In the invention, the grinding surface of the bone surface forming grinding drill 3 is an inner arc grinding surface, preferably a spherical cambered surface, so that the cambered surface is formed in the cutting process, and a more complete patella cambered surface structure can be better trimmed. The bone surface forming abrasive drill 3 can be divided into different types according to the sizes of the patella of different people, and the bone surface forming abrasive drill of different types can be flexibly selected according to the needs during use.

Claims (11)

1. The bone surface forming abrasive drill is characterized in that the bone surface forming abrasive drill (3) comprises a power instrument connecting part (31) and a cutting part (33), the cutting part (33) comprises at least two first fan-shaped bases (331) extending along the radial direction, and the first fan-shaped bases (331) are provided with grinding teeth (3311) which are arranged along the radial direction, so that broken bone cavities (332) are formed between the adjacent first fan-shaped bases (331);
the front edge of the first fan-shaped base (331) in the rotating direction is provided with the grinding teeth (3311);
the grinding surface of the bone surface forming grinding drill (3) is an inner arc grinding surface;
the number of grinding teeth (3311) on each first fan-shaped base (331) is at least two and the grinding teeth are distributed at intervals;
the cross-sectional shape of the grinding tooth (3311) is a triangle, and the angle between the base of the triangle and the side in front of the rotation direction is a right angle.

The bone face shaping abrasive drill according to claim 1, characterized in that a guiding part (32) for matching with a locating ring (42) on the bone face abrasive filing apparatus is arranged between the power apparatus connecting part (31) and the cutting part (33), and the outer diameter of the guiding part (32) is matched with the inner diameter of the locating ring (42).
3. The bone face shaping abrasive drill of claim 2, characterized in that the guide (32) comprises at least two radially extending second fan-shaped bases (321), the first fan-shaped bases (331) being located on the second fan-shaped bases (321);
and/or, the upper end of the guide part (32) is provided with a blocking surface (322) matched with the upper end surface of the positioning ring (42), and the diameter of the blocking surface (322) is larger than that of the positioning ring (42);
and/or the outer diameter of the cutting part (33) is smaller than the outer diameter of the guiding part (32).
4. A bone surface rasping instrument comprising the bone surface forming rasp of any one of claims 1-3.
5. A patella shaping apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a patella fixer (1) for holding a patella from the side, wherein the patella fixer (1) is provided with a grinding drill guide (4) and a support (2) for carrying the patella, and the grinding drill guide (4) is provided with the bone surface shaping grinding drill (3) according to any one of claims 1-3.
6. The patella shaping instrument according to claim 5, wherein the patella fixator (1) comprises a pair of forceps bodies (11, 11 ') hinged in the middle, the forceps bodies (11, 11') each comprising a forceps head (111, 111 ') and a forceps handle (112, 112').
