as shown in fig. 19, then, after the middle linkage member 4, that is, the gear is installed, because the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 are both clamped into the wedge-shaped card 13, the relative positions of the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 are basically consistent with those of the middle linkage member 4, and after the gear is installed, the positions of the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 are consistent with those of the first rack structure 2a and the second rack structure 3a, so that the symmetry of the moving positions of the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 in the subsequent use process is ensured;
as shown in fig. 20, after the installation of the middle linkage 4 is completed, the button touch plate 26 is pushed, under the action of the middle linkage 4, the wedge-shaped card 13 is forced to be separated from the corresponding in-place card slot, and the first matching part 23 and the second matching part 33 move in opposite directions, so that the wedge-shaped card 13 respectively reenters the corresponding abdication slot, that is, the wedge-shaped card 13 on the same side as the first abdication slot 22 is embedded into the first abdication slot 22, the other wedge-shaped card 13 is embedded into the second abdication slot 32, the first supporting piece 25 and the second supporting piece 35 are just embedded into the corresponding bar-shaped countersink 120, and finally, the elastic piece 5 is installed, that is, the assembly is completed, at this time, the first mounting hole 10 is vertically penetrated with the first headrest rod through hole 24, and the second mounting hole 11 is vertically penetrated with the second headrest rod through hole 34.

then installing the headrest shell 8, covering the headrest shell outside the lifting adjusting locking assembly, covering all the upper headrest rods 7, installing a button 9 at the position corresponding to the button touch plate 26 at the outer side of the headrest shell 8, ensuring that the button 9 can be abutted against the button touch plate 26, enabling the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 to always receive the pulling force from the middle to the two ends under the action of the elastic piece 5 when the button 9 is in a reset state, and enabling the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 to have the trend of reverse movement, so that the first locking plate 20 and the second locking plate 30 are always embedded in the corresponding locking clamping grooves 70, and realizing simultaneous locking of the two sides of the headrest shell 8, and fixing the relative positions between the headrest shell 8 and the headrest rods 7;
when the button 9 is pressed, the button touch plate 26 applies inward pushing force to the driving push block 2 from the end, so that the driving push block 2 moves towards the driven push block 3, the first locking plate 20 withdraws from the corresponding locking clamping groove 70, in the process, the driven push block 3 moves towards the driving push block 2 under the action of the middle linkage 4, and the second locking plate 30 withdraws from the corresponding locking clamping groove 70, so that the two sides of the headrest housing 8 are simultaneously unlocked, and the headrest housing 8 can be moved up and down at the moment, so that the headrest can be lifted and regulated in the up-down direction.
In this embodiment, whether in the installation or the unblock process, initiative ejector pad 2 and driven ejector pad 3 all slide in corresponding slide, prevent effectively that it from taking place the skew, improved the reliable stability of installation effectiveness and later stage use greatly.

meanwhile, the locking sleeve 18 is embedded between the extending part 15 and the locking part 71, so that the assembly tolerance gap of the headrest rod 7 can be fully compensated, the stability of the lifting adjustment locking assembly is ensured, and the shaking offset is prevented.

1. A two-way adjustment push button car seat headrest, comprising:
a headrest rod (7) having locking grooves (70) vertically distributed;
a headrest housing (8) which is sleeved on the headrest rod (7) and can slide up and down along the headrest rod (7);
the lifting adjusting locking component is positioned in the headrest shell (8) and is used for being matched with the locking clamping groove (70) to lock or unlock the headrest shell (8) on the headrest rod (7);
a button (9) positioned outside the headrest housing (8) for triggering the lifting adjustment locking assembly;
the lifting adjusting and locking assembly comprises a base body (1), and a driving push block (2) and a driven push block (3) which are used for unlocking a headrest rod (7), wherein an intermediate linkage piece (4) is arranged between the driving push block (2) and the driven push block (3);
the two ends of the base body (1) are respectively provided with a first mounting hole (10) and a second mounting hole (11) for mounting the headrest rod (7), and both the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole penetrate through the upper surface and the lower surface of the base body (1);
the base body (1) is provided with a mounting cavity (12) penetrating through two ends of the base body along the length direction, the mounting cavity (12) is communicated with a first mounting hole (10) and a second mounting hole (11), the driving push block (2) and the driven push block (3) are both arranged in the mounting cavity (12) in a sliding mode, the driving push block (2) is supported on the base body (1) through an elastic piece (5), and the elastic piece (5) applies force to the driving push block (2) towards the direction that the headrest shell (8) is locked to the headrest rod (7);
when the driving pushing block (2) is close to or far away from the driven pushing block (3), the driven pushing block (3) is correspondingly close to or far away from the driving pushing block (2) under the action of the middle linkage piece (4);
the upper surfaces of the driving pushing block (2) and the driven pushing block (3) close to two sides are provided with ribs (6) along the length direction, raised parts (60) are distributed on the ribs (6) along the length direction, and lubricating grease channels (61) are arranged in the raised parts (60);
the lubricating grease channel (61) penetrates through the protruding portion (60) along two sides of the length direction of the convex rib (6), and two ends of the lubricating grease channel (61) are respectively located on two sides of the width direction of the convex rib (6).

The two-way adjustment button car seat headrest of claim 1, wherein: the two side walls of the mounting cavity (12) are provided with inward protruding wedge-shaped cards (13) at positions close to the middle, one end of the driving push block (2) close to the driven push block (3), and one end of the driven push block (3) close to the driving push block (2) are respectively provided with a first in-place clamping groove (21) and a second in-place clamping groove (31) which are matched with the wedge-shaped cards (13);
the first position clamping groove (21) rear is provided with a first position yielding groove (22), and the second position yielding groove (32) is arranged behind the second position clamping groove (31).

A two-way adjustment push button car seat headrest according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that: a first headrest rod through hole (24) is formed in the position, corresponding to the first mounting hole (10), of the driving push block (2), a first locking plate (20) is arranged in the first headrest rod through hole (24), a second headrest rod through hole (34) is formed in the position, corresponding to the second mounting hole (11), of the driven push block (3), and a second locking plate (30) is arranged in the second headrest rod through hole (34);
the first locking plate (20) is positioned at one side of the first headrest rod through hole (24) close to the driven pushing block (3), and the second locking plate (30) is positioned at one side of the second headrest rod through hole (34) close to the driving pushing block (2).

The two-way adjustment button car seat headrest of claim 5, wherein: the headrest rod (7) is of an integral n-shaped structure and comprises two locking portions (71) which are vertically symmetrically arranged, and a connecting portion (72) which is connected with the upper end parts of the two locking portions (71), wherein the locking portions (71) are matched with the first mounting holes (10) and the second mounting holes (11), and the locking clamping grooves (70) are located on opposite sides of the two locking portions (71).
