On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 9 to 11, the device further includes an auxiliary mounting unit, the front fixing block 205 is provided with the auxiliary mounting unit, and the auxiliary mounting unit includes a steering component 501, a bushing 502, a fourth fixing frame 503, a side fixing block 504, a sliding rod 505, a left circular plate 506, a second spring 507, a right circular plate 508, a bottom sliding block 509, a pressing rod 510 and an adapter rod 511; the front part of the front fixing block 205 is connected with a steering component 501; a bush 502 is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of the steering component 501; the upper part of the bushing 502 is bolted with a fourth fixing frame 503; a side fixing block 504 is connected to the rear side bolt at the upper part of the fourth fixing frame 503; a sliding rod 505 is slidably connected inside the side fixing block 504, and the sliding rod 505 penetrates through the side fixing block 504; the left end of the sliding rod 505 is fixedly connected with a left circular plate 506; a second spring 507 is fixedly connected between the left circular plate 506 and the side fixing block 504, and the second spring 507 is sleeved on the upper surface of the sliding rod 505; a right circular plate 508 is fixedly connected to the right end of the sliding rod 505; the front side and the rear side of the lower part of the side fixing block 504 are respectively connected with a bottom sliding block 509 in a sliding manner; the lower surfaces of the two bottom sliders 509 are fixedly connected with a pressure lever 510 respectively; an adapter rod 511 is fixedly connected between the rear ends of the two pressure rods 510 and the left circular plate 506, and the right end surface of the side fixing block 504 is of an arc surface structure.
When the mounting sleeve 51 is inserted into the insertion grooves of the front fixing block 205 and the rear fixing block 206, the magnetic buckle 52 and the magnetic buckle 42 are mutually attracted under the influence of magnetic force, when the lifting component 203 drives the first fixing frame 204 to move downwards, the rotating shaft of the steering component 501 drives the bushing 502 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the left circular plate 506 is turned over to the left side of the front fixing block 205, and simultaneously, the left circular plate 506 is pulled to open the magnetic buckle 42 leftwards, so that the magnetic buckle 52 and the magnetic buckle 42 are separated, manual work and an external manipulator are not needed to separate the magnetic buckle, then the first electric slider 202 moves leftwards along the first guide rail 201, an upper sleeve opening of the mounting sleeve 51 is aligned with a left belt body of the wrist strap 41, and then the magnetic buckle mounting work of the wrist strap 41 is started.
Firstly, the rotating shaft of the steering component 501 drives the bushing 502 to rotate clockwise, the bushing 502 drives the side fixing block 504 positioned at the left side of the front fixing block 205 to turn right, the pressing rod 510 penetrates through the lowest insertion hole of the left side band of the wrist band 41 and straightens the left side band of the wrist band 41 downwards, as shown in the figure, the right circular plate 508 and the pressing rod 510 are both positioned in the lowest insertion hole of the left side band of the wrist band 41, then the electric push rod 307 pushes the third fixing plate 308 and the insertion block 309 leftwards, the insertion block 309 moving leftwards pushes the right circular plate 508 to drive the sliding rod 505 and the second spring 507 to stretch leftwards along the side fixing block 504, the right circular plate 508 drives the bottom sliding block 509 and the pressing rod 510 through the adapter 511 to move leftwards along the side fixing block 504, so as to achieve the insertion block 309 to be completely inserted into the lowest insertion hole of the left side band of the wrist band 41, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the insertion block 309, and then the rotating shaft of the steering component 501 drives the bushing 502 to rotate in a quasi-hour, the right circular plate 508 and the pressing rod 510 are both separated from the left belt body of the wrist belt 41, and the lifting component 203 drives the first fixing frame 204 to move upwards, so that the upper looping of the installation sleeve 51 is sleeved on the lower portion of the left belt body of the wrist belt 41, and the inserting block 309 is positioned between the upper looping of the installation sleeve 51 and the spherical inserting head 53, thereby completing the primary installation work of the magnetic buckle.
And finally, completing the installation work of the magnetic buckle according to the steps.

Claims (10)

1. A magnetic buckle mounting device for AOA multifunctional personnel wristband type label production comprises a bottom support (1), a middle support (2) and a right support (3); the middle part of the bottom bracket (1) is connected with a middle bracket (2); the right part of the bottom bracket (1) is connected with a right bracket (3); the device is characterized by also comprising a lifting unit, a transverse displacement unit, a main mounting unit and a pressing unit; the upper part of the middle bracket (2) is connected with a lifting unit of a lifting wrist strap (41); the left part of the bottom bracket (1) is connected with a transverse displacement unit of a transverse moving buckle sleeve; the lower part of the lifting unit is connected with a main mounting unit for mounting a buckle sleeve; the left part of the right bracket (3) is connected with a pressing unit which drives the lifting unit to work.
2. The magnetic buckle installation device for AOA multifunctional personnel wrist strap type label production according to claim 1 is characterized in that the lifting unit comprises a first fixing plate (101), a limiting rod (102), a lifting lug (103), a first spring (104), a carrying disc (105), a left arc-shaped plate (106), a right arc-shaped plate (107) and a photosensitive sensor (108); a first fixing plate (101) is welded on each of the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the middle support (2); the two first fixing plates (101) are connected with the main mounting unit; the upper surfaces of the two first fixing plates (101) are fixedly connected with a limiting rod (102) respectively; the upper ends of the two limiting rods (102) are respectively connected with a lifting lug (103) in a sliding manner; a first spring (104) is fixedly connected between each group of vertically adjacent first fixing plates (101) and lifting lugs (103), and the first springs (104) are sleeved on the outer surfaces of the adjacent limiting rods (102); a carrying disc (105) is fixedly connected between the two lifting lugs (103); the left end face of the carrying disc (105) is connected with a left arc-shaped plate (106) through a bolt; the right end face of the carrying disc (105) is connected with a right arc-shaped plate (107) through a bolt; the lower part of the right arc-shaped plate (107) is fixedly connected with a photosensitive sensor (108).
3. The apparatus for mounting a magnetic buckle for use in the production of a wrist strap tag for an AOA multifunctional personnel according to claim 2, wherein a projection structure is provided on each of the front and rear sides of the lower portion of the left curved plate (106).

The apparatus for mounting a magnetic buckle for the production of a wrist strap tag of an AOA multifunctional personnel according to claim 3, wherein the transverse displacement unit comprises a first guide rail (201), a first electric slide block (202), a lifting member (203), a first fixing frame (204), a front fixing block (205) and a rear fixing block (206); a first guide rail (201) is fixedly connected to the left part of the upper surface of the bottom support (1); a first electric slide block (202) is connected to the left part of the first guide rail (201) in a sliding manner; the upper surface of the first electric slider (202) is connected with a lifting component (203) through a bolt; the lifting end of the lifting component (203) is fixedly connected with a first fixing frame (204); a front fixing block (205) is welded on the front side of the right part of the first fixing frame (204); a rear fixing block (206) is welded on the rear side of the right part of the first fixing frame (204).
5. The mounting apparatus for the magnetic buckle for the AOA multifunctional personnel wrist strap label production according to claim 4, wherein the front fixing block (205) and the rear fixing block (206) are respectively provided with an inserting groove at opposite sides.

The magnetic buckle mounting device for AOA multifunctional personnel wristband label production according to claim 5, wherein the main mounting unit comprises a second fixing frame (301), a driving motor (302), a rotating shaft (303), a shaft sleeve (304), a left fixing arm (305), a second fixing plate (306), an electric push rod (307), a third fixing plate (308), an insertion block (309) and a removal assembly; two second fixing frames (301) are welded on the opposite sides of the two first fixing plates (101) respectively; the second fixing frame (301) positioned at the front side is connected with a driving motor (302) through bolts; a rotating shaft (303) is rotatably connected between the two second fixing frames (301); an output shaft of the driving motor (302) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (303); the middle part of the rotating shaft (303) is fixedly connected with a shaft sleeve (304); the upper part of the shaft sleeve (304) is connected with a removing component; a left fixing arm (305) is fixedly connected to the left part of the shaft sleeve (304); the left end of the left fixed arm (305) is fixedly connected with a second fixed plate (306); an electric push rod (307) is connected to the left bolt of the second fixing plate (306); a third fixing plate (308) is fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the electric push rod (307); the left side of the third fixing plate (308) is welded with an insertion block (309).

The mounting device of the magnetic button for the AOA multifunctional personnel wristband label production according to claim 6, wherein the removing component comprises an upper fixing arm (310), a spring slider (311), a fixing rod (312) and a pressing wheel (313); an upper fixing arm (310) is connected to the upper bolt of the shaft sleeve (304); the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the upper fixed arm (310) are respectively connected with a spring sliding block (311); the outer sides of the two spring sliding blocks (311) are fixedly connected with a fixed rod (312) respectively; the upper ends of the two fixed rods (312) are respectively connected with a pinch roller (313) in a rotating way through a rotating shaft.

The apparatus for mounting the magnetic button for the production of the wrist strap tag of the multifunctional personnel having AOA according to claim 7, wherein the pressing unit comprises a second guide rail (401), a second electric slider (402), a third fixing frame (403), a fourth fixing plate (404) and a pressing plate (405); a second guide rail (401) is fixedly connected to the left side of the upper part of the right support (3); a second electric slider (402) is connected to the upper part of the second guide rail (401) in a sliding manner; a third fixing frame (403) is connected to the left part of the second electric slider (402) through a bolt; a fourth fixing plate (404) is connected to the left part of the third fixing frame (403) through bolts; the front side and the rear side of the lower part of the fourth fixing plate (404) are respectively welded with a pressing plate (405).

The magnetic buckle installation device for the AOA multifunctional personnel wrist strap type label production according to claim 8, characterized by further comprising an auxiliary installation unit, wherein the front fixing block (205) is provided with the auxiliary installation unit, and the auxiliary installation unit comprises a steering component (501), a bushing (502), a fourth fixing frame (503), a side fixing block (504), a sliding rod (505), a left circular plate (506), a second spring (507), a right circular plate (508), a bottom sliding block (509), a pressure rod (510) and an adapter rod (511); the front part of the front fixed block (205) is connected with a steering component (501); a bush (502) is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of the steering component (501); the upper part of the bushing (502) is connected with a fourth fixing frame (503) through a bolt; a side fixing block (504) is connected to the rear side bolt at the upper part of the fourth fixing frame (503); a sliding rod (505) is connected to the inside of the side fixing block (504) in a sliding manner, and the sliding rod (505) penetrates through the side fixing block (504); the left end of the sliding rod (505) is fixedly connected with a left circular plate (506); a second spring (507) is fixedly connected between the left circular plate (506) and the side fixing block (504), and the second spring (507) is sleeved on the upper surface of the sliding rod (505); a right circular plate (508) is fixedly connected at the right end of the sliding rod (505); the front side and the rear side of the lower part of the side fixing block (504) are respectively connected with a bottom sliding block (509) in a sliding way; the lower surfaces of the two bottom sliding blocks (509) are fixedly connected with a pressure lever (510) respectively; an adapter rod (511) is fixedly connected between the rear ends of the two pressure rods (510) and the left circular plate (506).
