The invention provides a shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part and a full-automatic sleeving system thereof, which comprise a cylinder connecting block, an elastic unloading claw, a spring, a material taking contact pin, an elastic hoop, an O-shaped rubber ring, a cap-shaped transition taper sleeve with a concave top end, a valve needle with a shaft groove, a valve needle jig and a valve needle jig vent hole; the cylinder connecting block moves downwards, the material taking contact pin is abutted into the concave surface at the top end of the transition taper sleeve and retracts against the downward elastic force of the spring, and the O-shaped rubber ring is pushed to the straight section of the transition taper sleeve by the elastic unloading clamping jaw; the cylinder connecting block continues to push down, the elastic discharge jack catch continues to push down the O-shaped rubber ring on the conical section of the transition taper sleeve under the pressure effect of the elastic discharge jack catch, four flaps close to the outer wall of the transition taper sleeve are opened, the O-shaped rubber ring is pushed into a valve needle shaft groove arranged in a groove in the upper end face of a valve needle jig, the problem that the O-shaped rubber ring with the inner diameter of 6mm and below cannot use mechanisms such as an expansion jack catch in the shaft groove is solved, and therefore assembly efficiency is improved, and assembly strength is reduced.

Background
At present, a plurality of assembling mechanisms are arranged in a shaft groove, the technology is mature, the production efficiency is high, generally, mechanisms such as a conical column or an expansion claw are adopted to uniformly expand the inner diameter of the O-shaped rubber ring, and the O-shaped rubber ring is restored to be original shape when the O-shaped rubber ring moves to the position of the shaft groove so as to be embedded into the shaft groove.
In the prior art, an O-shaped rubber ring (with the inner diameter of 6mm or less) is arranged in a shaft groove, and because the O-shaped rubber ring is too small, mechanisms such as an expanding claw and the like cannot be used, manual assembly is usually adopted, so that the installation efficiency is low, and the labor intensity of personnel is high; although the prior art uses some auxiliary tools (such as transition taper sleeve) to mount the O-ring in the shaft groove, the mounting method needs to pre-mount the O-ring on the transition taper sleeve, and the mounting efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an axial groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part which comprises a cylinder connecting block, an elastic discharging claw, a spring, a material taking contact pin, an elastic hoop, an O-shaped rubber ring, a cap-shaped transition taper sleeve with a concave top end, a valve needle with an axial groove, a valve needle jig and a valve needle jig vent hole; the upper end head of the elastic discharging clamping jaw is in threaded connection with the cylinder connecting block, the lower end head of the elastic discharging clamping jaw is processed into at least two pieces, at least one elastic clamping hoop is arranged outside the elastic discharging clamping jaw, and an inverted convex through hole is formed in the elastic discharging clamping jaw; the material taking contact pin is of a T-shaped structure, and the lower end head of the material taking contact pin is of a ball head shape; the material taking contact pin and the spring are sequentially arranged in the inverted convex through hole of the elastic unloading clamping jaw from bottom to top, and the lower end head of the material taking contact pin is exposed out of the lower end of the inverted convex through hole; the upper end face of the valve needle jig is provided with a groove, the bottom of the groove is provided with a vent hole of the valve needle jig, and the other port of the vent hole is connected with an automatic switching blowing or air suction pipeline.
The lower end head of the elastic discharging claw is processed into four petals.
The elastic discharging claw is made of polyformaldehyde.
The inner diameter of the O-shaped rubber ring is 6mm or less.
The cylinder connecting block is driven by reciprocating up-and-down motion of a cylinder, a linear motor, an electric cylinder, a manual press and the like.
The invention also provides a full-automatic sleeving system which comprises the shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part.
The invention provides an axial groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part and a full-automatic sleeving system thereof, which comprise a cylinder connecting block, an elastic unloading claw, a spring, a material taking contact pin, an elastic hoop, an O-shaped rubber ring, a cap-shaped transition taper sleeve with a concave top end, a valve needle with an axial groove, a valve needle jig and a valve needle jig vent hole; the cylinder connecting block moves downwards, the material taking contact pin is abutted into the concave surface at the top end of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve and retracts against the downward elastic force of the spring, and the O-shaped rubber ring is pushed to the straight section of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve by the elastic unloading clamping jaw; the cylinder connecting block continues to be pressed down, the elastic discharging clamping jaw continues to push the O-shaped rubber ring down to the conical section of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve under the pressure effect of the elastic discharging clamping jaw, four flaps close to the outer wall of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve are opened, the O-shaped rubber ring is pushed into a valve needle shaft groove arranged in a groove in the upper end face of the valve needle jig, the problem that the O-shaped rubber ring with the inner diameter of 6mm and below cannot use expanding claws and other mechanisms in the shaft groove is solved, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the assembling strength is reduced.

The conception, the specific structure and the technical effects of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features and the effects of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling portion includes a cylinder connecting block 1, an elastic discharging claw 2, a spring 3, a material taking contact pin 4, an elastic clamp 5, an O-shaped rubber ring 6, a cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7, a valve needle 8, a valve needle jig 9 and a valve needle jig vent hole 10. The valve needle jig 9 is placed on an assembly platform of the shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembly part.
As shown in fig. 2, the elastic discharge claw 2 is made of POM (polyoxymethylene), the external thread of the upper end of the elastic discharge claw is connected with the cylinder connecting block 1, the lower end of the elastic discharge claw is processed into four pieces, the elastic clamp 5 is arranged outside the elastic discharge claw, and the inverted convex through hole is arranged inside the elastic discharge claw; the material taking contact pin 4 is of a T-shaped structure, and the lower end head of the material taking contact pin is of a ball head shape; the material taking contact pin 4 and the spring 3 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top of the inverted convex through hole, and one end of the material taking contact pin 4 is exposed out of the lower end of the inverted convex through hole; after the cylinder connecting block 1 and the elastic unloading clamping jaw 2 are connected and screwed, the spring 3 is completely pressed into the upper port of the inverted convex through hole of the elastic unloading clamping jaw 2, and the material taking contact pin 4 can move up and down in the inverted convex through hole of the elastic unloading clamping jaw 2 along with the pressing of the cylinder connecting block 1; as shown in fig. 1, a groove is formed on the upper end surface of the valve needle jig 9, a valve needle jig vent hole 10 is formed at the bottom of the groove, and the other port of the vent hole is connected with an automatic control blowing or sucking pipeline; a valve needle 8 with an axial groove is vertically placed in a groove on the upper end face of the valve needle jig 9, then a cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 at the top end of a concave surface is sleeved on the upper side of the axial groove of the valve needle 8, as shown in fig. 2, the cylinder connecting block 1 moves downwards, the material taking contact pin 4 is propped in the concave face at the top end of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7, the material taking contact pin 4 retracts by overcoming the downward elastic force of the spring 3, and the O-shaped rubber ring is pushed to the straight section of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 by the elastic unloading clamping claw 2; the cylinder connecting block 1 is continuously pressed downwards, the elastic unloading clamping jaws 2 continuously push the O-shaped rubber ring downwards onto the conical surface section of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 under the pressure action of the elastic unloading clamping jaws, four flaps close to the outer wall of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 are opened, and then the O-shaped rubber ring is pushed into a valve needle 8 shaft groove arranged in a groove on the upper end face of the valve needle jig 9; then the cylinder connecting block 1 moves upwards to drive the elastic unloading clamping jaw 2 to ascend, meanwhile, the material taking contact pin 4 moves out of the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve upwards under the double acting force of the spring 3 and the elastic clamp 5, the elastic unloading clamping jaw 2 restores to the original state, then the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 is taken down, and the valve needle 8 is taken down; this completes one action.
The cylinder connecting block 1 is driven by reciprocating up and down motion of a cylinder, a linear motor, an electric cylinder, a manual press and the like.
The shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part provided by the invention can be applied to a full-automatic compression type ring system for sleeving a shaft groove type valve needle by an O-shaped rubber ring.
The O-shaped rubber ring 6 is poured into the vibration disc by an operator. The vibration dish is sent to the location platform on disorderly unordered O type rubber circle 6 through vibration neatly orderly, then gets material contact pin cylinder anchor clamps and cliies and get material contact pin 4 perpendicular downstream, gets material contact pin 4 and inserts 6 holes of O type rubber circle, because get about 0.2mm bigger than O type rubber circle internal diameter of material contact pin 4 diameter ratio, O type rubber circle 6 is got material contact pin 4 and is inserted the hole and closely wrap up on the syringe needle and take smoothly like this. The valve needle 8 is blown to the valve needle fixture 9 through a feeding pipeline, the air vent 10 of the valve needle fixture is connected with compressed air and a vacuum generator through an air suction or blowing pipeline, and positive and negative pressure can automatically switch air suction and blowing through the air vent of the valve needle fixture through a group of electromagnetic valves. The cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 is driven by a cap-shaped transition taper sleeve cylinder to drive a clamping hand clamp to be lifted to the position above the valve needle 8 and sleeved into the step of the valve needle. The valve needle jig vent hole 10 is switched to a negative pressure state, and the valve needle 8 and the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 are sucked to prevent toppling in the assembling process. Then, the whole O-shaped ring assembling part moves to the position above the valve needle jig 9 in a transverse mode under the action of the air cylinder, and the whole assembling process is completed through downward pressing. After assembly, the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve 7 is driven by the cap-shaped transition taper sleeve cylinder to clamp and retract, and the valve needle jig air hole 10 is switched to positive pressure to blow the valve needle 8 away.
The shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part provided by the invention is suitable for the O-shaped rubber ring 6 with the inner diameter of 6mm or less.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiment, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications, additions and substitutions within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

1. The shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part is characterized by comprising a cylinder connecting block (1), an elastic unloading clamping jaw (2), a spring (3), a material taking contact pin (4), an elastic clamp (5), an O-shaped rubber ring (6), a cap-shaped transition taper sleeve (7) with a concave top end, a valve needle (8) with a shaft groove, a valve needle jig (9) and a valve needle jig vent hole (10); the upper end of the elastic unloading clamping jaw (2) is in threaded connection with the cylinder connecting block (1), the lower end of the elastic unloading clamping jaw is processed into at least two pieces, at least one elastic hoop (5) is arranged outside the elastic unloading clamping jaw, and an inverted convex through hole is formed in the elastic unloading clamping jaw; the material taking contact pin (4) is of a T-shaped structure, and the lower end head of the material taking contact pin is of a ball head shape; the material taking contact pin (4) and the spring (3) are sequentially arranged in the inverted convex through hole of the elastic unloading clamping jaw (2) from bottom to top, and the lower end head of the material taking contact pin (4) is exposed out of the lower end of the inverted convex through hole; the upper end surface of the valve needle jig (9) is provided with a groove, the bottom of the groove is provided with a valve needle jig vent hole (10), and the other port of the vent hole (10) is connected with an automatic switching blowing or suction pipeline.
2. The shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part according to claim 1, wherein the lower end head of the elastic discharging claw (2) is processed into four pieces.
3. The shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the elastic discharging claw (2) is made of polyformaldehyde.
4. The shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part according to claim 3, wherein the inner diameter of the O-shaped rubber ring (6) is 6mm or less.
5. The shaft groove type O-shaped rubber ring assembling part according to claim 4, wherein the cylinder connecting block (1) is driven by reciprocating up and down motion of a cylinder, a linear motor, an electric cylinder, a manual press and the like.
6. A fully automatic sleeving system, comprising said shaft groove type O-ring fitting portion of claim 1, 2, 4 or 5.
7. A fully automatic sleeving system comprising said shaft groove type O-ring fitting portion according to claim 3.
