adding the dried wood shavings obtained in the step S1 and the adhesive obtained in the step S2 into a stirrer together, adding a nucleating agent, a curing agent and a foaming agent, uniformly stirring and mixing at a low speed and a same direction at a rotating speed of 80r/min, wherein the mixing temperature is 80 ℃, and the mixing time is 4 hours, so as to obtain a mixture; the mass ratio of the wood shavings to the adhesive to the nucleating agent to the curing agent to the foaming agent is 180; the nucleating agent is a compound of silicon dioxide, sepiolite fibers and sodium tetraborate in a mass ratio of 10; the curing agent is a compound of p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid, glutaraldehyde and water in a mass ratio of 4; the foaming agent comprises p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide with the mass ratio of 1.2 and a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 15 percent, wherein the p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide and the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution are mixed in the foaming agent in a ratio of 1.2;
s4, forming:
and (4) delivering the mixture prepared in the step (S3) into a paving machine for paving to form a flat plate blank, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, cooling, cutting edges and sanding the plate blank, and drying until the water content is 9% to obtain the required PB plate.

The invention provides a production process of a light high-strength PB plate, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing wood shavings:
selecting fir wood, and cutting the fir wood to obtain a cutting material with the size of 50 cm;
drying the cutting material until the water content is 25%, then feeding the dried and cooked material into a wood shaving machine, controlling the length-width ratio to be 7:1 and the length-thickness ratio to be 146 1, preparing wood shavings with the length of 8mm, and drying the wood shavings until the water content is 4.5%;
s2, preparing an adhesive:
adding rosin resin and polybutene into ether together, stirring, dispersing and dissolving, adding vegetable gum, grinding and mixing uniformly to obtain an adhesive; the mass ratio of the rosin resin to the polybutene to the ether to the vegetable gum is 1.5;
s3, mixing materials:
adding the dried wood shavings obtained in the step S1 and the adhesive obtained in the step S2 into a stirrer together, adding a nucleating agent, a curing agent and a foaming agent, uniformly stirring and mixing at a low speed and a same direction at a rotating speed of 65r/min, wherein the mixing temperature is 65 ℃, and the mixing time is 3 hours, so as to obtain a mixture; the mass ratio of the wood shavings to the adhesive to the nucleating agent to the curing agent to the foaming agent is 170; the nucleating agent is a compound of silicon dioxide, sepiolite fibers and sodium tetraborate in a mass ratio of 5; the curing agent is a compound of p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid, glutaraldehyde and water in a mass ratio of 3.5; the foaming agent is p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide with the mass ratio of 1:1 and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with the concentration of 12.5 percent;
s4, forming:
sending the mixture prepared in the step S3 into a paving machine for paving to form a flat plate blank, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, cooling, edge cutting and sanding the plate blank, and drying until the water content is 7% to obtain the required PB plate

The invention provides a production process of a light high-strength PB plate, which comprises the following steps:

drying the cooked material until the water content is 25%, then feeding the dried cooked material into a wood shaving machine, controlling the length-width ratio to be 7:1 and the length-thickness ratio to be 146 1, preparing wood shavings with the length of 8mm, and drying the wood shavings until the water content is 4.5%;
s2, preparing an adhesive:
preparing formaldehyde-based adhesive;
s3, mixing materials:
adding the dried wood shavings obtained in the step S1 and the adhesive obtained in the step S2 into a stirrer together, adding a nucleating agent, a curing agent and a foaming agent, uniformly stirring and mixing at a low speed and a same direction at a rotating speed of 65r/min, wherein the mixing temperature is 65 ℃, and the mixing time is 3 hours, so as to obtain a mixture; the mass ratio of the wood shavings to the adhesive to the nucleating agent to the curing agent to the foaming agent is 170.5; the nucleating agent is a compound of silicon dioxide, sepiolite fibers and sodium tetraborate in a mass ratio of 5; the curing agent is a compound of p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid, glutaraldehyde and water in a mass ratio of 3.5; the foaming agent is p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide with the mass ratio of 1:1 and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with the concentration of 12.5 percent;
s4, forming:
and (4) delivering the mixture prepared in the step (S3) into a paving machine for paving to form a flat plate blank, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, cooling, cutting edges and sanding the plate blank, and drying until the water content is 7% to obtain the required PB plate.

The invention provides a production process of a light high-strength PB plate, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing wood shavings:

the cooking liquor is prepared by the following method: (1) Heating glycerol to 98 ℃ according to a mass ratio of 5.5; (2) Heating an acetic acid solution with the concentration of 18-35% to 55 ℃ according to the mass ratio of 8:1, preserving heat, adding magnesium oxide, and stirring for dissolving to obtain a mixed solution II; (3) Mixing the mixed solution I and the mixed solution II according to the mass ratio of 3.5;
drying the cooked material until the water content is 25%, then feeding the dried cooked material into a wood shaving machine, controlling the length-width ratio to be 7:1 and the length-thickness ratio to be 146 1, preparing wood shavings with the length of 8mm, and drying the wood shavings until the water content is 4.5%;
s2, preparing an adhesive:

s4, forming:
and (4) delivering the mixture prepared in the step (S3) into a paving machine for paving to form a flat plate blank, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, cooling, cutting edges and sanding the plate blank, and drying until the water content is 7% to obtain the required PB plate.
The performances of the PB sheets prepared in examples one to three of the present invention and comparative examples one to three were respectively tested according to the standard GB/T17657-2013, with the results as follows:

Claims (9)

1. The production process of the light high-strength PB plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing wood shavings:
selecting fir wood, cutting the fir wood to obtain a cutting material with the size of 1-100cm, immersing the cutting material into cooking liquor for cooking treatment, wherein the cooking temperature is 113-118 ℃, the cooking time is 1-2h, and obtaining a cooking material after cooking;
drying the cooked material until the water content is 15-35%, then feeding the dried cooked material into a wood shaving machine, controlling the length-width ratio to be 5-9:1 and the length-thickness ratio to be 14-18;
s2, preparing an adhesive:
adding rosin resin and polybutene into ether together, stirring, dispersing and dissolving, adding vegetable gum, grinding and mixing uniformly to obtain an adhesive;
s3, mixing materials:
adding the dried wood shavings obtained in the step S1 and the adhesive obtained in the step S2 into a stirrer together, adding a nucleating agent, a curing agent and a foaming agent, uniformly stirring and mixing at a low speed and a same direction at a rotating speed of 50-80r/min, wherein the mixing temperature is 50-80 ℃, and the mixing time is 2-4 hours, so as to obtain a mixture;
s4, forming:
sending the mixture prepared in the step S3 into a paving machine for paving to form a flat plate blank, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, cooling, edge cutting and sanding the plate blank, and drying until the water content is 5-9% to obtain the required PB plate;
the cooking liquor in the step S1 is prepared by the following method: (1) Heating glycerol to 88-108 ℃, keeping the temperature, adding cerotic acid, stirring and dissolving to obtain a mixed solution I; (2) Heating 18-35% acetic acid solution to 45-65 deg.C, maintaining the temperature, adding magnesium oxide, stirring, and dissolving to obtain mixed solution II; (3) And mixing the mixed liquor I and the mixed liquor II, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain the required cooking liquor.
2. The process for producing a lightweight high-strength PB plate as in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of glycerol to wax acid in step (1) is 4-7:1-3.
3. The process for producing a lightweight high-strength PB plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the acetic acid solution to the magnesium oxide in step (2) is 5-12.
4. The process for producing a lightweight high-strength PB plate as in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the mixed solution I to the mixed solution II in step (3) is 2-5:1-2.
5. The production process of the light high-strength PB plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the rosin resin, the polybutene, the diethyl ether and the vegetable gum in the step S2 is 1-2:3-5:8-12.
6. The process for producing a lightweight high-strength PB plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of wood wool, adhesive, nucleating agent, curing agent and foaming agent in step S3 is 160-180.
7. The production process of the light high-strength PB plate as in claim 1, wherein the nucleating agent in the step S3 is a compound of silica, sepiolite fibers and sodium tetraborate in a mass ratio of 1-10.
8. The production process of the light high-strength PB plate as in claim 1, wherein the curing agent in the step S3 is a compound of p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid, glutaraldehyde and water in a mass ratio of 3-4:1-1.8.
9. The process for producing a light-weight, high-strength PB plate according to claim 1, wherein the blowing agent in step S3 is p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide in a mass ratio of 0.8 to 1.2 and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide in a concentration of 10 to 15%.
