Claims (10)

1. An automatic packaging method is characterized by being used for preparing a packaging box, the packaging box is mainly used for wine packaging, a box body (1) of the packaging box comprises a surface paper (101) and a base plate (102), the surface paper (101) is pasted on the base plate (102), and the surface paper (101) is processed by double-splicing or triple-splicing printing;
glue is smeared on the inner wall surface of the surface paper (101) so as to paste the inner wall surface of the surface paper (101) on the substrate (102), the substrate (102) is an ash board or a corrugated board, and a v-shaped groove (106) is formed in the bending part of the substrate (102);
the tissue (101) and the base plate (102) are formed into a double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1) with openings at two ends, a supporting piece (4) is arranged in the double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1), the double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1) is cut from the tissue (101) into the base plate (102) by a cutter (3), and the double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1) is cut into two or three box bodies (1) of the packing box by the cutter (3);
the both ends opening of box body (1) adopts lid (2) or base to seal the opening at both ends, cuts two adjacent box bodies (1) in cutter (3) and opens the back, forms disconnection portion (7) on the tip of the at least one end of box body (1), when adopting lid (2) or base to seal the both ends opening of box body (1), disconnection portion (7) quilt lid (2) or base edge cover.
2. The method for automatic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the cut-off portion (7) of the box body (1) formed after the double or triple piece tubular box body (1) is cut by the cutter (3) is coated with the coating material at least once on the cut-off portion (7) of the box body (1).
3. The method of automated packaging of claim 2, wherein the step of applying the coating is as follows:
the roller (5) is placed in the coating disc (6), the cut-off part (7) is arranged towards the roller surface of the roller (5), redundant coating on the roller (5) is removed by a scraper, the roller (5) is adopted to drive the coating in the coating disc (6), and the coating is directly or indirectly coated on the cut-off part (7) of the box body (1) cut by the cutter (3).

The automatic packaging method according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the surface paper (101) and the base plate (102) are laminated and pasted to form the box body (1) of the composite board, the inner wall of the composite board is provided with a v-shaped groove (106), and the box body is bent at the v-shaped groove (106) and then is connected and molded to form the double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1).

The automatic packaging method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein in the step of forming the base plate (102) and the face paper (101) into the tubular body (1), the base plate (102) is formed into a square tubular blank, and then the face paper (101) is pasted to the surface of the tubular blank after glue is applied to the inner wall surface of the face paper (101) to form the tubular body (1).

The method of automatic packaging according to claim 5, characterized in that the top view profile of said double-or triple-pieced tubular carton body (1) can be square, pentagonal or hexagonal, one glue or two glues can be applied to the inner wall surface of said face paper (101), and when two glues are applied, two glue spacing stripes are applied to the inner wall surface of said face paper (101).
7. The method for automated packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that, when cutting the tubular body (1) in double or triple configuration by means of the knife (3), the corners of the two ends of the tubular body (1) are cut off by means of the knife (3).
8. The method for automated packaging according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that in the cutting of the tubular box body (1) two knives (3) are used, arranged opposite one another, the two knives (3) cutting the box body (1) towards the support (4) at cutting positions on both surfaces of the box body (1), respectively.
9. The method of automated packaging according to claim 2, wherein the coating is applied twice or more on each of the cut-outs (7) and the coating is cured by uv curing.
10. The method of automated packaging according to claim 9, wherein the coating is an ink or a hot melt adhesive or an edge sealing oil.
