Next, the function of the building management system 1 will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 5.
Fig. 2 and 4 are diagrams showing examples of events detected in the building management system according to embodiment 1.
Fig. 3 and 5 are diagrams showing examples of time information in the building management system according to embodiment 1.
Fig. 2 and 3 show examples of the case where the user 2 moves between different floors using an elevator.
As shown in fig. 2, in this example, the person a who is the user 2 moves from the 301 room which is the 3 floor of the management area 4 to the 601 room which is the 6 floor of the management area 4. Room 301, which is the departure place of person a, is an example of the first area. A room 601 as a destination of the person a is an example of the second area. In this example, the first area and the second area are management areas 4 of mutually different floors.
First, person a exits 301 room.
At this time, the entry and exit management device 5 that detects the exit from the 301 room detects the exit of the person a. The entry/exit management device 5 generates exit information based on the exit time at this time, information indicating that the floor at which the exit was detected is 3 floors, and identification information of the person a. The entry and exit management device 5 transmits the generated exit information to the elevator utilization determination unit 7 of the building management system 1.
Person a moves from floor 3 to floor 6 using an elevator. Person a gets into the car stopping at floor 3. The car of the elevator travels from floor 3 to floor 6. Person a gets off the car at landing 6.
During this time, the elevator control device 3 adds stop information to the operation information. When stopping the car at the 3 floors, the elevator control device 3 generates stop information based on the information on the stop time and the information indicating that the stop floor is at the 3 floors. The elevator control device 3 adds the generated stop information to the operation information. When the car is stopped at 6 floors, the elevator control device 3 generates stop information based on the information on the stop time and the information indicating that the stop floor is 6 floors. The elevator control device 3 adds the generated stop information to the operation information. The elevator utilization determination unit 7 obtains operation information from the elevator control device 3.
Person a enters 601 room.
At this time, the entry and exit management device 5 that detects entry into the room 601 detects entry of the individual a. The entry and exit management device 5 generates entry information based on the entry time at this time, information indicating that the floor where entry is detected is 6 floors, and identification information of the person a. The entry and exit management device 5 transmits the generated entry information to the elevator utilization determination unit 7 of the building management system 1.
Here, the time from exiting 301 the room from person a to entering the car is shorter than the predetermined landing time. The predetermined landing time is a time set in advance based on, for example, the distance from the entrance of the management area 4 to the elevator hall, the average waiting time of the elevator, and the like. The time from the descent of the car to the entrance 601 of the person a is shorter than the predetermined boarding time. The predetermined time period may be set for each management area 4. Alternatively, the predetermined time may be a common time in the building.
The time from exiting 301 room to entering 601 room by person a is shorter than the predetermined movement time. The predetermined movement time is set in advance in accordance with a required time due to movement by the stairs, for example, based on a floor difference between a floor provided with the first area and a floor provided with the second area. For example, the predetermined movement time is set to be a time obtained by multiplying 3 floors, which are floor differences of 3 floors and 6 floors, by an average required time spent when moving one floor with stairs. The average time required may be preset for each building. The predetermined movement time may be different between the upward movement and the downward movement of the same floor difference.
Fig. 4 shows an example of time information managed by the elevator utilization determination unit 7.
In this example, the predetermined time for the boarding and disembarking is set to 2 minutes in advance as a common time in the building. In this example, the predetermined movement time is set to 5 minutes for 3 floors from 3 floors to 6 floors.
When the entrance information is acquired, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 identifies the user 2 based on the identification information included in the acquired entrance information. In this example, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the user 2 is the person a.
The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not exit information about the person a as the determined user 2 has been acquired. When the exit information of the person a is not acquired, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that it is impossible to determine whether or not the person a has utilized the elevator. On the other hand, when the exit information of the person a is acquired, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the time between the exit time of the exit information and the entry time of the acquired entry information is within a predetermined movement time based on the time information. When it is determined that the predetermined moving time has elapsed, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that it is impossible to determine whether or not the person a has utilized the elevator. In this example, at entry time 10: when 00 acquires entry information of person a, at exit time 09:57 have retrieved the exit information for person a. Here, exit time 09:57 and entry time 10: the time between 00 is 3 minutes. This time is shorter than a predetermined movement time of 5 minutes set for 3 floors from 3 floors to 6 floors. In this way, when the time between the exit time and the entry time is within the predetermined movement time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the elevator is utilized as follows.
The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the car has stopped at the floor at which the exit is detected, during a period from the exit time of the exit information to the elapse of the predetermined landing time. At this time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 searches for the operation information from, for example, the exit time 09:57 to the stopping time is within 2 minutes of the prescribed landing time and 3 floors are used as stopping information of stopping floors. When such stop information is not available, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the person a does not utilize the elevator but utilizes the stairs. In this example, the operation information is included in the slave exit time 09: docking time 09 after 1 minute from 57: and 58 takes the 3 layers as the stop information of the stop time. At this time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the car stops at the floor at which the exit is detected, during a period of time from the exit time of the exit information until a predetermined landing time elapses. In this case, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 estimates that there is a possibility that the person a is riding on the 3 floors.
Next, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the car has stopped at the floor at which entry is detected during a period from the entry time of the entry information to the time of tracing back the predetermined landing time. At this time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 searches for, for example, from the stop time to the entry time 10 from the operation information: the time up to 00 is within 2 minutes of the prescribed landing time and 6 floors are used as stop information of stop floors. When such stop information is not available, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the person a does not utilize the elevator but utilizes the stairs. In this example, the operation information is included in the slave entry time 10:00 backtracks the docking time 09, which is 1 minute: the layer 59 uses the layer 6 as the stop information at the stop time. At this time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the car stops at the floor at which the exit is detected during the period from the exit time of the exit information to the elapse of the predetermined landing time. In this case, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 estimates that there is a possibility that the individual a gets off the car at 6 floors.
In this way, when it is estimated that the person a is likely to get on the car at 3 floors and the person a is likely to get off the car at 6 floors, the elevator use determination unit 7 determines that the person a has moved by the elevator.
Here, when the predetermined moving time is shorter than the sum of the predetermined time for the exit and the predetermined time for the entry, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the stop information after the exit time is the stop information before the entry time. The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines, for example, whether or not the exit timing, the stop timing at the exit floor, the stop timing at the entry floor, and the entry timing are in this order. At this time, when the stop information after the exit time is the stop information after the stop information before the entry time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the person a does not utilize the elevator but utilizes the stairs.
In the case where the elevator has a plurality of cars, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 may determine whether or not the stop information after the exit time and the stop information before the entry time are a group of the stop information for the same car. In this case, when the group of stop information for the same car is not included in the operation information, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 may determine that the person a does not utilize the elevator but does utilize the stairs.
Next, fig. 4 and 5 show examples of the case where the user 2 moves between different floors using stairs.
As shown in fig. 4, in this example, the person a who is the user 2 moves from the 301 room which is the 3 floor of the management area 4 to the 601 room which is the 6 floor of the management area 4. Room 301, which is the departure place of person a, is an example of the first area. A room 601 as a destination of the person a is an example of the second area.
Person a moves from level 3 to level 6 using stairs. During this time the car of the elevator can also be run in response to calls from other users 2 of person a. For example, the car of the elevator stops at floor 6 in response to calls from other users 2 of person a.
During this time, the elevator control device 3 adds stop information to the operation information.
At this time, the entry and exit management device 5 that detected the entry into the room 601 detects the entry of the individual a. The entry and exit management device 5 generates entry information based on the entry time at this time, information indicating that the floor where entry is detected is 6 floors, and identification information of the person a. The entry and exit management device 5 transmits the generated entry information to the elevator utilization determination unit 7 of the building management system 1.
Here, the time from exiting 301 room to entering 601 room by person a is shorter than the predetermined movement time.
Fig. 5 shows an example of time information managed by the elevator utilization determination unit 7.
In this example, the predetermined time for the boarding and disembarking is set to 2 minutes in advance as a common time in the building. In this example, the predetermined movement time is set to 5 minutes for 3 floors from 3 floors to 6 floors.
When the entry information is acquired, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 identifies the user 2 based on the identification information included in the acquired entry information. In this example, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the user 2 is the person a.
The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the time between the exit time and the entry time is within a predetermined movement time, as in the example shown in fig. 3. In this case, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not an elevator is utilized as follows.
The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the car has stopped at the floor at which the exit is detected during a period from the exit time of the exit information to the elapse of the predetermined landing time. At this time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 searches for the operation information from, for example, the exit time 09:57 to the stopping time is within 2 minutes of the prescribed landing time and 3 floors are used as stopping information of stopping floors. In this example, the corresponding dock information is not included in the operation information. At this time, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the person a does not utilize the elevator but utilizes the stairs. The elevator utilization determination unit 7 notifies the integral calculation unit 8 of the determination result regarding the utilization of the elevator.
The point calculation unit 8 adds the given point to the point associated with the person a based on the notified determination result. The integral calculation unit 8 adds an integral to the person a when it is determined that the person a is moving without using an elevator.
At this time, the point calculation unit 8 may calculate the point to be given based on the movement of the person a or the like. The integral calculation unit 8 may calculate an integral by referring to an operation table stored in the data storage unit 9 or the like, for example.
The point calculation unit 8 may calculate the point to be given based on the time period in which the person a moves, for example. For example, the point calculation unit 8 may be configured to give a point 2 times the point given to another time zone when the person a moves without using an elevator during the time zone in which the elevator is congested. The time period of elevator congestion is, for example, a shift-in time period, a shift-out time period, or a lunch time period.
The point calculation unit 8 may calculate a point given by the floor difference moved by the person a, for example. For example, the integral calculation unit 8 may apply an integral 1.1 times that applied to a movement having a floor difference of 1 floor to a movement having a floor difference of 2 floors or 3 floors. The integral calculation unit 8 may apply an integral 1.3 times that applied to the movement of the floor difference of 4 floors or 5 floors.
The point calculation unit 8 may calculate the point to be given based on the time required for the movement of the person a, for example. For example, the integral calculation unit 8 may apply an integral that is 1.1 times the integral applied to a movement in which the required time per layer is 10 seconds or longer to a movement in which the required time per layer is less than 10 seconds.
The integral calculation unit 8 stores the information of the added integral in the utilization condition database of the data storage unit 9. The building management system 1 may store information obtained by the exit information, the entry information, the operation information, the time information, and the like in the use condition database of the data storage unit 9.
The information of the points stored in the utilization status database of the data storage unit 9 is referred to and utilized by the terminal device 10, for example.
Next, an example of the operation of the building management system 1 will be described with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the building management system according to embodiment 1.
In step S1, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 of the building management system 1 determines whether or not entry information is acquired.
If the determination result is no, the operation of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S1 again after a predetermined time elapses. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S2.
In step S2, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines the user 2 based on the identification information included in the acquired entry information. Then, the operation of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S3.
In step S3, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the exit information of the specified user 2 has been acquired.
If the determination result is no, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that it is impossible to determine whether or not to utilize the elevator. Then, the operation of the building management system 1 ends. On the other hand, when the determination result is yes, the operation of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S4.
In step S4, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the time period from the entry time to the exit time of the user 2 determined is within a predetermined movement time. If the determination result is no, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that it is impossible to determine whether or not to utilize the elevator. Then, the operation of the building management system 1 ends. On the other hand, when the determination result is yes, the operation of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S5.
In step S5, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 searches the operation information for stop information in which the stop floor is the floor from which the user 2 exits, and the time from the exit time of the specified user 2 to the stop time is within the predetermined landing time. In the case where there is corresponding stop information, the action of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S6. When there is no corresponding stop information, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the specified user 2 does not utilize the elevator but utilizes the stairs. Then, the operation of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S7.
In step S6, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 searches the operation information for stop information in which the stop floor is the floor where the user 2 enters, and the time from the stop time to the entry time of the user 2 is within the predetermined landing time. When the corresponding stop information exists, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the specified user 2 utilizes the elevator. Then, the operation of the building management system 1 ends. When there is no corresponding stop information, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the specified user 2 does not utilize the elevator but utilizes the stairs. Then, the operation of the building management system 1 proceeds to step S7.
In step S7, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 notifies the integral calculation unit 8 of the determination result. Then, the integral calculation unit 8 integrates the determined user 2 based on the determination result. Then, the operation of the building management system 1 ends.
As described above, the building management system 1 according to embodiment 1 includes the elevator utilization determination unit 7. The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the elevator is utilized by the user 2 in the movement from the first area to the second area, based on the exit area information, the entry information, the operation information, and the time information. The log-out information is generated when the user 2 logs out from the first area. The exit information includes information of the floor where the first area is provided and identification information for identifying the user 2. The entry information is generated when the user 2 enters the second area. The entry information includes information of the floor where the second area is provided and identification information for identifying the user 2. The operation information includes a plurality of pieces of dock information. The plurality of stop information are generated when the car of the elevator stops. The plurality of stop information includes information of stop floors, respectively. The time information includes information of an exit time, an entry time, and a plurality of stop times. The exit time is the time when the exit information is generated. The entry time is a time when entry information is generated. The plurality of pieces of stop information are each generated.
The exit information for exiting from the first area as the departure point is generated regardless of whether or not the elevator is used by the user 2 who has moved. Similarly, the entry information for entering the second area as the destination is generated regardless of whether or not the elevator is used by the user 2 who has moved. The operation information contains operation history information of the elevator. The time information contains information about the time at which an event regarding the movement of the user 2 and the operation of the elevator occurred. The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines based on these pieces of information. Therefore, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 can correlate the movement of the user 2 between different floors with the operation history of the elevator at the utilization timing. Thus, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 can detect the user 2 of the building that is not utilizing the elevator during movement. The building management system 1 does not need to identify the device of the user 2 in the intermediate route of stairs, elevators, and the like between the departure place and the destination. Therefore, the building management system 1 can be easily applied to a building to which the existing access management system is applied. The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines based on information generated based on an event that is actually generated. Therefore, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 does not generate erroneous recognition due to a simulation error or the like.
The elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the identification information included in the exit information matches the identification information included in the entry information generated at the entry time after the exit time at which the exit information was generated. If the floor information matches the floor information included in the exit information, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the floor information included in the exit information matches the floor information included in the floor information generated at the stop time after the exit time. Further, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines whether or not the stop floor information in the stop information at the stop time generated after the exit time and before the entry time matches the floor information included in the entry information. When the two areas match, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 determines that the user 2 utilizes the elevator during the movement from the first area to the second area.
Thus, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 can determine whether or not the time series of events included in the time information matches the time series of events when the elevator is utilized by the user 2. Thus, the elevator utilization determination unit 7 can easily detect the user 2 who utilizes the elevator.
The building management system 1 further includes an integral calculation unit 8. The integral calculation unit 8 integrates the users 2 determined by the elevator utilization determination unit 7 that the elevator is not utilized in the movement from the first area to the second area.
The building management system 1 can prompt the user 2 of the building to use stairs without using an elevator by giving an integral. Thus, the building management system 1 can prompt the user 2 to perform a movement using stairs. The building management system 1 can prompt the user 2 to perform an energy saving action. The building management system 1 can detect the user 2 who has actually performed such an action that the user does not use the elevator, and can therefore prompt the user 2 to continue the movement that does not use the elevator.
The point calculation unit 8 calculates the point given to the user 2 based on the time period from the first area to the second area when the movement of the elevator is not used.
Thus, the building management system 1 can prompt the user 2 to move without using an elevator in a crowded time zone, for example. Thus, the operation efficiency of the elevator is improved.
The point calculation unit 8 calculates the point given to the user 2 based on the floor difference from the first area to the second area without using the movement of the elevator.
Generally, in a movement using stairs, the larger the floor difference is, the more the amount of energy consumption for the movement is. Therefore, the building management system 1 can prompt the user 2 to perform an action with a larger energy consumption amount.
The integral calculation unit 8 calculates an integral to be given to the user 2 based on the time required for the movement of the elevator from the first area to the second area without using the elevator.
Generally, in a movement using stairs, the faster the movement, the higher the movement intensity. Therefore, the building management system 1 can prompt the user 2 to perform an action with higher exercise intensity.
In addition, a part or all of the building management system 1 may be provided outside the building. In this case, the building management system 1 is, for example, a system for remotely managing a building.
Next, an example of a hardware configuration of the building management system 1 will be described with reference to fig. 7.

At least one of the software and the firmware is described as a program. The program is stored in the memory 1c. The processor 1b reads out and executes a program stored in the memory 1c to realize each function of the building management system 1.
The processor 1b is also called CPU (Central Processing Unit), a processing device, an arithmetic device, a microprocessor, a microcomputer, a DSP. The memory 1c is constituted by, for example, a nonvolatile or nonvolatile semiconductor memory such as RAM, ROM, flash memory, EPROM, EEPROM, etc., a magnetic disk, a floppy disk, an optical disk, a compact disk, a mini disk, a DVD, etc.
In the case of a processing circuit provided with dedicated hardware 1a, the processing circuit is implemented by, for example, a single circuit, a complex circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC, an FPGA, or a combination thereof.
The functions of the building management system 1 can be implemented by processing circuits, respectively. Alternatively, the functions of the building management system 1 may be realized by a processing circuit. Regarding each function of the building management system 1, a part may be realized by dedicated hardware 1a, and the other part may be realized by software or firmware. Thus, the processing circuitry implements the functions of the building management system 1 by means of hardware 1a, software, firmware or a combination thereof.
