本发明公开了具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂及其制备方法、使用方法,该染发剂包括第一剂和第二剂,第一剂由以下组分组成:巯基碳六~十八:1%~2%,5,6‑二羟基吲哚:1%~3%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,丙二醇:4%~9%,半胱氨酸:1%~4%,水解角蛋白:1%,氨水适量,用来调节pH为9~10;水余量;第二剂由以下组分组成:过氧化氢:8%~20%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,丙二醇:4%~9%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,水余量。本发明染发剂在黑色素合成过程中,疏水性巯基碳链可减少头发中水分流失,从而保持头发湿润不干燥,尤其适合头发易干枯人群。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,特别涉及具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂及其制备方法、使用方法。
背景技术
随着不断加快的生活节奏以及日益增长的生活压力,头发灰白不仅发生在老年人群体中,而且逐渐青年化。染发可以改变头发的颜色和亮度,已成为人们拥有一头健康亮丽头发的重要选择。目前市面上的传统染发产品普遍含有对苯二胺这类化学来源的原料,一旦沾染头皮表面,不仅易导致丘疹、红肿、瘙痒、皮屑等过敏反应,而且还有一定的致癌作用。另外这类传统染发产品更无法兼顾到染发后头发的干枯问题。而且阳光中紫外线的侵害、化学物质的伤害、长期睡觉不足及过度疲劳等因素都会令头发失去水分和油脂的滋润,导致头发枯黄干燥易折断。
目前含有5,6-二羟基吲哚黑色素的染发剂逐渐崭露头角。研究表明,人体内酪氨酸被催化氧化形成活泼的中间体5,6-二羟基吲哚,进而氧化形成黑色素。由于5,6-二羟基吲哚中间体的活泼性,其易在碱性和空气的条件下氧化自聚,无需引发剂的刺激。这种在体外利用活泼中间体去仿生染发,绿色安全,可作为永久染发剂。但目前的5,6-二羟基吲哚黑色素的染发剂仍然无法避免染发后头发受损易干枯的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂及其制备方法、使用方法,本发明染发剂在实现安全稳定染发的同时,还兼具头发保湿功效。
本发明的技术方案如下:
具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂,包括第一剂和第二剂;
以质量百分比计,第一剂由以下组分组成:
巯基碳六~十八:1%~2%,5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%~3%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,丙二醇:4%~9%,半胱氨酸:1%~4%,水解角蛋白:1%,氨水适量,用来调节pH为9~10;水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%;
以质量百分比计,第二剂由以下组分组成:
过氧化氢:8%~20%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,丙二醇:4%~9%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。

本发明第一剂中,巯基碳链为疏水剂,5,6-二羟基吲哚为着色剂,硬脂酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇为增溶剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠、半胱氨酸为还原剂,丙二醇为保湿剂,水解角蛋白为发用调理剂,氨水为pH调节剂。第二剂中,过氧化氢为氧化剂,硬脂酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇为增溶剂,丙二醇为保湿剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为还原剂。
本发明中,5,6-二羟基吲哚作用于头发角蛋白纤维,在黑色素合成过程中疏水性巯基碳链可减少头发中水分流失,保持头发湿润不干燥,减少甚至消除头发干枯。
上述具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂的制备方法,包括第一剂的制备,包括步骤:
(1-1)将硬脂酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇和巯基碳链混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(1-2)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙二醇、半胱氨酸、水解角蛋白、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(1-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌2min~8min,随后降低至室温;
(1-4)加入氨水调节pH值为9~10,加入5,6-二羟基吲哚混合,得第一剂;
上述各原料的用量参照前述。
上述具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂的制备方法,包括第二剂的制备,包括步骤:
(2-1)将硬脂酸和鲸蜡硬脂醇混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(2-2)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙二醇、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(2-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌2min~8min,随后降低至室温;
(2-4)加入过氧化氢混合,得第二剂;
上述各原料的用量参照前述。
上述具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂的使用方法为:
清洗头发,将第一剂和第二剂按混合,涂抹于头发上,在空气中停留30~60分钟,再次清洗头发;其中,第一剂和第二剂的用量比参照常规二剂型染发剂的用量比,一般按1.5:1~1:1.5,优选按1:1。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下特点和有益效果:
(1)采用无毒安全的5,6-二羟基吲哚作为染发剂的黑色素中间体,更为绿色安全,且染发效果优。
(2)引入疏水性巯基碳链,在黑色素合成过程中疏水性巯基碳链可减少头发中水分流失,从而保持头发湿润不干燥,尤其适合头发易干枯人群。

下述实施例和对比例中采用原料均可于市面直接购买,其中,5,6-二羟基吲哚为四川美拉宁高分子材料有限公司产品,纯度97%;其余原料均为市面通用产品。

本实施例中第一剂组分为:巯基碳六:1%,5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%,硬脂酸:6%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:6%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.6%,丙二醇:5%,半胱氨酸:4%,水解角蛋白:1%,氨水适量,将第一剂pH值调为9;水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。第二剂组分为:过氧化氢:10%,硬脂酸:6%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:6%,丙二醇:5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.6%,水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。

对实施例1~6和对比例1~2染发剂的染发效果进行评价,方法为:清洗头发,将第一剂和第二剂按1:1用量比混合均匀,涂抹于头发上,在空气中停留30分钟,用洗发露洗涤头发并风干。对头发的保湿度及黑度进行评价。
保湿度采用触摸测试法,将湿润度分为A(非常湿润)、B(较为湿润)、C(不干不湿)、D(较为干燥)、E(非常干燥)五个等级,将刚染发结束后头发的湿润度定义为A级,再将染色后头发在相同环境放置24小时,再用手触摸感受头发的湿润度。染发黑度的评价方法为:采用色差仪测试头发3次,取平均值,即染发黑度。正常黑发的黑度L值范围为16~18,L值越小,说明发色越黑。
实施例1~6和对比例1~2染发剂所染头发的保湿度及黑度数据见表3。从表中可以看出,实施例1~6的染发效果明显,保湿度相对对比例明显更优,表明疏水性巯基碳链的加入可减少头发中水分流失,在染发完成后可长时间保持头发湿润。

Claims (6)

1.具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂,其特征是,包括第一剂和第二剂;
以质量百分比计,第一剂由以下组分组成:
巯基碳六~十八:1%~2%,5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%~3%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,丙二醇:4%~9%,半胱氨酸:1%~4%,水解角蛋白:1%,氨水适量,用来调节pH为9~10;水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%;
以质量百分比计,第二剂由以下组分组成:
过氧化氢:8%~20%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,丙二醇:4%~9%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂,其特征是:
以质量百分比计,第一剂由以下组分组成:
巯基碳九~十八:1%~2%,5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%~3%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,丙二醇:4%~9%,半胱氨酸:1%~4%,水解角蛋白:1%,氨水适量,用来调节pH为9~10;水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%;
以质量百分比计,第二剂由以下组分组成:
过氧化氢:8%~20%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,丙二醇:4%~9%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。

以质量百分比计,第二剂由以下组分组成:
过氧化氢:8%~20%,硬脂酸:5%~10%,鲸蜡硬脂醇:5%~10%,丙二醇:4%~9%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.2%~1.5%,水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。
4.权利要求1~3中任一项所述的具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂的制备方法,其特征是,包括第一剂和第二剂的制备;
所述第一剂的制备包括步骤:
(1-1)将硬脂酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇和巯基碳六~十八混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(1-2)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙二醇、半胱氨酸、水解角蛋白、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(1-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌,随后降低至室温;
(1-4)加入氨水调节pH值为9~10,加入5,6-二羟基吲哚混合,得第一剂;
所述第二剂的制备包括步骤:
(2-1)将硬脂酸和鲸蜡硬脂醇混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(2-2)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙二醇、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(2-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌,随后降低至室温;
(2-4)加入过氧化氢混合,得第二剂。
5.权利要求1~3中任一项所述的具保湿功能的人造黑色素染发剂的使用方法,其特征是:
清洗头发,将第一剂和第二剂按1.5:1~1:1.5的用量比混合,涂抹于头发上,在空气中停留30~60分钟,再次清洗头发。
6.权利要求5的使用方法,其特征是:
将第一剂和第二剂按1:1的用量比混合。
