The press frame 102 can fix the press 1 to other equipment or platforms by different structural designs.
The workpiece fixing plate 103 is provided with a small hole for installing a quick clamp 104.
After the check ring is fixed, the concentricity of the upper shaft part of the workpiece and the main shaft of the press is adjusted by the front-back and left-right movement of the adjusting screw 105, and the press 1 is ensured to be vertically downward in the downward movement process, so that the check ring is ensured not to be installed eccentrically.

The spring ring 304 keeps the jaws 303 in a contracted state all the time.

The guide rod 4 is placed on a workpiece and used for expanding the pressing claw 303 and guiding the check ring.
The specific operation process is as follows:
a. placing the guide bar 4 on the workpiece;
b. placing the retainer ring on the guide rod 4;
c. the press 1 presses down to press the check ring to a specified position;
d. the press 1 returns, and the fixing rod installation module 2 and the pressing module 3 are brought back;
e. the guide bar 4 is removed and the workpiece is taken out.
