背景技术
随着社会的发展和技术的进步,非织造布也在逐步在替代传统材料拓展新的应用领域,由于非织造布透气性好,对皮肤安全无刺激性,广泛用于一次性医疗产品和卫生用品领域。无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。
无纺布也应用在沙发领域,但是现有的沙发无纺布透气防水性能一般,且不具备杀菌的功能,在长时间使用后极易滋生细菌从而腐烂,大大降低了无纺布的寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在透气防水性能一般等缺点,而提出的一种防水透气沙发无纺布及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种水透气沙发无纺布,包括从上至下依次设置的憎水层、弹性层以及无纺布基层,所述憎水层经过喷涂烘干涂覆在所述弹性层的表面;
所述憎水层包括以下重量份的原料:十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷1-3份、正硅酸乙酯5-10份以及无水乙醇20-30份,去离子水1-3份、盐酸1-4份;
所述弹性层包括以下重量份的原料:聚烯烃弹性体30-50份、爽滑剂3-5份和抗静电剂1-3份;
所述无纺布基层包括以下重量份的原料:聚丙烯纤维90-110份、抗菌剂3-8份、防虫剂4-6份以及抗氧化剂1-3份。
优选的,所述抗菌剂为负载了银离子、锌离子或银锌复合离子的磷酸盐。
优选的,所述防虫剂为薰衣草、穿心莲以及薄荷提取液中的一种或多种。

S1、无纺布基层的制备,按组分称取聚丙烯纤维、抗菌剂、防虫剂以及抗氧化剂进行混合,经加热熔融、挤压、喷丝、牵伸、热轧以及冷却后得到无纺布基层;
S2、弹性层的制备,按组分称取聚烯烃弹性体、爽滑剂和抗静电剂进行混合,混合均匀后经过熔融、纺丝、拉伸以及冷却后得到抗静电层;
S3、憎水层的制备;按组分称取十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯以及无水乙醇进行混合,在该混合液中加入去离子水以及盐酸进行二次混合制得混合液;
S4、将S3中制得的混合液涂覆在所述弹性层的表面并进行烘干,并将弹性层的另一面与所述无纺布基层进行粘合制得成品。
优选的,所述S3中二次混合的时间为7-9小时。
优选的,所述S4中的烘干温度为180-200摄氏度,烘干时间为15-30分钟。
优选的,所述S1以及S2中的冷却时间为3-5小时。
本发明提出的一种防水透气沙发无纺布及其制备方法,有益效果在于:本发明通过设置的憎水层来提高无纺布的防水效果,且通过设置的弹性层用来增强无纺布的弹性效果以及透气性,在无纺布的组成原料内添加抗菌剂大大的提高了无纺布整体的抗菌效果,减小了细菌滋生的发生情况,且采用复合抗菌剂,赋予无纺布持久、高效的抗菌性能,产品不容易变色,配合抗氧化剂能够大大的提升无纺布的整体性能,避免长时间暴露在空气中出现氧化的情况,能够显著提高无纺布的使用寿命,该防水透气沙发无纺布制备工艺简单,能够大大的提升企业的生产效率。
具体实施方式

实施例一
一种水透气沙发无纺布,包括从上至下依次设置的憎水层、弹性层以及无纺布基层,憎水层经过喷涂烘干涂覆在弹性层的表面;
憎水层包括以下重量份的原料:十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷1份、正硅酸乙酯5份以及无水乙醇20份,去离子水1份、盐酸1份;
弹性层包括以下重量份的原料:聚烯烃弹性体30份、爽滑剂3份和抗静电剂1份;
无纺布基层包括以下重量份的原料:聚丙烯纤维90份、抗菌剂3份、防虫剂4份以及抗氧化剂1份。
抗菌剂为负载了银离子、锌离子或银锌复合离子的磷酸盐。
防虫剂为薰衣草、穿心莲以及薄荷提取液中的一种或多种。

S4、将S3中制得的混合液涂覆在弹性层的表面并进行烘干,并将弹性层的另一面与无纺布基层进行粘合制得成品,其中的烘干温度为180摄氏度,烘干时间为15分钟。
实施例二

上述一种防水透气沙发无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、无纺布基层的制备,按组分称取聚丙烯纤维、抗菌剂、防虫剂以及抗氧化剂进行混合,经加热熔融、挤压、喷丝、牵伸、热轧以及冷却后得到无纺布基层;
S2、弹性层的制备,按组分称取聚烯烃弹性体、爽滑剂和抗静电剂进行混合,混合均匀后经过熔融、纺丝、拉伸以及冷却后得到抗静电层,S1以及S2中的冷却时间为4小时。
S3、憎水层的制备;按组分称取十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯以及无水乙醇进行混合,在该混合液中加入去离子水以及盐酸进行二次混合制得混合液,其中二次混合的时间为8小时。
S4、将S3中制得的混合液涂覆在弹性层的表面并进行烘干,并将弹性层的另一面与无纺布基层进行粘合制得成品,其中的烘干温度为190摄氏度,烘干时间为22.5分钟。
实施例三
一种水透气沙发无纺布,包括从上至下依次设置的憎水层、弹性层以及无纺布基层,憎水层经过喷涂烘干涂覆在弹性层的表面;
憎水层包括以下重量份的原料:十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷3份、正硅酸乙酯10份以及无水乙醇30份,去离子水3份、盐酸4份;
弹性层包括以下重量份的原料:聚烯烃弹性体50份、爽滑剂5份和抗静电剂3份;
无纺布基层包括以下重量份的原料:聚丙烯纤维110份、抗菌剂8份、防虫剂6份以及抗氧化剂3份。
抗菌剂为负载了银离子、锌离子或银锌复合离子的磷酸盐。
防虫剂为薰衣草、穿心莲以及薄荷提取液中的一种或多种。
抗氧化剂双十四碳醇酯和双十八碳醇酯,。

S3、憎水层的制备;按组分称取十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯以及无水乙醇进行混合,在该混合液中加入去离子水以及盐酸进行二次混合制得混合液,其中二次混合的时间为9小时。
S4、将S3中制得的混合液涂覆在弹性层的表面并进行烘干,并将弹性层的另一面与无纺布基层进行粘合制得成品,其中的烘干温度为200摄氏度,烘干时间为30分钟。

1.一种水透气沙发无纺布,其特征在于,包括从上至下依次设置的憎水层、弹性层以及无纺布基层,所述憎水层经过喷涂烘干涂覆在所述弹性层的表面;
所述憎水层包括以下重量份的原料:十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷1-3份、正硅酸乙酯5-10份以及无水乙醇20-30份,去离子水1-3份、盐酸1-4份;
所述弹性层包括以下重量份的原料:聚烯烃弹性体30-50份、爽滑剂3-5份和抗静电剂1-3份;
所述无纺布基层包括以下重量份的原料:聚丙烯纤维90-110份、抗菌剂3-8份、防虫剂4-6份以及抗氧化剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为负载了银离子、锌离子或银锌复合离子的磷酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布,其特征在于:所述防虫剂为薰衣草、穿心莲以及薄荷提取液中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂双十四碳醇酯和双十八碳醇酯,。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布,其特征在于:所述的抗静电剂为两性离子型表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、无纺布基层的制备,按组分称取聚丙烯纤维、抗菌剂、防虫剂以及抗氧化剂进行混合,经加热熔融、挤压、喷丝、牵伸、热轧以及冷却后得到无纺布基层;
S2、弹性层的制备,按组分称取聚烯烃弹性体、爽滑剂和抗静电剂进行混合,混合均匀后经过熔融、纺丝、拉伸以及冷却后得到抗静电层;
S3、憎水层的制备;按组分称取十三氟辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯以及无水乙醇进行混合,在该混合液中加入去离子水以及盐酸进行二次混合制得混合液;
S4、将S3中制得的混合液涂覆在所述弹性层的表面并进行烘干,并将弹性层的另一面与所述无纺布基层进行粘合制得成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3中二次混合的时间为7-9小时。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中的烘干温度为180-200摄氏度,烘干时间为15-30分钟。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气沙发无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1以及S2中的冷却时间为3-5小时。
