Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of biological activity application, and discloses a preservative-free biological activity application technology, which comprises mixed bottom materials, distilled water, EM (effective microorganisms), Rw (microbial inoculum), plant essential oil and extract, protamine, tea polyphenol and propolis. A biological activity application technique without preservative comprises the following specific operation steps of taking the raw materials in corresponding parts for standby; mixing the mixed bottom material with distilled water, and adding the mixture into a mixing tank to obtain a mixed solution; sequentially adding plant essential oil and extract, protamine, tea polyphenols, and propolis into the above mixed solution; the biological reactant with higher activity is obtained by adding EM bacteria and RW bacteria agent into a mixing tank for full reaction, the biological activity application technology without the preservative is to respectively place four groups of samples into storage tanks for sealed storage and sampling experiments under the aseptic state, and the corruption degree of biological active substances in the four samples is detected, so that the optimal proportion can be obtained, and the biological activity can be kept, and the biological activity can be better preserved.

Background

Preferably, the Rw microbial inoculum is prepared by carrying out compound fermentation and purification on strains such as bifidobacterium, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus delbrueckii, photosynthetic bacteria and the like, the total beneficial bacteria content per gram is more than or equal to 30 hundred million/CFU, and the earthworm extract can improve the beneficial bacteria flora in the environment and control pathogenic bacteria and putrefactive microorganism flora.

the biological active substances prepared by the three examples and the comparative example are mixed to carry out a storage experiment, wherein four samples are selected and are respectively the first example, the second example, the third example and the first comparative example.
