Abstract
本发明公开了一种亚克力饰面板及其制备方法与应用,包括自下而上依次设置的基材、聚氨酯热熔胶层、亚克力层;上述亚克力层经过UV喷印处理;上述聚氨酯热熔胶层所使用的聚氨酯热熔胶的pH=7~8。上述技术方案无需底涂处理、生产工序简单、环保且制备出来的亚克力饰面板色彩可以很丰富。

技术领域
本发明属于亚克力饰面板技术领域,具体涉及一种亚克力饰面板及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
近年来市面上亚克力饰面板主要采用丝网印刷作亚克力表面装饰后,饰面亚克力与基材再采用冷压胶合的制作工艺,其工艺路线为亚克力表面底涂处理→亚克力表面丝网印刷→基材表面清洁→基材表面涂胶→亚克力与基材冷压胶合,此种方法生产的亚克力饰面板,受丝网印刷技术的限制,一般装饰图案造型较简单且颜色少,不同批次间色差问题严重,印刷生产工序复杂,并且对环境造成污染;采用冷压胶合工艺生产的饰面板,使用的是白乳胶,其胶合强度低,导致后续家具制造开料等工序加工时基材与亚克力分离等问题。

为了解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种亚克力饰面板,包括依次层叠设置的基材、聚氨酯热熔胶层、UV喷印层和亚克力层;
上述聚氨酯热熔胶层所使用的聚氨酯热熔胶的pH=7~8。
为了解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种制备上述亚克力饰面板的方法,包括以下步骤:
上述基材一侧表面涂覆聚氨酯热熔胶;
上述亚克力层的一侧表面进行UV喷印;
将上述亚克力层经过上述UV喷印的一侧与上述基材涂覆了聚氨酯热熔胶的一侧贴合,得到上述亚克力饰面板。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,上述聚氨酯热熔胶为湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。
上述湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,相比非湿气固化热熔胶,其与亚克力等无机材料结合、胶合强度更高,耐候性(耐高低温、耐老化)更好。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,上述基材在涂覆上述聚氨酯热熔胶之前,还有对上述基材除静电的工序。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,上述聚氨酯热熔胶的涂胶量约为80g/m2。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,上述聚氨酯热熔胶在130℃时熔融粘度为5000-10000cps。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,上述贴合的工艺为辊压。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,上述辊压的传送速度为10m/min。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,上述辊压的时间为15~30s。
本发明的另一个方面,还涉及上述亚克力饰面板在家具中的应用。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案至少具有如下优点或有益效果之一:
1.上述技术方案无需底涂处理、生产工序简单、环保且制备出来的亚克力饰面板色彩可以很丰富;
2.上述技术方案采用了湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,胶水与空气中湿气反应,生成有高内聚力的高分子聚合物胶层,其胶层具有优异的胶合强度,此外,胶水控制pH=7~8,即中性偏弱碱性,从而减少胶水与油墨的化学反应,从而使得油墨色彩效果好;
3.UV喷墨采用方向喷印,在透明亚克力层接近聚氨酯热熔胶层的一面进行UV喷印,从而使得喷印的图案不会与外部环境接触,以延长产品使用年限。
具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
实施例中,UV喷印设备为UV喷印数码喷印机,型号DG-2513(TC2513)。
实施例
一种制备上述的一种亚克力饰面板的方法,包括以下步骤:
用气喷枪清洁基材表面,将pH≈7的聚氨酯热熔胶通过网辊加温方式涂覆在基材表面,网辊温度设为120℃,涂胶量为80g/m2;
用粘辊对亚克力层表面进行清理,去除灰尘释放静电,在紫外灯的照射下,在亚克力层表面进行UV喷印;
将亚克力层经过UV喷印处理的一面附在涂覆有聚氨酯热熔胶的基材上,确保亚克力与基材四周对齐,随后送入平贴机上辊压胶合,设定压辊高度低于基材高度0.3mm,随后在连续辊压机上压辊,连续辊压机的传送速度设为10m/min,辊压4*8尺的亚克力饰面板需压合15s,从而得到上述亚克力饰面板。
对比例1
一种制备传统亚克力饰面板的方法,包括以下步骤:
用气喷枪清洁基材表面,基材与亚克力粘合面的表面喷涂环保型胶水,该胶水pH≈5.5;
亚克力层待印刷表面涂底涂剂,干燥后在所得底涂层上进行单面丝网印刷;
将亚克力层的印刷面平铺在基材的涂胶面上,,送入冷压机,在2MPa压力下压贴3min,得到上述传统亚克力饰面板。
对比例2
一种制备亚克力饰面板的方法,包括以下步骤:
用气喷枪清洁基材表面,将pH≈6的聚氨酯热熔胶通过网辊加温方式涂覆在基材表面,网辊温度设为120℃,涂胶量为80g/m2;
用粘辊对亚克力层表面进行清理,去除灰尘释放静电,在紫外灯的照射下,在亚克力层表面进行UV喷印;
将经过UV喷印处理的亚克力层的一面附在涂覆有聚氨酯热熔胶的基材上,确保亚克力与基材四周对齐,随后送入平贴机上辊压胶合,设定压辊高度低于基材高度0.3mm,随后在连续辊压机上进一步压辊,连续辊压机的传送速度设为10m/min,辊压4*8尺的亚克力饰面板需压合15s,从而得到上述亚克力饰面板。
性能测试:
取实施例1和对比例1-2的亚克力饰面板,分别对其进行如下测试,测试结果如表1:

耐黄变测试参考标准GB/T 28983-2009,标准要求≥4级。
显然,本发明的亚克力饰面板,耐黄变性能较好,且生产周期较短。

1.一种亚克力饰面板,其特征在于:包括依次层叠设置的基材、聚氨酯热熔胶层、UV喷印层和亚克力层;
所述聚氨酯热熔胶层所使用的聚氨酯热熔胶的pH=7~8;
所述聚氨酯热熔胶为湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述的一种亚克力饰面板的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
所述基材一侧表面涂覆聚氨酯热熔胶;
所述亚克力层的一侧表面进行UV喷印;
将所述亚克力层经过所述UV喷印的一侧与所述基材涂覆了聚氨酯热熔胶的一侧贴合,得到所述亚克力饰面板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述基材在涂覆所述聚氨酯热熔胶之前,还有对所述基材除静电的工序。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述聚氨酯热熔胶的涂胶量约为80g/m2。
5.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述聚氨酯热熔胶在130℃时熔融粘度为5000-10000cps。
6.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述贴合的工艺为辊压。
