A multifunctional heating paint for the multifunctional electric heating paint system of any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the raw materials of the heating coating (3) comprise, by weight, 30-40 parts of carbon fibers, 20-30 parts of graphene, 5-10 parts of a thickening agent, 5-10 parts of a film forming agent and 5-10 parts of an antioxidant.

The multifunctional heating paint as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the heating coating (3) is coated on a conductive circuit (1) which is pre-installed on a wall through a coating tool, the coating thickness of the heating coating (3) is not more than 1mm, and the heating coating (3) is controlled by a control element (2) to be electrified and heated.
