Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a postoperative anastomotic stoma dilator for rectal surgery.
Background
The proportion of patients with colorectal cancer is increased year by year, with the technical progress, a plurality of patients with colorectal cancer which cannot protect the anus in the past adopt a low-level anastomosis anorectal protection technology, the rectum is about 12-15 cm, the patients can be divided into high-level rectal cancer, medium-level rectal cancer and low-level rectal cancer, the patients with colorectal cancer are generally regarded as low-level rectal cancer with the lesion distance of less than 5-7 cm from the anal margin, in the process of operation, cancerous sections are required to be excised, and then two sections of rectums which are not diseased are anastomosed. The low-level anastomosis is often easy to cause anastomotic stoma stenosis due to weak intestinal canal blood supply, local inflammation, anus disuse caused by protective stoma in three months after operation, and the like.
At present, no special dilating instrument special for the anastomotic stoma stenosis after the low-level rectum operation exists clinically. Still, the manual expansion of medical staff is the main method, or the DSA is adopted for guiding the balloon dilation, so that the cost is high, the consumable material has no repeatability, and the balloon dilation cannot be automatically implemented outside a medical unit; moreover, the existing balloon can only expand one section of rectum, and can not expand two sections of rectum at the same time; in addition, the balloon has smaller volume before being expanded, is convenient to enter the rectum, but after being expanded, the balloon needs to be deflated when being taken out of the rectum, but cannot be restored to the original state, so that certain damage can be caused to the rectum of a patient in the taking out process; the current balloon is inflated by inflation or water injection, so that in the use process, one hand is required to control the advancing depth of the balloon, and the other hand is required to control an inflator pump or a water injection needle tube; the intestinal canal condition is indirectly displayed through intermittent radiography, and the operation is performed under non-direct-view monitoring, so that the operation is inaccurate or has errors, or other people are required to cooperate; therefore, how to overcome the above-mentioned technical problems and drawbacks becomes an important problem to be solved.

When the end parts of the two sections of rectum are contacted, the movement of the pushing injection mechanism is stopped, the sleeve body is fixedly connected with the pushing injection mechanism again through the connecting mechanism, and then the rectum can be sutured by medical staff. After the use is completed, the electromagnet is electrified and has opposite polarity to the first magnet and the second magnet, so that the strip-shaped air bag and the annular air bag shrink inwards under the adsorption of the electromagnet to return to the initial positions, and the conditions of scratching the rectum of a patient and the like are avoided when the pushing injection mechanism is pulled out from the rectum of the patient. The front end of end is provided with LED lamp and camera, plays the auxiliary role to the operation process, supplies the doctor in time to know patient specific condition.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The use of the terms "a" and "an" and similar referents in the description and claims of the application are not necessarily to scale. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that elements or items preceding the word are included in the element or item listed after the word and equivalents thereof, but does not exclude other elements or items.
