The first data acquisition element is connected with the first pressure sensor 41 and the second control mechanism through circuits; the end of the connecting piece 23, which is close to the air bag assembly 21, is provided with a fixed groove 232 matched with the similar side plate 24; thereby fixedly connecting the sleeve body 2 with the connecting piece 23. The first data acquisition element is a PLC or a data acquisition card; the PLC or the data acquisition card converts the analog signal transmitted by the first pressure sensor 41 into a digital signal, transmits the digital signal to the second control mechanism, and then displays the digital signal through the display 43; so that doctors can know the pressure value of the rectum of the patient in time.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the front end of the injection mechanism 1 is connected with a tip 3, the front end of the tip 3 is provided with an LED lamp 35 and a camera 34, and the LED lamp 35 can illuminate and supplement light to the camera 34 in the operation process, so that the camera 34 shoots clearly. The second expansion mechanism comprises a second electromagnet 55 embedded inside the placing groove 31 and a magnet 53 arranged inside the annular air bag 32, the second electromagnet 55 and the magnet 53 are connected through an expansion spring 52, the second electromagnet 55 inside each placing groove 31 is connected in series, a second battery component 56 is arranged inside the tail part of the injection mechanism 1, and the second electromagnet 55 is connected with the second battery component 56 through a circuit; in use, the second electromagnet 55 is energized and has the same polarity as the magnet 53, so that under the action of the repulsive force of the second electromagnet 55, the magnet 53 is away from the second electromagnet 55, and the expansion spring 52 expands at this time, so that the annular air bag 32 expands; when the annular air bag 32 is taken out, the second electromagnet 55 is electrified and the polarity of the second electromagnet 55 is opposite to that of the magnet 53, so that the magnet 53 approaches the second electromagnet 55 under the attraction force of the second electromagnet 55, the expansion spring 52 is compressed at the moment, the annular air bag 32 is recovered, and the expansion degree and the contraction degree of the annular air bag 32 are controlled by controlling the magnetic direction and the magnetic force of the second electromagnet 55; the second battery assembly 56 provides electrical power to the second electromagnet 55. The outer side of the annular balloon 32 is provided with a second pressure sensor 42. The side plate at the rear end of the placing groove 31 can be detached from and connected with the placing groove 31, so that the annular air bag 32 can be detached, overhauled or replaced. The whole replacement is avoided, only the parts needing to be replaced are replaced, and the cost is saved.

Then, the connecting mechanism is opened to separate the pushing injection mechanism from the sleeve body, so that the polarities of the first electromagnet and the magnet are the same, the pushing injection mechanism is continuously pushed under the repulsive force of the electromagnet, the end head is continuously moved forwards and enters the other rectum, and then the second expansion mechanism is started to enable the polarities of the second electromagnet and the magnet to be the same, so that the annular air bag is expanded under the repulsive force of the second electromagnet to support the other rectum. The surface of the annular air bag is provided with a bulge, and the bulge increases friction force between the annular air bag and the inner side of the rectum of a patient, so that the rectum is attached to the surface of the annular air bag. And then the pushing and injecting mechanism is drawn back to enable the end parts of the two sections of rectum to be close. When the end parts of the two sections of rectum are contacted, the movement of the pushing injection mechanism is stopped, the sleeve body is fixedly connected with the pushing injection mechanism again through the connecting mechanism, and then the rectum can be sutured by medical staff. After the use is completed, the electromagnetic ferromagnetism of the first expansion mechanism and the second expansion mechanism is opposite to the polarity of the magnet, so that the air bag assembly and the annular air bag are contracted inwards under the adsorption of the electromagnet and return to the initial position, and the conditions of scratching the rectum of a patient and the like are avoided when the pushing injection mechanism is pulled out of the rectum of the patient. The front end of end is provided with LED lamp and camera, plays the auxiliary role to the operation process, supplies the doctor in time to know patient specific condition.
