Abstract
The invention discloses an injection type filler composition, a preparation method and application thereof. The hyaluronic acid gel in the injection type filler composition has a supporting effect on the volume generated by hyaluronic acid gel, and meanwhile, the poly-L-lactic acid can stimulate the activity of fibroblasts in the skin and stimulate the regeneration of collagen of the body for filling, so that the supporting effect of the filler composition is better improved, and the lasting and stable effect is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beauty treatment, and in particular relates to an injection type filler composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to and expect to keep a youthful and beautiful appearance, however, with the increase of age, facial skin begins to age, including skin wrinkles, deep nasolabial folds and the like; these ages are generally treated by injection of a filler. The second aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of the injectable filler composition, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing poly-L-lactic acid into a poly-L-lactic acid solution;
(b) adding hyaluronic acid gel into the poly-L-lactic acid solution and uniformly mixing to obtain the injection filler composition.
Preferably, the poly-L-lactic acid solution is a poly-L-lactic acid aqueous solution.
Preferably, the concentration of the poly-L-lactic acid solution is 35-75%.
Preferably, the hyaluronic acid gel may be hyaluronic acid gel of plain ripple brand.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a use of the injectable filler composition described above for facial contour reconstruction.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides a method for reconstructing a facial contour, the method comprising injecting the injectable filler composition described above into the facial bony structure high points.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that at least:
the hyaluronic acid gel in the injection type filler composition plays roles in nourishing, regenerating and supporting, meanwhile, the poly-L-lactic acid can stimulate the activity of fibroblasts in skin and stimulate the regeneration of collagen of a human body for filling, and plays a role in assisting and strengthening, so that the supporting effect of the filler composition is better improved, the lasting and stable effect is achieved, and the hyaluronic acid gel is injected into high points of a facial bony structure to form high point reconstruction and present visual cohesion from the structure; in addition, the filler composition disclosed by the invention can effectively improve the elastic modulus of the composition injected into dermis by reasonably proportioning all the components, and ensures the stability of the filling volume.

hyaluronic acid gel: suwenyu hyaluronic acid gel.
Example 1
Injection type filler composition
The injection type filler composition comprises the following components in parts by volume:
4 parts of hyaluronic acid gel and 1.5 parts of poly-L-lactic acid.
Second, preparation method
The preparation method of the injection type filler composition comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing poly-L-lactic acid into a poly-L-lactic acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 50 percent;
(b) adding hyaluronic acid gel into the poly-L-lactic acid solution according to the volume parts, and uniformly mixing to obtain the injection filler composition.
Example 2
Injection type filler composition
The injection type filler composition comprises the following components in parts by volume:
hyaluronic acid gel 2 parts and poly-L-lactic acid 0.5 parts.

The preparation method of the injection type filler composition comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing poly-L-lactic acid into a poly-L-lactic acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 50 percent;
(b) adding hyaluronic acid gel into the poly-L-lactic acid solution according to the volume parts, and uniformly mixing to obtain the injection filler composition.

The injection type filler composition comprises the following components in parts by volume:
hyaluronic acid gel 3 parts and poly-L-lactic acid 1 part.

The injection type filler composition comprises the following components in parts by volume:
hyaluronic acid gel 3 parts and poly-L-lactic acid 1 part.
Second, preparation method
The preparation method of the injection type filler composition comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing the poly-L-lactic acid into a poly-L-lactic acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 60 percent;
(b) adding hyaluronic acid gel into the poly-L-lactic acid solution according to the volume parts, and uniformly mixing to obtain the injection filler composition.
Examples of the experiments
Injection-type filler compositions were obtained in the same manner as in examples 1 to 3;
purchasing female Kunming mice, the same batch and the same size are randomly divided into 3 groups, each group comprises 5 mice, the back of the 1 st group of mice is injected with 2ml of the injection-type filler composition of the example 1 subcutaneously, and the back of the 2 nd group of mice is injected with 2ml of the injection-type filler composition of the example 2 subcutaneously; group 3 mice were injected subcutaneously in the back with 2ml of the injectable bulking agent composition of example 3; injecting the same position and managing completely the same for each mouse, taking out the injection behind each mouse after injecting for 20 days, calculating the volume, calculating the average value of the injection taken out of each group, and the calculation result is shown in table 1;

2. An injectable filler composition according to claim 1, wherein the injectable filler composition comprises the following components in parts by volume:
2-4 parts of hyaluronic acid gel and 0.5-1.5 parts of poly-L-lactic acid.
3. An injectable filler composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the injectable filler composition comprises the following components in parts by volume:
hyaluronic acid gel 3 parts and poly-L-lactic acid 1 part.
4. A process for preparing an injectable filler composition according to any of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(a) preparing poly-L-lactic acid into a poly-L-lactic acid solution;
(b) adding hyaluronic acid gel into the poly-L-lactic acid solution and uniformly mixing to obtain the injection filler composition.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the poly-L-lactic acid solution is an aqueous poly-L-lactic acid solution.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the concentration of the poly-L-lactic acid solution is 35-75%.
7. Use of an injectable filler composition according to any of claims 1 to 3 for the reconstruction of facial contours.
8. A method for reconstructing a facial contour, comprising injecting the injectable filler composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 into a facial bony structure high point.
