direct and simplest scheme for improving the use comfort of the safety belt. And two types are disclosed for the existing safety belt adjusting structure:
patent CN201611141720.5 discloses a safety belt height adjuster, which comprises a fixing part, a movable part and a locking piece, wherein the locking piece is used for locking the movable part at different height positions of the fixing part, and is characterized in that the locking piece is a damping spring, the height adjuster further comprises an adjusting button and a housing, and the adjusting button is used for driving the damping spring to contract so as to enable the damping spring to move from the first state to the second state. The height adjustment is realized through the height adjustment holes in the fixing part, and the overall rigidity of the fixing part can be ensured only when the distance between the height adjustment holes is very large (generally 20-30 mm), so that the structure is adjusted in a gear type, and the distance between each gear is large, so that the requirements of different human bodies on the height cannot be well matched; 2. this structure passes through adjustment button and slides pulling damping spring at the housing and realize the unblock, and in order to realize the unblock smoothly, adjustment button and damping spring are direct to slide with the inclined plane that has the inclination, and the inclined plane inclination is less, and adjustment button need have enough long stroke just can drive damping spring and realize the unblock, and consequently this structure button unblock stroke is longer, and this structure button unblock direction is the direction (downwards) of regulator fixed part slide, operation and inconvenient.
Patent CN201410602440.4 discloses a height adjuster for a safety belt, wherein a tooth structure is provided along the length direction of a rail member, and the position of the sliding device can be substantially continuously adjusted along the length direction of the rail member by the sliding device through the engaging part of the locking member engaging with different positions of the tooth, so that the height of the safety belt can be substantially continuously adjusted. The unlocking mode of the structure is that the locking block is rotated by the rotating disk and separated from the teeth to realize unlocking. The rotating disc, the locking block and the teeth are all metal structures, the mutual rotating resistance is very large, the required pressing force is very large, and abnormal sound is easily generated by metal friction; moreover, because this structure must let the locking piece break away from the tooth completely just can let the regulator freely slide to this, no matter up or down, this structure all need press the rotary disk unblock after can adjusting, and is too loaded down with trivial details.
Therefore, in order to better realize the continuous adjustment of the safety belt to adapt to different human body requirements and solve the structural problems of long pressing stroke, large pressing force, inconvenient safe direction operation and the like caused by the traditional unlocking mode, the device and the structure of the safety belt height adjuster need to be upgraded and optimized again.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the teeth of the tooth plates 1-2 are bevel teeth, and the bevel teeth are inclined at an angle of 30-45 °.
The assembly process is as follows:
the guide rail assembly is assembled as follows: firstly, the toothed plate is hung on the hook of the guide rail, then the toothed plate and the guide rail are fixed by the rivet 5, and the hook is extruded to deflect so as to prevent the toothed plate from falling off; and selecting a proper limit hole on the toothed plate according to the arrangement requirement to install the limit bolt 5, so that the limit bolt meets the stroke requirement.
The slider assembly is assembled as follows: the buffering spacer is inserted along the concave surface at the bottom of the sliding block until the tail end of the buffering spacer is clamped, the buffering spacer of the assembly is made of POM, the POM has good friction resistance and hardness, and friction and abnormal sound generated when the sliding block and the guide rail slide relatively are reduced. The sliding block is provided with a bolt support connected with the safety belt guide ring, and the guide sleeve and the guide ring can be connected through a connecting bolt.
The assembly mode of the unlocking box body is as follows: the locking mechanism penetrates through corresponding holes in the sliding block and the buffer spacer, and is placed along the inside of the box body, and the reset spring is placed in a gap between the top of the locking mechanism and the box body. Then the shifting piece is placed into the box body, the first upper hook hooks a hanging lug of the locking mechanism, and the bolt is inserted into the box body from the second pin hole and simultaneously inserted into the first pin hole on the shifting piece. The button is arranged in the box body through the jack and pressed by a little force, so that the clamping hole of the button is clamped on the first upper hook of the shifting piece.
As shown in fig. 10, under the pressing force of the return spring, the tooth claws at the bottom of the locking mechanism are engaged with the teeth of the toothed plate, so as to realize locking. Because the profile of tooth of pinion rack is the inclined plane, under certain thrust effect, locking mechanism can slide along the tooth inclined plane of pinion rack, therefore this locking only limits down to adjust, up only need promote the slider and can realize adjusting, and is very convenient.
The adjustment process of the device is as follows:
when the safety belt is downwards adjusted: the button is pressed, and the button drives the shifting piece to rotate upwards along the rotating shaft; when the shifting piece rotates, the first upper hook pulls the locking mechanism to extrude the return spring upwards, the double-fork arm of the shifting piece is designed into an arc-shaped claw shape, the purpose of the shifting piece is convenient to assemble and disassemble, the locking mechanism is prevented from being separated from the shifting piece when the shifting piece is pulled, and the pressing stroke and the pressing force can be effectively reduced due to the shape; the locking mechanism moves upwards to extrude the reset spring, and meanwhile, the tooth claw at the bottom of the locking structure is separated from the toothed plate (see fig. 10), so that the sliding block assembly can freely and continuously slide on the guide rail assembly, and a driver and passengers can randomly adjust the sliding block assembly to a comfortable position according to own requirements.
When the human body is adjusted to be suitable for the comfortable position of the human body, only the button needs to be loosened, the reset spring can extrude the locking mechanism under the action of releasing the elastic force of the reset spring, so that the tooth claw of the reset spring is matched with the tooth of the toothed plate, and locking is realized. And when driver and crew wanted to up adjust the safety belt and go out the area position, only need upwards promote slider assembly, because the profile of tooth of pinion rack is the inclined plane (see in detail 10 and 11), locking mechanism bottom tooth claw can be along the profile of tooth hypotenuse up-motion of pinion rack (the design hypotenuse inclination is comparatively ideal between 30 ~ 45) to the short time breaks away from the pinion rack, if with the last upward propulsion of certain speed, the tooth claw of locking mechanism bottom can be lastingly break away from so that the comfortable position of seeking up in succession under the effect of inertia force under breaking away from the back because the tooth claw can last.
The present invention is not intended to be limited to the particular embodiments of the invention, but rather, the invention is to be construed in all aspects as illustrative and not restrictive and all changes coming within the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be embraced therein.
