汽车工业的迅速发展使其对汽车内饰有着更高的追求,其中,地毯的质感和耐用性至关重要。
CN104371185A公开了一种汽车地毯重涂层的配方及其制备工艺,其公开的汽车地毯重涂层的配方由下述重量百分比的原料制成:硫化钡、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、聚氧乙烯、三元乙丙胶、烷烃聚合物、锌/硬脂酸锌、炭黑、抗氧化剂、稳定剂。同现有技术相比,改进汽车地毯重涂层的配方,使其在长期使用时,不易变质、老化,始终保持汽车地毯的声学性能和相关的物理及化学性能,操作实施起来方便。

目前,对于汽车地毯的多元化改进较多,但是开发一种耐磨、阻燃性优异且低有机气体挥发性(VOC)的汽车地毯十分重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种地毯及其制备方法和应用,所述地毯兼具弹性和硬度,且低VOC,抗沾污性能优异,还具有一定的阻燃性能。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供一种地毯,所述地毯包括依次层叠设置的底料层、面料层和耐磨层;
所述面料层的制备原料按照重量份数包括如下组分:二异氰酸酯50-80份,聚酯多元醇100份,扩链剂5-10份,聚偏二氟乙烯树脂3-5份和催化剂0.1-1份;
所述耐磨层按照重量份数包括如下组分:交叉针刺的聚酯纤维100份,聚偏二氟乙烯树脂8-15份和填料1-20份。
本发明所述地毯分为底料层、面料层和耐磨层,耐磨层中的制备原料中添加特定重量份数的聚偏二氟乙烯树脂,氟元素的存在能降低面料层的表面张力,提升地毯的抗沾污性;除此之外,面料层的制备原料中的制备原料添加有聚偏二氟乙烯树脂,改善面料层的界面性能,利于面料层与其他相邻层的复合,还能提升面料层的硬度。
本发明中,所述面料层的制备原料按照重量份数包括如下组分:

优选地,所述扩链剂包括1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇或乙二胺中的任意一种或至少两种的组合,其中典型但非限制性的组合包括:1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇的组合,1,6-己二醇和乙二胺的组合,1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇和乙二胺的组合等。

优选地,所述填料包括三元乙丙橡胶和/或硅橡胶。
优选地,耐磨层和面料层之间设置有含有活性炭颗粒的胶粘层。本发明将带有吸附作用的活性炭颗粒单独设置于胶粘层中,使其不用在地毯各层设置,节约原料,提升对有机挥发性气体的吸收。
优选地,所述底料层的厚度为15-25mm,例如16mm、18mm、20mm、22mm、24mm等。
优选地,所述面料层的厚度为10-15mm,例如11mm、12mm、13mm、14mm等。
优选地,所述耐磨层的厚度为5-15mm,例如6mm、8mm、10mm、12mm、14mm等。
第二方面,本发明提供一种第一方面所述的地毯的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将底料层和耐磨层的制备原料分别开松混合后,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网,再进行针刺加固,得到底料层和耐磨层;
步骤2、将二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇、扩链剂和催化剂混合后,形成聚氨酯,再与聚偏二氟乙烯树脂熔融混合,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网,再进行针刺加固,得到面料层;
步骤3、将底料层、面料层和耐磨层依次复合,得到所述地毯。
优选地,所述步骤1中,所述针刺加固包括预针刺和二次针刺。
优选地,所述预针刺的深度8-10mm,例如8.2mm、8.5mm、8.8mm、9.2mm、9.5mm、9.8mm等,预针刺的密度为50-200针/cm2,例如80针/cm2、100针/cm2、120针/cm2、150针/cm2、180针/cm2等。
优选地,所述二次针刺的深度6-8mm,例如6.2mm、6.4mm、6.6mm、6.8mm、7.0mm、7.2mm、7.4mm、7.6mm等,预针刺的密度为100-150针/cm2,例如110针/cm2、120针/cm2、130针/cm2、140针/cm2等。
优选地,所述步骤2中,聚氨酯的制备方法具体包括:将聚酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯混合,在催化剂作用下反应生成聚氨酯预聚物,再将聚氨酯预聚物在扩链剂作用下,形成聚氨酯。
优选地,所述面料层和耐磨层是通过含有活性炭颗粒的胶粘层复合。
第三方面,本发明提供一种第二方面所述的地毯在汽车中的应用。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所述地毯兼具弹性和硬度,且低VOC,抗沾污性能优异,还具有一定的阻燃性能。本发明所述地毯的杨氏模量在6.3-6.5MPa之间,断裂伸长率在370-402%之间,TVOC在2862μg/m3以内,抗沾污性能在1-2级。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。本领域技术人员应该明了,所述实施例仅仅是帮助理解本发明,不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种地毯,所述地毯包括依次层叠设置的底料层、面料层、胶粘层和耐磨层;
(1)底料层,厚度为20mm,具体如下:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物:70重量份,购于杜邦,牌号为EVA210W,克重为400g/m2
聚氨酯:30重量份,购于巴斯夫,牌号为1160A13P,克重为400g/m2
阻燃剂:12重量份,聚氨酯阻燃剂,购于上海聚千新材料发展有限公司,型号CZ。
(2)面料层,厚度为12mm,具体如下:
二异氰酸酯:40重量份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和20重量份对苯二异氰酸酯;
聚酯多元醇:100重量份聚己内酯多元醇,购于上海麦克林生化科技有限公司;羟值为65mg KOH/g,数均分子量为2000g/mol;
扩链剂:8重量份,1,4-丁二醇;
聚偏二氟乙烯树脂:4重量份,购于上海源叶生物科技有限公司,牌号为S63756-1g;
催化剂:0.5重量份,四正丁基锡。
防老剂:3重量份,2,7-二溴-9,9二甲基吖啶;
稳定剂:4重量份,紫外线吸收剂UV-1084。
(3)耐磨层,厚度为8mm,具体如下:
交叉针刺的聚酯纤维:100重量份,购于东莞市塑宇化工有限公司,型号为2420K;
聚偏二氟乙烯树脂:10重量份,购于上海源叶生物科技有限公司,牌号为S63756-1g;
填料:10重量份,三元乙丙橡胶,购于湖北永阔科技有限公司;
5重量份,硅橡胶,购于阿拉丁,牌号为S112243-2.5kg;
(4)胶粘层:厚度为1mm,具体如下;
20重量份活性炭颗粒和100份聚丙烯熔胶(购于南通润丰石油化工有限公司)。
上述地毯的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将底料层和耐磨层的制备原料分别开松混合后,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网,再进行预针刺和二次针刺加固,得到底料层和耐磨层;
步骤2、将聚酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯混合,在催化剂作用下,在75℃下反应5h,生成聚氨酯预聚物,再将聚氨酯预聚物在扩链剂作用下,在130℃下反应4.5h,形成聚氨酯;
再与聚偏二氟乙烯树脂、防老剂和稳定剂熔融混合,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网;
然后进行预针刺加固,预针刺的深度9mm,预针刺的密度为100针/cm2,再进行二次针刺加固,二次针刺的深度7mm,预针刺的密度为120针/cm2,得到面料层;
步骤3、再将将底料层、面料层、胶粘层和耐磨层依次复合,得到所述地毯。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种地毯,所述地毯包括依次层叠设置的底料层、面料层、胶粘层和耐磨层;
(1)底料层,厚度为15mm,具体如下:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物:70重量份,购于杜邦,牌号为EVA210W,克重为400g/m2
聚氨酯:30重量份,购于巴斯夫,牌号为1160A13P,克重为400g/m2
阻燃剂:12重量份,聚氨酯阻燃剂,购于上海聚千新材料发展有限公司,型号CZ。
(2)面料层,厚度为15mm,具体如下:
所述面料层的制备原料按照重量份数由如下组分组成:
二异氰酸酯:50重量份,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;
聚酯多元醇:100重量份,100重量份聚己内酯多元醇,购于上海麦克林生化科技有限公司;羟值为65mg KOH/g,数均分子量为2000g/mol;
扩链剂10份,1,6-己二醇;
聚偏二氟乙烯树脂:5重量份,
催化剂:1重量份,辛酸亚锡。
防老剂:3重量份,2,7-二溴-9,9二甲基吖啶;
稳定剂:4重量份,紫外线吸收剂UV-1084。
(3)耐磨层,厚度为15mm,具体如下:
交叉针刺的聚酯纤维:100重量份,购于东莞市塑宇化工有限公司,型号为2420K;
聚偏二氟乙烯树脂:8重量份,购于上海源叶生物科技有限公司,牌号为S63756-1g;
填料:3重量份,三元乙丙橡胶,购于湖北永阔科技有限公司;
2重量份,硅橡胶,购于阿拉丁,牌号为S112243-2.5kg;
(4)胶粘层:厚度为1mm;
20重量份活性炭颗粒和100份聚丙烯熔胶(购于南通润丰石油化工有限公司)。
上述地毯的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将底料层和耐磨层的制备原料分别开松混合后,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网,再进行预针刺和二次针刺加固,得到底料层和耐磨层;
步骤2、将聚酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯混合,在催化剂作用下,在75℃下反应5h,生成聚氨酯预聚物,再将聚氨酯预聚物在扩链剂作用下,在130℃下反应4.5h,形成聚氨酯;
再与聚偏二氟乙烯树脂、防老剂和稳定剂熔融混合,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网;
然后进行预针刺加固,预针刺的深度8mm,预针刺的密度为200针/cm2,再进行二次针刺加固,二次针刺的深度6mm,预针刺的密度为150针/cm2,得到面料层;
步骤3、再将将底料层、面料层、胶粘层和耐磨层依次复合,得到所述地毯。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种地毯,所述地毯包括依次层叠设置的底料层、面料层、胶粘层和耐磨层;
(1)底料层,厚度为25mm,具体如下:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物:70重量份,购于杜邦,牌号为EVA210W,克重为400g/m2
聚氨酯:30重量份,购于巴斯夫,牌号为1160A13P,克重为400g/m2
阻燃剂:12重量份,聚氨酯阻燃剂,购于上海聚千新材料发展有限公司,型号CZ。
(2)面料层,厚度为10mm,具体如下:
所述面料层的制备原料按照重量份数由如下组分组成:
二异氰酸酯:80重量份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
聚酯多元醇:100重量份,聚己二酸己二醇酯多元醇,购于湖北万业医药有限公司;
扩链剂:10份,乙二胺;
聚偏二氟乙烯树脂:3重量份,购于上海源叶生物科技有限公司,牌号为S63756-1g;
催化剂:0.1重量份,N,N'-双吗琳基二乙基醚。
防老剂:3重量份,4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷;
稳定剂:4重量份,紫外线吸收剂UV-1084。
(3)耐磨层,厚度为5mm,具体如下:
交叉针刺的聚酯纤维:100重量份,购于东莞市塑宇化工有限公司,型号为2420K;
聚偏二氟乙烯树脂:15重量份,购于上海源叶生物科技有限公司,牌号为S63756-1g;
填料:10重量份,三元乙丙橡胶,购于湖北永阔科技有限公司;
10重量份,硅橡胶,购于阿拉丁,牌号为S112243-2.5kg;
(4)胶粘层:厚度为1mm;
20重量份活性炭颗粒和100份聚丙烯熔胶(购于南通润丰石油化工有限公司)。
上述地毯的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将底料层和耐磨层的制备原料分别开松混合后,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网,再进行预针刺和二次针刺加固,得到底料层和耐磨层;
步骤2、将聚酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯混合,在催化剂作用下,在75℃下反应5h,生成聚氨酯预聚物,再将聚氨酯预聚物在扩链剂作用下,在130℃下反应4.5h,形成聚氨酯;
再与聚偏二氟乙烯树脂、防老剂和稳定剂熔融混合,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网;
然后进行预针刺加固,预针刺的深度10mm,预针刺的密度为50针/cm2,再进行二次针刺加固,二次针刺的深度8mm,预针刺的密度为100针/cm2,得到面料层;
步骤3、再将将底料层、面料层、胶粘层和耐磨层依次复合,得到所述地毯。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于不设置胶粘层,胶粘层的制备原料与聚偏二氟乙烯树脂一起与聚氨酯熔融混合,形成面料层,其余均与实施例1相同。
实施例5-6
实施例5-6与实施例1的区别在于耐磨层中,聚偏二氟乙烯树脂的重量份数分别为8份(实施例5)和15份(实施例6),其余均与实施例1相同。
对比例1-2
对比例1-2与实施例1的区别在于耐磨层中,聚偏二氟乙烯树脂的重量份数分别为5份(对比例1)和20份(对比例2),其余均与实施例1相同。
性能测试
将实施例1-6和对比例1-2进行如下测试:
(1)VOC性能:按照GN/T 27630-2011《乘用车内空气质量评价指南》指出的HJ/T400-2007《车内挥发性有机物和醛酮类物质采样测定方法》进行测试;
(2)力学性能:按照GB/T 528-2009在万能材料测试仪上测试力学性能;
(3)抗沾污性能:按照JGT 304-2011标准的规定,测试TPU薄膜对于油性记号笔以的抗沾污性;1级表示用干无绒棉布可清除,2级表示用1%中性水性弱清洗剂可清除,3级表示用柑橘基清洗剂可清除。
测试结果汇总于表1中。

分析表1数据可知,本发明所述地毯的杨氏模量在6.3-6.5MPa之间,断裂伸长率在370-402%之间,TVOC在2862μg/m3以内,抗沾污性能在1-2级,兼具弹性和硬度,且低VOC,抗沾污性能优异。
分析对比例1-2与实施例5-6可知,对比例1-2性能不如实施例5-6,对比例1抗沾污性较差,对比例2弹性较差,TVOC值偏高,证明聚偏二氟乙烯树脂的重量份数在8-15份范围内形成的地毯性能更佳。
分析实施例4与实施例1可知,实施例4的性能不如实施例1,其中,TVOC的值发生明显提升,证明将吸附材料单独设置于热熔胶层中,可以不损失面料层的性能,而且吸附材料与面料层和耐磨层均能接触,更利于挥发性气体的吸收。
本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的详细方法,但本发明并不局限于上述详细方法,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细方法才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种地毯,其特征在于,所述地毯包括依次层叠设置的底料层、面料层和耐磨层;
所述面料层的制备原料按照重量份数包括如下组分:二异氰酸酯50-80份,聚酯多元醇100份,扩链剂5-10份,聚偏二氟乙烯树脂3-5份和催化剂0.1-1份;
所述耐磨层按照重量份数包括如下组分:交叉针刺的聚酯纤维100份,聚偏二氟乙烯树脂8-15份和填料1-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述底料层的材质包括聚酯纤维和阻燃剂;
优选地,所述底料层中,聚酯纤维的克重为300-500g/m2
优选地,所述聚酯纤维包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和/或聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述面料层的制备原料还包括助剂;
优选地,所述助剂包括防老剂、柔软剂、开孔剂或稳定剂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯包括六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环己烷二亚甲基二异氰酸、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或对苯二异氰酸酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述聚酯多元醇包括聚己内酯多元醇、聚己二酸己二醇酯多元醇或聚己二酸乙二醇酯多元醇中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述聚酯多元醇的的羟值为50-70mg KOH/g,数均分子量为1500-3000g/mol;
优选地,所述扩链剂包括1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇或乙二胺中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述催化剂包括四正丁基锡、氯化亚锡、辛酸亚锡、羟基三甲基锡、二丁基二月桂酸锡、N-甲基吗琳或N,N'-双吗琳基二乙基醚中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述耐磨层中,所述填料包括三元乙丙橡胶和/或硅橡胶;
优选地,耐磨层和面料层之间设置有含有活性炭颗粒的胶粘层。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述底料层的厚度为15-25mm;
优选地,所述面料层的厚度为10-15mm;
优选地,所述耐磨层的厚度为5-15mm。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将底料层和耐磨层的制备原料分别开松混合后,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网,再进行针刺加固,得到底料层和耐磨层;
步骤2、将二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇、扩链剂和催化剂混合后,形成聚氨酯,再与聚偏二氟乙烯树脂熔融混合,梳理后铺叠成至少两层纤维网,再进行针刺加固,得到面料层;
步骤3、将底料层、面料层和耐磨层依次复合,得到所述地毯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,所述针刺加固包括预针刺和二次针刺;
优选地,所述预针刺的深度8-10mm,预针刺的密度为50-200针/cm2
优选地,所述二次针刺的深度6-8mm,预针刺的密度为100-150针/cm2
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中,聚氨酯的制备方法具体包括:将聚酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯混合,在催化剂作用下反应生成聚氨酯预聚物,再将聚氨酯预聚物在扩链剂作用下,形成聚氨酯;
优选地,所述面料层和耐磨层是通过含有活性炭颗粒的胶粘层复合。
