One side of the material box 6 far away from the first mounting rack 44 is provided with a transportation box 51, two end openings of the transportation box 51 are arranged, the transportation box 51 and the material box 6 are located on the same straight line, the transportation box 51 comprises a lower supporting plate 53 located at the lower part and an upper supporting plate 52 located at the upper part, one end of the lower supporting plate 53 and one end of the upper supporting plate 52 far away from the material box 6 extend outwards, in the embodiment, the lower supporting plate 53 is fixedly connected with the transportation box 51, the upper supporting plate 52 is located above the material box 6 and can move towards or far away from the material box 6, the transportation box 51 and the upper supporting plate 52 are both installed on the support 54, the transportation box 51 is installed below the support 54 and is fixedly connected with the support 54, the upper supporting plate 52 is connected with the support 54 through an eighth power device, the eighth power device is an eighth cylinder 55, the eighth cylinder 55 is fixed on the support 54, and an output end of the eighth cylinder 55 is arranged towards the transportation box 51 and is fixedly connected with the upper supporting plate 52. The support 54 is mounted on the frame 1 through a second mounting bracket 56, a fourth guide rail 57 is arranged on the second mounting bracket 56, a fourth slider 58 matched with the fourth guide rail 57 is arranged on the support 54, a ninth power device is arranged on the second mounting bracket 56, the ninth power device drives the transport box 51 to move towards or away from the magazine 6, in this embodiment, the ninth power device is a ninth motor 59, two second synchronous pulleys 61 are arranged on the second mounting bracket 56, one of the second synchronous pulleys 61 is connected with an output end of the ninth motor 59, a second synchronous belt 60 is mounted between the two second synchronous pulleys 61, the second synchronous belt 60 is arranged in parallel with the fourth guide rail 57, and in this embodiment, the fourth guide rail 57 is arranged in parallel with the third guide rail 45. The bracket 54 is fixedly connected with the second timing belt 60, and the ninth motor 59 drives the transport box 51 to move towards or away from the magazine 6 along the fourth guide rail 57 through the second timing belt 60.
As shown in fig. 7, a second roller 62 is provided in the transport box 51, the second roller 62 is provided in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the transport box 51, and the first rollers are provided side by side in the moving direction of the second timing belt 60.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, a pressing plate 63 which can be close to or far from the magazine 6 is arranged above the magazine 6, the pressing plate 63 is arranged along the horizontal direction and is connected with a tenth cylinder 64 which drives the pressing plate to be close to or far from the magazine 6, the tenth cylinder 64 is fixed on the frame 1, the output end of the tenth cylinder 64 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 63, the transverse sectional area of the pressing plate 63 is smaller than the transverse sectional area inside the magazine 6, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a first roller 8 is arranged in the magazine 6 on the conveying position along the circumferential direction, the first roller 8 is arranged on the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the magazine 6, the first rollers 8 are arranged side by side along the movement direction of the first synchronous belt 47, a third roller 65 is arranged at one end of the pressing plate 63 close to the magazine 6 on the conveying position, and the rolling direction of the third roller 65 is the same as that of the first roller 8.
In this embodiment, the bottom end of the transport box 51 is flush with the bottom end of the magazine 6.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, a conveyer belt 66 is disposed below the transport box 51, the conveyer belt 66 is mounted on the frame 1, the conveyer belt 66 is connected to an eleventh motor 67 for driving the conveyer belt 66 to rotate, the eleventh motor 67 drives the conveyer belt 66 to rotate through a third synchronous belt, and a material receiving plate 68 is connected to an end of the conveyer belt 66 along a rotation direction for receiving gloves.
When bagging, the gloves are positioned in the material box 6, the packaging bag which is opened by the first suction nozzle 19 and the second suction nozzle 20 is positioned at one end of the transportation box 51 far away from the material box 6, the ninth motor 59 drives the support 54 to drive the transportation box 51 to move towards the packaging bag, the upper support plate 52 and the lower support plate 53 move into the packaging bag, the eighth cylinder 55 drives the upper support plate 52 to move away from the transportation box 51, the upper support plate 52 and the lower support plate 53 support and fix the packaging bag, the first suction nozzle 19 and the second suction nozzle 20 stop sucking the bags, the ninth motor 59 drives the transportation box 51 and the packaging bag to move towards the material box 6 until the transportation box 51 is positioned above the turntable and contacts with the port of the material box 6, in the embodiment, the lower surface of the support 54 is flush with the upper surface of the turntable, so that the support 54 can drive the transportation box 51 to move onto the turntable, and the turntable can support the support 54 and the transportation box 51, at the moment, the second roller 62 in the transport box 51 and the inner surface of the first roller 8 in the material box 6 are positioned in the same plane, so that the bottom of the glove has no height difference during transportation, and the glove is convenient to transport, the tenth air cylinder 64 pushes the pressing plate 63 to move towards the material box 6 until the glove in the material box 6 is pressed tightly, the first motor is started, the sliding seat 49 is driven to move towards the material box 6 through the first synchronous belt 47, the glove in the material box 6 is pushed into the transport box 51 by the push plate 42 until the push plate 42, the push rod and the seventh air cylinder 50 are all positioned in the material box 6, the seventh air cylinder 50 is started to drive the push plate 42 to push the glove to continue to move until the glove is pushed into the packing bag from the transport box 51, the glove is pushed into the opened packing bag, the packing bag falls down from the upper support plate 52 and the lower support plate 53 under the action of gravity and onto the lower conveyer belt 66, and the conveyer belt 66 moves towards the material receiving plate 68 under the action of the eleventh motor 67, finally, the gloves slide down from the material receiving plate 68, so that the bagging of the gloves is completed.
