Abstract
一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶及使用方法,包括如下重量份数的原料:胶凝材料:80~100份、膨胀剂:8‑8.5份、助剂:1~3份、填料:45~60份、减水剂:0.2~0.3份、促凝剂:2~4份、增强剂:1~3份、分散剂:0.25~1份、保塌剂:1~1.5份、增强纤维:0.25~0.5份、复合型防冻剂:1.5~3份。本发明实现产品无毒无害、降低吸水率、提高耐冻性(冻融循环≥100次)、增强使用寿命(>100年),尤其满足‑40℃~0℃低温环境使用需求;同时改善产业工人的工作环境;充分利用工业废弃物,降低原料消耗,能源消耗,减少废弃物排放。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装配式钢结构建筑及装配式混凝土建筑物等材料领域,尤其涉及一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶及使用方法。
背景技术
目前装配式建筑外墙板施工安装用建筑胶耐寒及耐久性较差,使用15~20年就会出现龟裂、脱皮等缺陷,久而久之造成建筑胶使用处渗水,尤其在北方严重造成渗水后冻涨,随即损害墙体,远不能满足建筑物几十年的使用需求。本发明提供一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,提高现有建筑胶的耐老化及耐久性,进而满足建筑材料的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶及使用方法,实现产品无毒无害、降低吸水率、提高耐冻性(冻融循环≥100次)、增强使用寿命(>100年),尤其满足-40℃~0℃低温环境使用需求;同时又能满足人类对生活环境的环保要求,改善产业工人的工作环境;在充分利用工业废弃物的同时降低原料消耗,能源消耗,使得企业利用工业废弃物最大化,减少废弃物排放。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,包括如下重量份数的原料:胶凝材料:80~100份、膨胀剂:8-8.5份、助剂:1~3份、填料:45~60份、减水剂:0.2~0.3份、促凝剂:2~4份、增强剂:1~3份、分散剂:0.25~1份、保塌剂:1~1.5份、增强纤维:0.25~0.5份、复合型防冻剂:1.5~3份。
所述凝胶材料为42.5MPa水泥或52.5MPa水泥;所述膨胀剂为细度>300目的无水石膏粉。
所述助剂为硫酸铝钾、生石灰(氧化钙)、氧化镁、蓝晶石(三氧化二铝·二氧化硅)中的一种或两种,所述助剂细度>300目。
所述填料为水洗铁尾矿粉、水洗石英砂粉、消解钢渣粉、重钙粉、Ⅱ级粉煤灰中的一种或两种;所述填料细度>300目。
木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸镁、木质素磺酸钠、萘磺酸钙、萘磺酸钠、氨基磺酸钙、氨基磺酸钠、氨基磺酸镁中的一种;
所述促凝剂为氯酸钠、铝酸钙、氟铝酸钙、甲酸钙、亚硝酸钠、亚硫酸钠中的一种或两种。
所述增强剂为纯丙烯酸可再分乳胶粉、可再分散苯丙乳胶粉、丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉、醋酸乙烯一乙烯可再分散胶粉、丙烯酸共聚物可再分乳胶粉中的一种。
所述分散剂为聚羧酸钠、羧酸钠、聚丙烯酸铵、丙烯酸铵、胺盐、季胺盐中的一种;
所述保塌剂为甲基纤维素醚、乙基纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、羧甲基纤维素醚中的一种。
所述增强纤维为酚醛纤维、碳纤维、高强高模聚乙烯纤维、高强高模聚丙烯纤维中的一种,所述增强纤维的长度为3~5mm。
所述复合型防冻剂复配合质量比为碳酸钾:氯化钙:硝酸钙:尿素=5:2.5~3:3~3.5:3~5。
本发明的生产工艺是:
1)按国家建材标准选择并储备材料。
2)通过输送机将各种原料输入原料仓。
3)由输送机输出、电子秤自动计量加入物料搅拌机,混合搅拌,均匀后检验检测,合格品入库。
一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶的使用方法,包括如下方法:
水料比为0.35~0.40:1,在搅拌时先加粉料后加水,水要符合相应国家建材标准要求,稠度按季节适当调整。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明是利用工业、农业及生活废弃物(尾矿粉、钢渣粉、粉煤灰等)生产的环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,具有堆积密度1350~1500kg/m3,用于实际中28d的抗压强度≥45MPa,吸水率<1%,冻融质量(≥100次)损失<2%,对应国家标准《装配式混凝土建筑技术标准》(GBT51231-),对应C30,强度大于50%。通过膨胀剂及助剂实现微膨胀的性能,24小时膨胀率为0.2~4%;防水性能在0.4MPa时120min不透水;本发明的环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶适用于装配式外挂墙板安装工程;
2)本发明无毒无害,不燃烧,密封性能好,抗冻,环保,耐久性好,使用寿命长(≥100年)的优点,同时产品在生产过程中具有利废、环保的优势。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的实施方式进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,由如下组份按重量份组合制成的:胶凝材料为42.5MPa水泥80份;膨胀剂为细度>300目的无水石膏粉8份;助剂为硫酸铝钾2份;填料为水洗铁尾矿粉、消解钢渣粉,细度>300目,各占50%,总计45份;减水剂为萘磺酸钙0.2份;促凝剂为甲酸钙2份;增强剂为纯丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉1.5份;分散剂为聚羧酸钠0.85份;保塌剂为乙基纤维素醚1.25份;增强纤维为高强高模聚丙烯纤维0.5份;复合型防冻剂2.4份。
其中复合型防冻剂复配合质量比为碳酸钾:氯化钙:硝酸钙:尿素=5:2.5:3:3。
使用时,水:料比为0.385:1。
实施例1实测结果:堆积密度1350kg/m3,用于实际中28天的抗压强度56.85MPa,远大于C30的抗压强度30MPa,吸水率<1%,冻融质量(≥100次)损失<2%。
实施例2:
一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,由如下组份按重量份组合制成的:胶凝材料为42.5MPa水泥80份;膨胀剂为无水石膏粉,细度>300目,8份;助剂为氧化镁3份;填料为水洗铁尾矿粉、水洗石英砂,细度>300目,各占50%,计50份;减水剂为氨基磺酸钠0.2份。促凝剂为氯酸钠2.5份;增强剂为可再分散苯丙乳胶粉1.2份;分散剂为羧酸钠0.65份;保塌剂羟乙基纤维素醚1.2份;增强材料为高强高模聚乙烯纤维0.5份;复合型防冻剂为2.4份。
其中复合型防冻剂复配合质量比为碳酸钾:氯化钙:硝酸钙:尿素=5:2.75:3.20:3.20。
使用时,水:料比为0.385:1。
实施例2实测结果:堆积密度1410kg/m3,用于实际中28天的抗压强度57.05MPa,远大于C30的抗压强度30MPa,吸水率<1%,冻融质量(≥100次)损失<2%。
实施例3:
一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,由如下组份按重量份组合制成的:胶凝材料为42.5水泥90份;膨胀剂为无水石膏粉,细度>300目,8份;助剂为硫酸铝钾、生石灰,各1份;填料为水洗石英砂粉,细度>300目,50份;减水剂为萘磺酸钙0.25份;促凝剂铝酸钙、氟铝酸钙,各1.5份;增强剂为丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉1.5份;分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵1份;保塌剂为羟丙基纤维素醚1.05份;增强纤维为碳纤维,0.25份;复合型防冻剂2.7份。
其中复合型防冻剂复配合质量比为碳酸钾:氯化钙:硝酸钙:尿素=5:2.65:3.10:3.10。
水:料比为0.385:1。
实施例实测结果:堆积密度1450kg/m3,用于实际中28天的抗压强度57.51MPa,远大于C30的抗压强度30MPa,吸水率<1%,冻融质量(≥100次)损失<2%。
实施例4:
一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,由如下组份按重量份组合制成的:胶凝材料为42.5水泥100份;膨胀剂为无水石膏粉,细度>300目,8.5份;助剂为硫酸铝钾、蓝晶石,各1份;填料为水洗铁尾矿粉、重钙粉,细度>300目,二者配比为2:1;计60份;减水剂为木质素磺酸钙0.3份:促凝剂为亚硝酸钠、亚硫酸钠,各1.5份;增强剂为丙烯酸共聚物1.8份;分散剂为季胺钠0.75份;保塌剂为羧甲基纤维素醚1份;增强材料为酚醛纤维0.3份;复合型防冻剂为3份。
其中复合型防冻剂复配合质量比为碳酸钾:氯化钙:硝酸钙:尿素=5:3:3.50:3.50。
水:料比为0.385:1。
实施例4的实测结果:堆积密度1496kg/m3,用于实际中28天的抗压强度58.05MPa,远大于C30的抗压强度30MPa,吸水率<1%,冻融质量(≥100次)损失<2%。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:胶凝材料:80~100份、膨胀剂:8-8.5份、助剂:1~3份、填料:45~60份、减水剂:0.2~0.3份、促凝剂:2~4份、增强剂:1~3份、分散剂:0.25~1份、保塌剂:1~1.5份、增强纤维:0.25~0.5份、复合型防冻剂:1.5~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述凝胶材料为42.5MPa水泥或52.5MPa水泥;所述膨胀剂为细度>300目的无水石膏粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述助剂为硫酸铝钾、生石灰、氧化镁、蓝晶石中的一种或两种,所述助剂细度>300目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述填料为水洗铁尾矿粉、水洗石英砂粉、消解钢渣粉、重钙粉、Ⅱ级粉煤灰中的一种或两种;所述填料细度>300目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述减水剂为木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸镁、木质素磺酸钠、萘磺酸钙、萘磺酸钠、萘磺酸镁、氨基磺酸钙、氨基磺酸钠、氨基磺酸镁中的一种;
所述促凝剂为氯酸钠、铝酸钙、氟铝酸钙、甲酸钙、亚硝酸钠、亚硫酸钠中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述增强剂为纯丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉、可再分散苯丙乳胶粉、丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉、醋酸乙烯一乙烯可再分散胶粉、丙烯酸共聚物可再分乳胶粉中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚羧酸钠、羧酸钠、聚丙烯酸铵、丙烯酸铵、胺盐、季胺盐中的一种;
所述保塌剂为甲基纤维素醚、乙基纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、羧甲基纤维素醚中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述增强纤维为酚醛纤维、碳纤维、高强高模聚乙烯纤维、高强高模聚丙烯纤维中的一种,所述增强纤维的长度为3~5mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶,其特征在于,所述复合型防冻剂复配合质量比为碳酸钾:氯化钙:硝酸钙:尿素=5:2.5~3:3~3.5:3~5。
10.一种如权利要求1-9所述的环保型微膨胀防水建筑胶的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下方法:
水料比为0.35~0.40:1,在搅拌时先加粉料后加水。
