Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments of the present application and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A cooking appliance, a control method of the cooking appliance, a control device of the cooking appliance, and a computer-readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100 including: an air pressure regulating assembly 110, a controller 120 and a cooking appliance body 130. The controller 120 stores control instructions. The cooking appliance body 130 is adapted to receive the food material 300 and is provided with an interface 138. The controller 120 outputs a control command to the air pressure regulating component 110, and the air pressure regulating component 110 inputs air into the cooking utensil body 130 through the interface 138 according to the control command, so as to control the air pressure in the cooking utensil body 130 to rise and fall at least once, so that sugar in the food material 300 is promoted to be separated out.
The cooking apparatus 100 in this embodiment includes any one of an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stew pot, an electric steamer, and an electric frying pan, which heats and cooks the food material 300 to cook the food material 300. The cooking appliance 100 of the present embodiment is an electric cooking appliance 100, which generates heat under electric drive to heat the food 300. For example, the cooking apparatus 100 of the present embodiment is an electric cooker, which is particularly suitable for cooking the cereal food 300.
In the related art, a method of cooking before steaming is generally adopted, so that sugar of the food material 300 is mixed into the soup during the cooking of the food material 300, and then the food material 300 is steamed, so that the effect of reducing sugar is limited. The cooking apparatus 100 of the embodiment heats the food 300 to precipitate sugar, and controls the air pressure regulating component 110 to control the air pressure in the cooking apparatus 100 to rise and fall through the controller 120, so that the food 300 is heated and receives the scouring of a liquid cooking medium such as water under the action of the air pressure change, thereby increasing the speed of precipitating sugar of the food 300, promoting the efficiency of precipitating sugar of the food 300, and further improving the effect of the cooking apparatus 100 on reducing and draining sugar of the food 300.
In particular, the present embodiment uses the air pressure regulating assembly 110 to input air into the cooking apparatus body 130 through the interface 138 on the cooking apparatus body 130 to regulate the air pressure in the cooking apparatus body 130. P1 is the set pressure. t1 is a first set time, and t2 is a second set time. The above parameters are preset before shipment of the cooking appliance 100 or are set and adjusted by the user by himself. When rice is cooked, firstly, the rice water mixture is heated to a preset temperature by utilizing high-temperature steam, wherein the actual cooking temperature can be detected by a temperature sensing device to judge whether the actual cooking temperature reaches the preset temperature, and the rice water mixture can be heated to a fixed time to enable the rice water mixture to be heated. Further, in this embodiment, the cooking appliance body 130 is kept airtight by, for example, closing the air outlet control valve, and steam is continuously introduced, so that the pressure in the pot is increased to a predetermined value, then the steam is stopped to be introduced, the pressure in the pot is increased to the pressure inside the air pressure regulating assembly 110 as a steam system, then the pressure is released by, for example, opening the control valve, and the water falls back into the pot under the action of gravity to wash the surface of the rice at least once, wherein the air outlet control valve is normally opened.
In this embodiment, the air pressure regulating assembly 110 is controlled to convey steam into the cooking appliance body 130, so that the air pressure in the cooking appliance body 130 is increased, the liquid cooking medium is extruded out of the cooking appliance 100 under the action of the air pressure, the liquid level of the liquid cooking medium is lowered relative to the food 300, and further, the air pressure in the cooking appliance body 130 is reduced by controlling the air pressure regulating assembly 110 to discharge the steam in the cooking appliance body 130, at this time, the discharged liquid cooking medium is returned to the inside of the cooking appliance body 130 again, and the liquid level of the liquid cooking medium is raised relative to the food 300. The process realizes one-time scouring process of the liquid cooking medium on the surface of the food material 300, and the sugar separated out from the surface of the food material 300 is scoured into the liquid cooking medium, so that the blood sugar reducing effect of the cooking utensil 100 on the food material 300 is improved.
In this embodiment, the air pressure regulating assembly 110 can be controlled to convey and discharge steam into the cooking utensil body 130 for multiple times, so that the liquid cooking medium can repeatedly wash the food material 300 for a certain time, and the rice soup in the pot is discharged through the water inlet and outlet system, and then water is added again for steaming for a certain time until the rice is steamed. The procedure is ended and the low sugar meal is completed.
In summary, the beneficial effects of the embodiment of the invention are as follows: when the cooking utensil 100 cooks the food material 300 through the liquid cooking medium, the controller 120 can control the air pressure regulating and controlling component 110 to output the steam medium, and control the air pressure in the cooking utensil 100 to rise and fall through the steam medium, so that the liquid cooking medium in the cooking utensil 100 flows under the action of the air pressure, and further the liquid cooking medium flushes sugar separated from the surface of the food material 300 when flowing, so that the sugar is separated from the food material 300, and the sugar reducing effect of the cooking utensil 100 on the food material 300 is improved. Further, the cooking apparatus 100 of the present embodiment may control the air pressure regulating component 110 to control the air pressure inside the cooking apparatus 100 to rise and fall repeatedly, so that the liquid cooking medium repeatedly washes the food 300 repeatedly, and further improves the blood glucose reducing effect of the cooking apparatus 100 on the food 300.
