Description

Food waste disposer
Cross reference to related patents
The present application requests priority from korean patent application No. 10-2020-0097766 filed on 8/5/2020, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety for all purposes.
Technical Field
The invention relates to a food waste disposer. More particularly, the present invention relates to a food waste disposer configured to cut food waste having a long shape and a large size by a cutter such that the food waste can be easily decomposed by microorganisms of a microorganism treatment device, and to allow the food waste cut by the cutter to be easily moved to the microorganism treatment device.
Background
In general, households, restaurants, etc. generate a large amount of food waste that has become a serious environmental problem.
Accordingly, in order to treat food waste in households, restaurants, etc., food waste disposers using a microbial decomposition method have been proposed.
In view of this, patent document 1 proposes a food processor for a sink, the food processor including: a main body having an inlet connected with a drain hole of the sink, thereby allowing food wastes and wastewater to be introduced thereinto; a cover configured to open and close the inlet; a cylindrical decomposition chamber configured to add microorganisms and agitate food waste introduced into the inlet, and having a discharge plate formed with a plurality of discharge holes such that decomposed substances are discharged to a lower portion of the main body; a collecting chamber having a discharge pipe so as to collect and discharge the decomposed substances discharged from the decomposing chamber; and a trap communicating with the collection chamber such that wastewater introduced into the inlet of the main body is supplied to the collection chamber, wherein the collection chamber is provided with a partition to form a discharge flow path into which decomposed substances deposited in the collection chamber are discharged through wastewater supplied from the trap, the processor further comprising a cleaning nozzle mounted on the main body and configured to spray cleaning liquid toward the stirring wings, wherein the plurality of cleaning nozzles are disposed at a predetermined distance and are connected to a header pipe (header) through the branch pipes, respectively, the header pipe being configured to supply the cleaning liquid.
However, in patent document 1, it is difficult to put food-trash such as watermelon, cucumber, etc. having a long strip shape and a large size into a food-trash, and even if it is very difficult to put food-trash into a food-trash, there is a risk that the time for decomposing food-trash using microorganisms may increase due to the long shape and the large size of food-trash.
Therefore, in general, a cutter for cutting food wastes is installed at a drain hole of a sink, and a food-waste disposer is separately installed at a bottom cabinet of the sink, and the cutter and the food-waste disposer are connected through a connection hose to allow the food wastes cut by the cutter to move to the food-waste disposer.
However, in the conventional art, it is difficult for the cut food waste to move directly from the cutter to the food waste disposer by the connection hose.
In addition, since the cutter and the food waste disposer are connected by the connection hose, the connection hose can be separated from the food waste disposer, so that there is a risk of illegal discharge of food waste, which is not decomposed by microorganisms, directly into the sewage.

In other words, the following effects are obtained: the time for decomposing food waste by microorganisms can be shortened.
In the present invention, the following effects are provided: food waste cut at the cutter is easily moved into the microorganism treatment apparatus by the food waste moving member.
In the present invention, since the cut food waste is guided to the moving path by the guide surface of the inner body, there are the following effects: the food waste is rapidly moved to the microorganism treatment apparatus.
Further, by the guide surface, there is the following effect: the cut food waste does not accumulate in the upper portion of the inner body.
In the present invention, since the cut food waste is slidably guided by the sliding wing parts respectively formed at the moving passages, there are the following effects: food waste rapidly passes through the moving channel.
Namely, the following effects are obtained: the cut food waste passes through the moving pipe and moves to the microorganism treatment apparatus rapidly.
Further, by sliding the wing, the following effects are provided: the cut food waste is not attached to or retained in the moving channel.
Namely, the following effects are obtained: preventing the cut food waste from falling into the microbial treatment device and remaining in the moving channel.
In the present invention, since the sealing member prevents both the cut food waste and the moisture contained in the food waste from penetrating between the rotation hole of the inner body and the rotation shaft of the driving motor, there are the following effects: both the cut food waste and moisture contained in the food waste are prevented from penetrating into the inner body to which the driving motor is mounted.
That is, by protecting the driving motor from the cut food waste and the moisture contained in the food waste, there is an effect of preventing the driving motor from being erroneously operated.
In the present invention, the water drain hole of the water tank and the cutter are prevented from being positioned on the same line in the vertical direction by the bent portion of the water inlet pipe, thus having the following effects: preventing the user's hand from touching the cutter.
Namely, the following effects are obtained: preventing the user's hand from being injured by the cutter.
In the present invention, the following effects are provided: when microorganisms in the microorganism treatment apparatus are insufficient, the microorganisms can be put into the stirring chamber by opening the cover of the microorganism input port.
