The washing residue is a large residue which can be washed by clean water, and the washing residue is caused by insufficient water consumption. The stubborn residues are residues which can be washed by the medicament and need to be removed by the medicament, such as oil stains, tea stains and the like, and the stubborn residues which do not exert the optimal decontamination effect of the medicament are caused by double factors of water temperature and the medicament.
In embodiments of the present application, during the classification operation, the trained convolutional neural network is used to classify other images such that multiple labels are associated with the images. For example, images classified by the trained network may be tagged or otherwise associated with multi-labels that describe the visual semantic meaning of the images. For example, a trained convolutional neural network (i.e., a trained classification model) may include several layers, including convolution, merging, activation, gating, dense connections, and exit to robustly classify images such that they are associated with the appropriate multi-labels.
In some embodiments, the wireless control device is specifically configured to:
if the accident type is article accumulation, sending a start-stop control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to stop running;
if the accident type is flushing residues, sending a water consumption control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the water consumption;
and if the accident type is stubborn residue, sending a medicament concentration control command to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the medicament concentration.
In the embodiment of the application, when articles are stacked, the wireless control device sends a shutdown control instruction to the controller 9, and the controller 9 receives the shutdown control instruction to control the corresponding power supply of the cleaning device to be turned off, so that the cleaning device stops running, and related workers adjust the placement of the tableware according to the corresponding accident type, or directly take out the uncleaned tableware for secondary cleaning. And then, according to the preset pause time, the wireless control device sends a starting control instruction to the controller 9, and the controller 9 receives the starting control instruction to control the corresponding power supply of the cleaning device to be started, so that the cleaning device is controlled to normally operate.
In the embodiment of the application, when flushing residues occur, the wireless control device sends a water consumption control instruction to the controller 9, and the controller 9 receives the water consumption control instruction to control a main washing pump or a water supply electromagnetic valve in the cleaning device to increase the water consumption.
In the embodiment of the application, when stubborn residues appear, the wireless control device sends a medicament concentration control instruction to the controller 9 to control the medicament dispenser in the cleaning device to increase the medicament concentration in cooperation with the temperature monitoring unit 41 when the heating bag 4 is in an abnormal state.
In some embodiments, the remote wireless control dishwasher system further comprises an alarm device connected with the wireless control device and used for giving an alarm to remind a user when a cleaning accident occurs in the cleaning process image
In the embodiment of the application, after the accident type is identified and classified according to the trained image classification model, the alarm device performs alarm treatment according to the related accident type.
Optionally, the alarm device may be a buzzer or a voice announcer connected in the circuit.
The foregoing is a description of system embodiments, and the following is a further description of the embodiments described herein, by way of example of methods.
FIG. 3 shows a flow chart of a method for remotely and wirelessly controlling a dishwasher in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the method of remotely and wirelessly controlling a dishwasher includes:
step 301: and acquiring a cleaning process image in a cleaning module in the cleaning device.
Step 302: analyzing accident types in the cleaning process image, controlling the operation of the cleaning device according to the accident type control controller, wherein the operation of the cleaning device comprises start-stop control, water consumption control and medicament concentration control of the cleaning device, and the accident types comprise article accumulation, flushing residues and stubborn residues.
Step 302 comprises: step a 1-step A3.
Step A1: historical cleaning process images associated with labels are obtained, a plurality of labels in the labels are associated with each historical cleaning process image, and each label corresponds to an image classification.
Step A2: and training a deep convolutional neural network by using the historical cleaning process image and the label to obtain a trained image classification model.
Step A3: and obtaining the accident type through the trained image classification model according to the cleaning process image.
Step 302 further comprises: step B1-step B3.
Step B1: and if the accident type is article accumulation, sending a start-stop control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to stop running.
Step B2: if the accident type is flushing residues, a water consumption control instruction is sent to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the water consumption.
Step B3: and if the accident type is stubborn residue, sending a medicament concentration control command to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the medicament concentration.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are exemplary embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific implementation process of the described steps may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing system embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a wireless control device suitable for implementing an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the wireless control apparatus 400 shown in fig. 4 includes: a processor 401 and a memory 403. Wherein the processor 401 is connected to the memory 403. Optionally, the wireless control device 400 may also include a transceiver 404. It should be noted that the transceiver 404 is not limited to one in practical applications, and the structure of the wireless control device 400 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The Processor 401 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a general purpose Processor, a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. Processor 401 may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, or the like.
Bus 402 may include a path that transfers information between the above components. The bus 402 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus 402 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 4, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The Memory 403 may be a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), a magnetic Disc storage medium or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these.
The memory 403 is used for storing application program codes for executing the scheme of the application, and the execution is controlled by the processor 401. Processor 401 is configured to execute application program code stored in memory 403 to implement the aspects illustrated in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. The wireless control device shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A remote wireless-controlled dishwasher system comprising a dishwasher and a wireless control device:
the dishwasher includes:
the cleaning device comprises a water tank, a medicament distributor and a cleaning module, wherein the medicament distributor is connected with the cleaning module through the water tank;
the camera is arranged in the inner cavity of the cleaning module and is used for shooting images of the cleaning process in the inner cavity;
the controller is used for controlling the operation of the cleaning device, and the operation of the cleaning device comprises start-stop control, water consumption control and medicament concentration control of the cleaning device;
the wireless control equipment is used for receiving the cleaning process image shot by the camera, analyzing the accident type in the cleaning process image, and controlling the controller to control the cleaning device to operate according to the accident type, wherein the accident type comprises article accumulation, flushing residues and stubborn residues.
2. The remote wireless-controlled dishwasher system of claim 1, wherein the wireless control device is specifically configured to:
obtaining historical cleaning process images associated with labels, wherein a plurality of labels in the labels are associated with each historical cleaning process image, and each label corresponds to an image classification;
training a deep convolutional neural network by using the historical cleaning process image and the label to obtain a trained image classification model;
and obtaining the accident type through a trained image classification model according to the cleaning process image.
3. The remote wireless-controlled dishwasher system of claim 2, wherein the wireless control device is further specifically configured to:
if the accident type is article accumulation, sending a start-stop control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to stop running;
if the accident type is flushing residues, sending a water consumption control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the water consumption;
and if the accident type is stubborn residue, sending a medicament concentration control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the medicament concentration.
4. The remote wireless-controlled dishwasher system of claim 1 further comprising:
and the alarm device is connected with the wireless control equipment and used for alarming and reminding when a cleaning accident occurs in the cleaning process image.
5. The remote wireless control dishwasher system according to claim 1, wherein the washing module comprises a chain path and a washing chamber with two open ends, the chain path penetrates through the two open ends of the washing chamber, a plurality of rows of chain teeth are distributed on the chain path along the running direction of the chain path, and a tableware groove for accommodating tableware is formed between each row of chain teeth.
6. The remote wireless-control dishwasher system of claim 5, wherein the cleaning module further comprises a heating pack, a main wash mechanism and a rinse mechanism, the cleaning chamber comprises a main wash workspace and a rinse workspace in sequence along the direction of travel of the chain, the main wash workspace having the main wash mechanism disposed therein, and the rinse workspace having the rinse mechanism disposed therein.
7. A method of remotely and wirelessly controlling a dishwasher, comprising:
acquiring a cleaning process image in a cleaning module in a cleaning device;
analyzing accident types in the cleaning process image, and controlling the controller to control the cleaning device to operate according to the accident types, wherein the cleaning device operates by starting and stopping control, water consumption control and medicament concentration control of the cleaning device, and the accident types comprise article accumulation, flushing residues and stubborn residues.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the analyzing the type of accident in the washing course image comprises:
obtaining historical cleaning process images associated with labels, wherein a plurality of labels in the labels are associated with each historical cleaning process image, and each label corresponds to an image classification;
training a deep convolutional neural network by using the historical cleaning process image and the label to obtain a trained image classification model;
and obtaining the accident type through a trained image classification model according to the cleaning process image.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the controlling the controller to control the operation of the washing device according to the type of the accident comprises:
if the accident type is article accumulation, sending a start-stop control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to stop running;
if the accident type is flushing residues, sending a water consumption control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the water consumption;
and if the accident type is stubborn residue, sending a medicament concentration control instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the cleaning device to increase the medicament concentration.
10. A wireless control device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the method of any one of claims 7 to 9.
