Abstract
本发明涉及一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,包括质量百分比为12%‑17%的一元羧酸衍生物,质量百分比为18%‑22%的多元合成羧酸衍生物以及质量百分比为60%‑70%的加氢精制油;一元羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为20%的钾盐和质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物组成;多元合成羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为60%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为40%的酯衍生物组成;多元合成羧酸衍生物的胺衍生物由质量百分比为50%的脂肪胺衍生物和质量百分比为50%的多胺盐组成;多元合成羧酸衍生物的酯衍生物由质量百分比为60%的聚多元醇酯和质量百分比为40%的多元醇胺酯组成;本发明具有很好的抑菌和抗杂油能力,能长时间保持良好的加工性能,能够使换液周期从原有的8个月提高到到18个月以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及浓缩剂制备领域,尤其是涉及一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂。
背景技术
乳化切削液是由乳化油用水稀释而成。乳化油是由基础油、乳化剂、防锈剂、油性剂、极压剂、稳定剂、防腐杀菌剂、消泡剂等组成。前三者是主要成分,其它添加剂须根据乳化油的成分和使用要求而定。乳化油的组成比较复杂,对其工作液的配制工艺要求也较严格。实践证明,乳化切削液的稳定性、防锈性及其加工性能等不仅与乳化油自身质量、稀释水的水质有关,还与配制工艺有很大关系。
现有的乳化切削液在实际的使用过程中存在使用稳定性不高以及抑菌、抗杂油能力较差的问题,本专利基于现有乳化切削液所存在的缺陷,进行配方改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,包括质量百分比为12%-17%的一元羧酸衍生物,质量百分比为18%-22%的多元合成羧酸衍生物以及质量百分比为60%-70%的加氢精制油。
进一步,所述一元羧酸衍生物的质量百分比为15%。
进一步,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物的质量百分比为20%。
进一步,所述加氢精制油的质量百分比为65%。
进一步,所述一元羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为20%的钾盐和质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物组成。
进一步,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为60%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为40%的酯衍生物组成。
进一步,所述一元羧酸衍生物的胺衍生物由质量百分比为30%的盐和质量百分比为70%的酯组成。
进一步,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物的胺衍生物由质量百分比为50%的脂肪胺衍生物和质量百分比为50%的多胺盐组成。
进一步,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物的酯衍生物由质量百分比为60%的聚多元醇酯和质量百分比为40%的多元醇胺酯组成。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在现有乳化切削液中增加了多元合成羧酸脂肪胺衍生物、多胺盐以及多元醇胺酯,具有很好的抑菌和抗杂油能力,能长时间保持良好的加工性能,能够使换液周期从原有的8个月提高到到18个月以上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,包括质量百分比为12%-17%的一元羧酸衍生物,质量百分比为18%-22%的多元合成羧酸衍生物以及质量百分比为60%-70%的加氢精制油。
本实施例中,一元羧酸衍生物的质量百分比为15%,多元合成羧酸衍生物的质量百分比为20%,加氢精制油的质量百分比为65%,一元羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为20%的钾盐和质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物组成。
其中,多元合成羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为60%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为40%的酯衍生物组成。一元羧酸衍生物的胺衍生物由质量百分比为30%的盐和质量百分比为70%的酯组成。多元合成羧酸衍生物的胺衍生物由质量百分比为50%的脂肪胺衍生物和质量百分比为50%的多胺盐组成。多元合成羧酸衍生物的酯衍生物由质量百分比为60%的聚多元醇酯和质量百分比为40%的多元醇胺酯组成。
其中,一元羧酸衍生物:R17 =CON(CH3)CH2COOK;多元合成羧酸脂肪胺衍生物:R(COO-)nNRmH;多胺盐:R(COO-)n(NR1)mH;
多元醇胺酯:R(COO-)nCR1N(R1OH)R2。

本发明在现有乳化切削液中增加了多元合成羧酸脂肪胺衍生物、多胺盐以及多元醇胺酯,具有很好的抑菌和抗杂油能力,能长时间保持良好的加工性能,能够使换液周期从原有的8个月提高到到18个月以上。

1.一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,包括质量百分比为12%-17%的一元羧酸衍生物,质量百分比为18%-22%的多元合成羧酸衍生物以及质量百分比为60%-70%的加氢精制油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述一元羧酸衍生物的质量百分比为15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物的质量百分比为20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述加氢精制油的质量百分比为65%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述一元羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为20%的钾盐和质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物组成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物由质量百分比为60%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为40%的酯衍生物组成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述一元羧酸衍生物的胺衍生物由质量百分比为30%的盐和质量百分比为70%的酯组成。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物的胺衍生物由质量百分比为50%的脂肪胺衍生物和质量百分比为50%的多胺盐组成。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种长效的乳化切削浓缩剂,其特征在于,所述多元合成羧酸衍生物的酯衍生物由质量百分比为60%的聚多元醇酯和质量百分比为40%的多元醇胺酯组成。
