by arranging the second opening plate 25, when the flame at the window position is large, the flame is easily towards the position of an escape person at the bottom of the window along with the influence of wind power, so that the escape person can be scalded, the escape person pushes the second opening plate 25 upwards to enable the second opening plate 25 to rotate by a certain angle, and the second opening plate 25 can play a role in guiding the corresponding flame to promote the upward movement of the window flame;
