The flame-retardant finishing agent is an organophosphorus compound of hydroxymethyl propionamide; the non-ironing resin is modified dihydroxymethyl dihydroxy ethylene urea; the fiber protective agent is polyethylene wax; the formaldehyde scavenger is imidazoline derivative.
The padding compound working solution adopts one step of padding and one step of rolling, and the rolling residual rate is 50-60%.
The steam heating temperature of the drying room for pre-drying is 90-100 ℃, and the pre-drying time is 2-3 min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric is simple, adopts a processing mode of directly compounding the flame retardant and the resin, and is convenient to operate;

(3) according to the production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric, the using amount of the auxiliary agent is small, the using amount of the flame retardant is reduced by 25%, the flame-retardant effect is good, energy is saved, emission is reduced, and the cost is saved;
(4) the production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric reduces free formaldehyde on the fabric surface, ensures that the formaldehyde of the fabric is lower than 75ppm, and is green and environment-friendly.

(2) pre-drying for 2min at 90 deg.C by steam heating in a stentering pre-drying room, and continuously baking for 2min at 160 deg.C, 170 deg.C, and 160 deg.C in 8 drying rooms of a stenter; the upper air volume is 90%, the lower air volume is 80%, and the exhaust air volume is 40%;

(2) pre-drying for 3min at 100 deg.C by steam heating in a stentering pre-drying room, and continuously baking for 3min at 160 deg.C, 170 deg.C, and 160 deg.C in 8 drying rooms of a stenter; the upper air volume is 80%, the lower air volume is 70%, and the exhaust air volume is 40%;

(3) cooling, washing with water at 25 deg.C for 3min, and passing through 10 water washing tanks with overflow amounts of 820ml, 820ml and 820ml for No. 1, No. 4 and No. 7 water washing tanks respectively; and the overflow amount of the No. 9 and No. 10 washing tanks is 680ml and 680ml respectively, the No. 9 acid tank does not adjust acid, the PH of the washed fabric is 4.2, the No. 9 acid tank does not adjust acid, and the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric is obtained by drying.

The above table shows that the flame retardant effect of the short-flow flame retardant non-ironing fabric prepared in examples 1-4 all reaches the national class B standard; meanwhile, the formaldehyde is lower than 75ppm, so that the requirement of direct contact with the skin is met; the flatness of the fabric is above grade 3.0 after washing, and the fabric is free from ironing before wearing and easy to manage; compared with the comparative example 1, the flame retardant effect of the fabric is similar after the flame retardant and the cross-linking agent (2D) resin are added in the embodiment 1, but the fabric of the comparative example 1 has only 2.2-grade flatness and no easy-care effect, and the formaldehyde reaches 157ppm, so that the fabric is directly worn to irritate the skin, does not meet the requirements of environment-friendly clean production, has larger strength reduction, and is easy to tear in the wearing process.

Claims (10)
1. A production process of a short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following process steps: padding a compound working solution, pre-drying, baking → washing and drying;
the compound working solution comprises: 300g/L of flame-retardant finishing agent 250-100 g/L of easy care resin, 20-30g/L of fiber protective agent, 5-10g/L of 85% phosphoric acid, 20-40g/L of formaldehyde catching agent and the balance of water.
2. The production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the flame-retardant finishing agent is an organophosphorus compound of hydroxymethyl propionamide; the non-ironing resin is modified dihydroxymethyl dihydroxy ethylene urea; the fiber protective agent is polyethylene wax; the formaldehyde scavenger is imidazoline derivative.
3. The production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the padding compound working solution adopts one step of padding and one step of rolling, and the rolling residual rate is 50-60%.
4. The production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the steam heating temperature of the drying room for pre-drying is 90-100 ℃, and the pre-drying time is 2-3 min.
5. The production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the baking temperature is 140-175 ℃, and the baking time is 2-3 min.
6. The production process of the short-flow flame-retardant non-ironing fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the baking step is divided into eight groups of baking rooms, and the baking room temperature is as follows in sequence: 140-.
