Abstract
本发明公开了一种通用型铝及其合金的环保除灰剂,其原料组成为稀土金属盐0.01~5.0g/L,氧化剂5~100g/L,酸剂5~100g/L,缓蚀剂0.1~5g/L,螯合剂0.1~10g/L,稳定剂0.1~10g/L,表面活性剂0.01~5g/L,余量为水;与现有技术相比,本发明具有常温操作、除灰速度快、能满足多种铝合金材料的除灰要求、不产生腐蚀性气体、不污染水环境的特点,配合环保除灰工艺,可以达到近乎零排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝及其合金表面处理领域,具体是一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂。
背景技术
铝及其合金密度小、强度高、塑性及机械加工性好,具有优良的导电、导热、电磁屏蔽、阻尼抗震等性能,在建筑、通讯、家电、机械加工、航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业等领域有广泛的应用,成为有色金属中使用量最大、应用面最广的金属材料。
由于铝是一种活泼金属,铝及其铝合金表面很容易与空气中的氧、水气反应迅速氧化,形成一层氧化膜。这层氧化膜具有一定的抗腐蚀能力,但由于是非晶的,使得铝件表面失去原有的光泽,并且这种氧化膜疏松多孔,不均匀,抗腐蚀能力不强,容易沾染污迹,会影响人们对其进行进一步的表面处理,可导致金属镀层与铝及其合金基底的附着力不强,达不到防腐、装饰的要求。所以,在对铝及其合金进行进一步表面处理之前,必须消除这层氧化膜并代之以干净的金属基质,以获得附着力良好的阳极氧化及金属镀层。清除这层氧化膜的工序包括:除油(或者脱脂)→水洗→碱蚀→水洗→除灰→水洗,然后进行进一步表面处理,比如阳极氧化,电镀,喷涂等。
铝及其合金的除灰又称为中和或出光。铝及其合金上面的挂灰主要来源于碱腐蚀工序。铝及其合金经碱腐蚀后,合金中含有的不能被碱洗液侵蚀的锰、铜、铁、硅等元素及其合金间化合物,在铝元素被腐蚀后,会裸露出来,并附着在金属表面,形成一层灰褐色或黑色的挂灰,可以用湿布擦去,但是这样效率低下,也难以保障除灰的效果,因此通常采用化学方法将其溶解除去,这种化学方法所使用的药剂就是除灰剂。在对铝及其合金进行进一步表面处理前,除灰是必不可少的重要工序,必须在中和除灰槽内将工件表面挂灰除净,否则将导致金属镀层脱落,氧化膜疏松,着色后光泽发暗等诸多问题。
目前现有的除灰工艺为硫酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、铬酸等及其混合酸除灰法,其中最常用且应用面最广的是硝酸除灰法,其主要缺点是:槽液浓度高,酸用量大,污染大,寿命短,槽液维护不易,且对于含锰、铁、铜,特别是含硅的合金铝材,除灰速度缓慢或甚至无能为力,反而会造成铝材基材的腐蚀,在材料表面出现雪花状腐蚀斑点。硝酸除灰过程中因硝酸的分解而释放出的氮氧化物和酸雾滴具有较大危害。而且除灰废液的氨氮也是除灰废液处理中一个潜在的问题。中国专利CN105316691所述的除灰剂是由硝酸130~200g/L、硫酸20~40g/L、高锰酸钾、氟化钠及冰乙酸组成,其中包含了大量的硝酸,操作时难免会产生氮氧化物,作业场地空气环境恶劣;处理液中含有硝基、锰离子、氟离子,很难处理达标,危害环境。中国专利CN109518200所述的除灰剂含有高铁酸盐,这种物质难以在酸性使溶液中稳定存在,而且氧化性极强,电极电位高达2.2V,在水溶液中产生的新生态原子氧可以将其中的有机缓蚀剂氧化为二氧化碳,因此这种工作液配制完成后会很快发生变化而失效。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种除灰速度快、能满足多种铝材的除灰要求、不产生腐蚀性气体、不污染水环境、槽液浓度低、寿命长,除灰剂用量少、除灰速度快、对基材腐蚀率小,对不同种类铝合金均有效果的通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,该除灰剂的配方及重量百分比组成为:稀土金属盐0.01~5.0g/L,氧化剂5~100g/L,酸剂5~100g/L,缓蚀剂0.1~5g/L,螯合剂0.1~10g/L,稳定剂0.1~10g/L,表面活性剂0.01~5g/L,余量为水;
优选的,所述的稀土金属盐为铈、镧、钪、钇等稀土金属的硫酸盐、氯化盐、硝酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物;
优选的,所述的氧化剂为过硫酸、过硼酸、过碳酸、过氧乙酸的钠盐、钾盐、铵盐以及过氧化氢中的一种或多种的混合物;
优选的,所述的酸剂为硫酸、氨基磺酸、磷酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、水杨酸中的一种或多种的混合物;
优选的,所述的缓蚀剂为苯基吖啶、烟酸、单宁酸、硫脲、尿素、六次甲基四胺、巯基苯并噻唑中的一种或多种的混合物;
优选的,所述的螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA)、氨基三乙酸、双硫腙、8-羟基喹啉、邻菲咯啉(C12H8N2)、多聚磷酸钠中的一种或多种的混合物;
优选的,所述的稳定剂为乙醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、乙二胺四甲叉磷酸(EDMP)和二乙撑三胺五甲叉磷酸(DTPMP)中的一种或多种的混合物;
优选的,所述的表面活性剂包括高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚系列表面活性剂中的一种或多种的混合物;
优选的,所述聚乙二醇分子量不大于400。
优选的,所述通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂用于铝及其合金碱腐蚀以及化学抛光后的除灰处理,操作温度15~35℃,除灰时间5~60s。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.开槽浓度小,除灰剂用量50~70g/L,比常用的硝酸除灰120~130g/L的浓度小,铝件除灰后带出的除灰剂溶液中的污染物量小,使用逆流环保工艺,排放的污染物就会很少;2.除灰速度快,仅需要5~60s,可以大大的提高生产效率;3.对铝及其合金基体材料腐蚀率小,是常规硫酸、硝酸除灰工艺对铝合金基材腐蚀率的1/10以下;4.能够适用于多种型号的铝合金的除灰;5.该除灰剂基本成分均为环境较为友好成分,不含高毒性、强致癌及挥发性强酸,对人体无害,对操作环境无污染,废液经过简单处理即可达标排放;6.水溶液中的稀土金属离子与螯合剂形成稳定配位螯合物,使螯合剂的浓度保持在一定的范围,达到了类似于缓冲溶液的特性,从而使其对铝或其合金基材有一定的保护作用;同时这种稀土螯合物在除灰过程中起到催化作用,可以使除灰过程更快更彻底,而且不损害基材本体。
具体实施方式
为了进一步阐述本发明为达成预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,对依据本发明提出的一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂进行详细说明。
应当说明的是,在本文中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
首先,我们对实验目标、方法以及评判效果的条件加以说明:
试验铝件:铝材牌号为6063,尺寸100×100×2mm;按照工艺进行除灰处理试验。
实验检测方法:(1)除油:在含有碱性除油剂(市售)30g/L的溶液中,在40~60℃条件下处理工件5~10min,以清洗工件表面的油脂、灰尘等。对槽液进行超声可以提高除油效率。除油后需要对工件进行至少三次水洗,充分除去工件表面沾附的除油剂成分,以免污染下一道工序的槽液。
(2)碱蚀:将除油后的工件放入含氢氧化钠35~50g/L、碳酸钠30~50g/L碱蚀液中,40~50℃处理30~90sec,除去工件表面氧化膜。碱蚀后需要对工件进行至少三次水洗,充分除去工件表面沾附的碱蚀液成分,以免污染下一道工序的槽液。
(3)除灰:碱蚀后的工件上面会沾附大量灰黑色挂灰,将其浸入实例所制取的通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂中,在室温下(15~35℃)浸泡5~60s,获得光亮清洁的表面。浸泡期间应该对工件进行摇动,或对槽液进行超声处理,能够有效提高除灰效率。除灰后需要对工件进行至少三次水洗,充分除去工件表面沾附的除灰剂成分,以免污染下一道工序的槽液。
评判除灰剂除灰效果的标准:1、处理后,在指定光源下仔细观察,表面光亮无灰;2、用无水乙醇浸过的白布擦拭铝件表面,铝件表面无残留,白布表面无残留。
实施例1:
一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,以体积1L计,按下列重量(或体积)称取(或量取)如下原料:浓硫酸5g、氨基磺酸20g、柠檬酸5g、硝酸铈0.5g、过硫酸钠5g、工业过氧化氢(35%,m/m)40mL、巯基苯并噻唑1g、尿素1g、EDTA二钠盐1.2g、氨基三乙酸0.5g、乙二醇10mL、OP-10乳化剂2mL,将这些组分按先后顺序分别加入到800mL水中,充分搅拌至完全溶解,冷却至室温,用水添加至1L。
实施例2:
一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,以体积1L计,按下列重量(或体积)称取(或量取)如下原料:浓硫酸5g、氨基磺酸15g、酒石酸5g、硝酸镧0.5g、过硫酸钠10g、工业过氧化氢(35%m/m)25mL、巯基苯并噻唑1g、硫脲1.5g、EDTA二钠盐1.5g、8-羟基喹啉0.8g、乙二醇15mL、TX-10乳化剂5mL,将这些组分按先后顺序分别加入到800mL水中,充分搅拌至完全溶解,冷却至室温,用水添加至1L。
实施例3:
一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,以体积1L计,按下列重量(或体积)称取(或量取)如下原料:浓硫酸5g、氨基磺酸15g、水杨酸5g、硝酸铈0.7g、过硫酸钠10g、工业过氧化氢(35%m/m)25mL、硫脲1g、苯基吖啶1g、8-羟基喹啉1.2g、双硫腙1.5g、乙二醇5mL、AEO-9乳化剂5mL,将这些组分按先后顺序分别加入到800mL水中,充分搅拌至完全溶解,冷却至室温,用水添加至1L。
实施例4:
一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,以体积1L计,按下列重量(或体积)称取(或量取)如下原料:浓硫酸10g、氨基磺酸15g、硝酸铈0.5g、过硫酸钠10g、工业过氧化氢(35%m/m)20mL、六次甲基四胺2g、邻菲咯啉1.5g、乙二醇5mL、AEO-9乳化剂5mL,将这些组分按先后顺序分别加入到800mL水中,充分搅拌至完全溶解,冷却至室温,用水添加至1L。
实施例5:
一种通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,以体积1L计,按下列重量(或体积)称取(或量取)如下原料:浓硫酸10g、氨基磺酸15g、硝酸铈1.0g、工业过氧化氢(35%m/m)35mL、硫脲2g、邻菲咯啉1.8g、聚乙二醇(400)5mL、OP-10乳化剂5mL,将这些组分按先后顺序分别加入到800g水中,充分搅拌至完全溶解,冷却至室温,用水添加至1L。
试验结果如下表:
从上述试验结果表中可以看出,只要是依照本发明制造的通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,均可以常温操作,达到除灰速度快,仅需要5~60s,且铝件表面无残留,白布表面无残留,说明除灰效果好,可大大的提高生产效率。

所述的氧化剂为过硫酸、过硼酸、过碳酸、过氧乙酸的钠盐、钾盐、铵盐以及过氧化氢中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的酸剂为硫酸、氨基磺酸、磷酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、水杨酸中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的缓蚀剂为苯基吖啶、烟酸、单宁酸、硫脲、尿素、六次甲基四胺、巯基苯并噻唑中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的表面活性剂包括高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚系列表面活性剂中的一种或多种的混合物。

4.根据权利要求1所述的通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为乙醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、乙二胺四甲叉磷酸和二乙撑三胺五甲叉磷酸中的一种或多种的混合物。

6.根据权利要求1~5任一一项所述的通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂,其特征在于,所述通用型铝及其合金环保除灰剂用于铝及其合金碱腐蚀以及化学抛光后的除灰处理,操作温度15~35℃,除灰时间5~60s。
