The merging device 12 is mounted on the main frame 16 at the end of the straight section in the main chain running direction, at a position before the main drive sprocket 21. The channel belt conveyors 17 are arranged corresponding to the sorting grids, one channel belt conveyor 17 is arranged on each sorting grid, the channel belt conveyors 17 are arranged below the main frame 16, and the upper portions of the channel belt conveyors 17 correspond to the positions of the trays and are used for bearing the packages unloaded from the trays.
The space of the channel belt conveyor 17 is reserved at the bottom of the main frame 16, matrix type sorting is achieved, the field and labor cost are saved, and the package breakage rate is reduced. The encoder 13 can calculate the position of the tray, and automatic bag supply and automatic unloading are realized.
The tray-turning package sorting system can be changed from a single-layer sorting structure to a multi-layer sorting structure, and the overall structure size and the shape and size of the sorting cells of the unloading device 10 can be changed according to actual needs.
During testing and use, each index meets the design requirement, for example, the design requirement: the main driving motor controls the running speed of the main chain to be 0.5 m/s; the sorting capacity reaches 2500 pieces/hour in a single area and 5000 pieces/hour in a double area; the size of the tray is L540 multiplied by W500 multiplied by H34-150mm, and the pitch of the main chain is 533 mm; sorting the packages with the maximum size of 400mm multiplied by 300mm and the minimum size of 100mm multiplied by 80mm multiplied by 2 mm; the weighing precision is 3000g at most, the minimum weight is 10g, the weighing precision is plus or minus 2g, and the weighing precision is more than 98%.

Claims (7)

1. A tray-turning type parcel sorting machine is characterized by comprising an electric control cabinet, a warehouse management system, a storage control system, a PLC control system, a weighing and inputting integrated device, an automatic parcel supply system and a tray-turning parcel sorting system, wherein parcels in the tray-turning parcel sorting system are unloaded to sorting gates through trays to complete sorting;
the warehouse management system is used for receiving package information of sorted packages imported from the turnover package sorting system and collected by the warehouse control system, matching corresponding sorting grid information according to the package information of the sorted packages, and sending the sorting grid information to the warehouse control system, wherein the package information comprises code information and weight information of the packages;
the warehouse control system receives the package information in the weighing and inputting integrated device and sends the package information to the warehouse management system and the PLC control system, wherein the package information comprises code information and weight information of packages; receiving sorting bin information sent by the warehouse management system, judging whether packages can be conveyed from the weighing and inputting integrated device to the automatic package supplying system or not according to the sorting bin information, generating conveying instruction information for conveying the packages from the weighing and inputting integrated device to the automatic package supplying system, and sending the conveying instruction information to the weighing and inputting integrated device; sending the received sorting bin information to the PLC control system;
the PLC control system is used for receiving the sorting grid information and the package information sent by the warehousing control system; collecting tray information of whether the tray overturning and sorting system has empty trays and empty tray positions, judging whether the packages can be conveyed from the automatic package supplying system to the tray overturning and sorting system, and generating a control instruction for conveying the packages from the automatic package supplying system to the tray overturning and sorting system; controlling the tray-turning parcel sorting system to unload parcels to the sorting grids through the trays to complete sorting according to the sorting grid information and the tray information;
the weighing and inputting integrated device is used for collecting parcel information of parcels and sending the parcel information to the warehousing control system, wherein the parcel information comprises coding information and weight information; receiving conveying instruction information sent by the warehousing control system and conveying the packages to the automatic package supply system according to the conveying instruction information;
the automatic package supply system receives a control instruction sent by the PLC control system and used for conveying the packages from the automatic package supply system to the tray-turning package sorting system, and the automatic package supply system finishes conveying the packages to the tray-turning package sorting system according to the control instruction;
and the tray turning and parcel sorting system is used for leading in parcel information of sorted parcels and unloading the parcels to the sorting grids through the tray to complete sorting according to the control of the PLC control system.
2. The tip-up parcel sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein the tip-up parcel sorting system comprises a main drive motor, a plurality of main drive sprockets, a main chain, a frequency converter, an encoder, an unloading device, a proximity switch;
the frequency converter is used for receiving control information of the PLC control system, wherein the control information comprises starting of the main driving motor and setting of speed;
the main driving motor is started and operated under the action of the frequency converter to drive the main chain to rotate around the main driving chain wheels at a set speed;
the main chain is provided with a plurality of tray supports, the trays are arranged on the tray supports, and the main chain drives the trays to rotate at a set speed;
the proximity switch is arranged on the tray and used for detecting whether the tray is inclined or not, further judging whether the packages on the tray are successfully sorted or not and sending sorting information of whether the packages are successfully sorted to the PLC control system or not;
the encoder is arranged on the main chain and rotates along with the main chain, counts the trays in real time and sends real-time counting information to the PLC control system;
the PLC control system receives the sorting information sent by the proximity switch, sends the sorting information to the warehouse management system through the warehouse control system, and judges whether a tray is empty according to the sorting information; receiving real-time counting information sent by the encoder, and determining tray position information according to the real-time counting information; controlling the main driving motor to operate according to the tray position information and the sorting grid information sent by the warehousing control system to enable the tray with the packages to operate to the sorting grid sent by the warehousing control system, generating an unloading instruction, and sending the unloading instruction to an unloading device;
and the unloading device comprises the sorting grids, receives an unloading instruction sent by the PLC control system, inclines the tray according to the unloading instruction, and drops the packages on the tray down from the sorting grids to finish unloading.

The tipping tray type parcel sorting machine according to claim 2, wherein the unloading device further comprises an unloading rail, an unloading port dial and an unloading electromagnet, the unloading rail is connected to the main chain and rotates with the main chain, the unloading port dial and the unloading electromagnet are arranged on the unloading rail, the unloading electromagnet attracts one end of the unloading port dial, the other end of the unloading port dial is connected with a tray support, the unloading electromagnet is opened after receiving an unloading instruction sent by the PLC control system and then is far away from the unloading port dial, the unloading port dial can be bounced to drive the tray support to incline along the unloading rail, and the tray support drives the tray to incline.
4. The tray-turning parcel sorting machine according to claim 2, wherein said unloading device further comprises a tunnel belt below said sorting cell for receiving parcels unloaded at said sorting cell.

The tilt-pan parcel sorting machine of claim 2, wherein the tilt-pan parcel sorting system further comprises a merging device for returning the tray from the tilted state to the flat state to merge the trays in the tilted state and the flat state, the merging device being provided at a position before an end of the straight section in the rotation direction of the main chain enters the main drive sprocket.
6. The tip-up parcel sorter according to claim 1, wherein the integrated weigh-entry device comprises a camera and belt scale,
the camera is used for reading the coded information of the package and sending the coded information to the warehousing control system;
the belt scale is used for collecting the weight information of the packages and sending the weight information to the warehousing control system; and receiving conveying instruction information which is sent by the warehousing control system and used for conveying the packages from the weighing and inputting integrated device to the automatic package supplying system, and finishing conveying the packages to the automatic package supplying system according to the conveying instruction information.
7. The tip-over parcel sorter according to claim 1 wherein the automatic bag supply system comprises a transition belt, a raster number one disposed at a start position of the automatic bag supply system and a raster number two disposed at an end position of the automatic bag supply system;
the first grating is used for detecting whether a package is arranged at the first grating on the transition section belt or not and sending a first grating detection result to the PLC control system;
the second grating is used for detecting whether the transition section belt is wrapped at the second grating or not and sending a second grating detection result to the PLC control system;
the PLC control system receives the first grating detection result and the second grating detection result, and sends a starting or stopping operation instruction to the transition section belt according to the first grating detection result, the second grating detection result and the tray information to finish conveying the packages on the transition section belt to corresponding trays in the turnover package sorting system;
and the transition belt receives the operation instruction sent by the PLC control system, starts or stops according to the operation instruction, and conveys the packages to corresponding trays in the tray-turning package sorting system.
