(2) Pre-drying for 2min at 90 ℃ by using tentering pre-drying room steam, and then continuously baking for 2min, wherein the temperature of 8 groups of drying rooms of a tentering machine is 150 ℃, 160 ℃, 170 ℃, 160 ℃ respectively; the upper air quantity is 90%, the lower air quantity is 80%, and the exhaust air is 50%;
(3) After cooling, washing for 4min at 20 ℃, and passing through 10 washing tanks, wherein overflow amounts of the No. 1 washing tank, the No. 4 washing tank and the No. 7 washing tank are 850ml, 800ml and 800ml respectively; the overflow amounts of the No. 9 washing tank and the No. 10 washing tank are 650ml and 600ml respectively, meanwhile, the No. 9 acid tank does not regulate acid, and the pH value of the fabric after washing is 4.8; drying to obtain a short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric;
the compound working solution comprises the following components: 300g/L of CP flame retardant finishing agent, 80g/L of 2D resin and the balance of water.
The short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabrics prepared in examples 1-4 and the flame-retardant fabric prepared in comparative example 1 were subjected to performance test, and the test results are shown in table 2:

As shown in the table above, the flame-retardant effect of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric prepared in the examples 1-4 all reach the national class B standard; simultaneously, formaldehyde is lower than 75ppm, so as to meet the requirement of direct contact with skin; the flatness of the fabric after washing is above 3.0 level, and the fabric is free from ironing before wearing and easy to be managed; compared with the comparative example 1, the flame retardant effect of the fabric after the flame retardant and the cross-linking agent (2D) resin are added is similar, but the flatness of the fabric of the comparative example 1 is only 2.2 grade, no non-ironing effect exists, formaldehyde reaches 157ppm, the fabric is directly worn to stimulate skin, the environment-friendly clean production requirement is not met, the fabric is greatly reduced in strength, and the fabric is easy to tear in the wearing process.

Claims (10)

1. A production process of a short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following process steps: padding the compound working solution, pre-drying, baking, washing and drying;
the compound working solution comprises the following components: 250-300g/L of flame retardant finishing agent CP-LF, 60-100g/L of non-ironing resin F-AP, 20-30g/L of fiber protective agent, 5-10g/L of 85% phosphoric acid, 20-40g/L of formaldehyde scavenger and the balance of water.
2. The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the fiber protective agent is polyethylene wax; the formaldehyde scavenger is an imidazoline derivative.
3. The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the padding compound working solution adopts one padding and one rolling, and the rolling surplus rate is 50-60%.
4. The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the steam heating temperature of the drying room for pre-drying is 90-100 ℃, and the pre-drying time is 2-3min.
5. The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the baking temperature is 140-175 ℃ and the baking time is 2-3min.
6. The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: eight groups of drying rooms are formed in the baking step, and the temperatures of the drying rooms are as follows: 140-160 ℃, 160-170 ℃, 170-175 ℃ and 160-170 ℃.
7. The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the water washing temperature is 20-30deg.C, and the water washing time is 3-4min.

The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the washing step adopts a long car washing machine with at least 10 washing tanks, and at least 5 washing tanks in the long car washing machine are guaranteed to overflow.
9. The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 8, which is characterized in that: the overflow amount of the No. 1, no. 4 and No. 7 tanks in the 5 washing tanks is more than 800L/h, the overflow amount of the No. 9 and No. 10 tanks is more than 600L/h, the No. 9 tank does not regulate acid, and the pH value of the fabric after washing is 4-5.

The production process of the short-process flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the padding compound working solution, the pre-drying and the baking are carried out by adopting the same stenter, the stenter adopts a double-air-duct system matched efficient circulating fan, the upper air quantity is 80-90%, the lower air quantity is 70-80%, and the exhaust air is 40-60%.
