Abstract
The invention discloses conveying equipment for food and a conveying method thereof, and relates to the technical field of food conveying. The invention comprises a plurality of conveyor belt components which are parallel to each other and are arranged along the vertical direction; the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting plate for adjusting the position of the food inlet and a power device for driving the adjusting plate to move; the reversing assembly comprises a plurality of reversing assemblies which are vertically arranged, and each reversing assembly comprises a spiral reversing track; the two ends of the spiral reversing track are respectively provided with an inlet end and an outlet end with the direction different from that of the inlet end; the inlet end is higher than the outlet end to form a fall; the spiral diverting rail is formed with a guard plate along its inner and outer edges to prevent food from spilling. The food conveying device solves the problem that the existing food conveying device is difficult to convey food to a required direction flexibly through the actions of the conveying belt assembly, the adjusting assembly and the reversing assembly.

Rotating holes 307 are respectively formed at two ends of the central column 306; a rotating hole 307 is connected with and fixed with the output end of the motor, and the spiral reversing track 301 is rotated to a proper position by driving the motor to work, so that the direction of the food outlet is convenient to adjust, and fine adjustment is further carried out; the other rotating hole 307 is rotatably fitted to a base 405.

5. The conveying apparatus for food according to claim 4, wherein the central column (306) is provided with a rotation hole (307) at each end; one rotating hole (307) is connected with and fixed with the output end of the motor; the other rotating hole (307) is rotatably matched on a base (405).
6. A conveyor apparatus for food products according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of said diverting assemblies (3) are rotatably mounted in a drum (4);
an inlet groove (401) corresponding to the inlet end (302) is formed in the peripheral side surface of the cylinder body (4) along the vertical direction;
an outlet groove (402) corresponding to the outlet end (303) is formed in the peripheral side face of the cylinder body (4).
