The adjusting tool can conveniently adjust the anti-loose gasket, and greatly saves the operation time for adjusting the anti-loose gasket.
However, the structure needs manual operation, and the automation degree is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a device and method for mounting a stop tab of a stop washer, which addresses the shortcomings of the prior art described above.

step 5, controlling the output pressure of the second pressure pump, pushing the pressing device forwards, and pressing the stop lugs of the stop gaskets to the side surfaces of the bolts;
step 6, when the output pressure of the second pressure pump is detected to be increased suddenly, the stop lugs of the stop gaskets are pressed in place and are clung to the side surfaces of the bolts;
and 7, controlling the first pressure pump and the second pressure pump to retract, and finishing the installation of the stop lugs of the stop gaskets.

The clamping device 1 has an inverted U-shaped frame with a hook at one end for hooking the head of the bolt 5 and a support plate and a clamping mechanism for pushing the support plate inward at the other end. The portion of the clamping device 1 abutting against the head of the bolt 5 is provided with a first contact sensor for outputting a signal whether the clamping device is clamped or not.
The ear-stopping shovel 3 is adapted to tilt the ear-stopping of the stop washer 4 from the other side of the head of the bolt 5, and the ear-stopping shovel 3 is supported to the clamping device 1 by the first pressure pump 2.
The pressing device 6 is used for pressing the stop lugs of the tilted stop gaskets 4 on the side surfaces of the bolts 5, a second contact sensor is arranged on the front vertical surface of the pressing device 6, and the pressing device 6 is supported at the rear part of the stop lug shovel 3 of the clamping device 1 through a second pressure pump 7.
The ear-stopping shovel 3 is matched with the pressing device 6. In this embodiment, the head of the ear-stopping shovel 3 is provided with a wedge-shaped block for tilting the ear-stopping of the stop washer 4, and the tail of the ear-stopping shovel 3 is provided with a supporting surface with a downward inclination angle for supporting the rear end of the second pressure pump 7. The compressing device 6 is arranged on the upper surface of the wedge-shaped block of the lug-stopping shovel 3 in a sliding manner, the front vertical face of the compressing device 6 is used for compressing the lug-stopping of the stop gasket 4, and the lower end of the front vertical face is provided with a convex shovel which is used for extruding the bending part of the lug-stopping root part of the stop gasket 4.
In order to be automated, the entire working process needs to be monitored. The invention provides two possible schemes:
1. the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7 each have a pressure value output port for outputting the output pressures of the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7, respectively, to the control device 8.
2. Pressure sensors are provided at either end of the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7 for outputting the output pressures of the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7, respectively, to the control device 8.
The current state is identified by the output pressures of the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7, respectively.
And the control device 8 is used for receiving signals of the first contact sensor and the second contact sensor and controlling the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7 to act according to the output pressure of the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7. The control device 8 is also connected with a buzzer, and alarms when abnormality occurs. In this example, the control device 8 is fixed to the clamping device 1.
The method for installing the stop lugs of the stop gaskets by using the device in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 1, selecting a clamping device 1 which is matched with the type of a bolt, sleeving the clamping device on the screw head of the bolt 5, and tightly attaching the lug-stopping shovel 3 to the surface of a workpiece to abut against the bottom end of a lug of a stop washer 4;
step 2, contracting the clamping device 1 to enable the ear-stopping shovel 3 to be supported on the clamping device 1 through the first pressure pump 2, detecting whether the clamping device is clamped or not through the first contact sensor at the moment, and if the clamping device is clamped, executing the step 3, otherwise, sending out an alarm signal and exiting;
step 3, controlling the output pressure of the first pressure pump 2 to enable the ear stopping shovel 3 to tilt the ear stopping of the stop gasket 4;
step 4, when the output pressure of the first pressure pump 2 is detected to be increased suddenly or the pressing device 6 is detected to touch the stop lug of the stop gasket 4 through the second contact sensor, the stop lug is proved to be tilted, and the pressure output of the first pressure pump 2 is stopped;
step 5, controlling the output pressure of the second pressure pump 7, pushing out the pressing device 6 forwards, and pressing the stop lugs of the stop gaskets 4 to the side surfaces of the bolts 5;
step 6, when the output pressure of the second pressure pump 7 is detected to be increased suddenly, the stop lugs of the stop gaskets 4 are pressed in place and are clung to the side surfaces of the bolts 5;
and 7, controlling the first pressure pump 2 and the second pressure pump 7 to retract, and finishing the installation of stop gaskets and stop lugs.
The logic control of the installation method is realized by the control device 8, and the control device 8 can firstly use a singlechip or a programmable logic array.
In addition to the embodiments described above, other embodiments of the invention are possible. All technical schemes formed by equivalent substitution or equivalent transformation fall within the protection scope of the invention.

the pressing device (6) is used for pressing the stop lugs of the tilted stop gaskets (4) on the side surfaces of the bolts (5), a second contact sensor is arranged on the front vertical surface of the pressing device (6), and the pressing device (6) is supported at the rear part of the stop lug shovel (3) of the clamping device (1) through a second pressure pump (7);
wherein, the first pressure pump (2) and the second pressure pump (7) are respectively provided with a pressure value output port for outputting the output pressure of the first pressure pump (2) and the output pressure of the second pressure pump (7) to the control device (8); or, pressure sensors are arranged at any end of the first pressure pump (2) and the second pressure pump (7) and are used for outputting the output pressures of the first pressure pump (2) and the second pressure pump (7) to the control device (8) respectively;
a control device (8) for receiving the signals of the first contact sensor and the second contact sensor and controlling the actions of the first pressure pump (2) and the second pressure pump (7) according to the output pressures of the first pressure pump (2) and the second pressure pump (7);
the clamping device (1) is provided with an inverted U-shaped frame, one end of the frame is provided with a hook head for hooking the screw head of the bolt (5), and the other end of the frame is provided with a supporting plate and a clamping mechanism for pushing the supporting plate inwards;
