In the embodiment, there are three first fan-shaped bases 331, and it is understood that in other implementation manners, there may be two or four first fan-shaped bases 331, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
The invention relates to a bone surface forming abrasive drill, which comprises a power instrument connecting part and a cutting part, wherein the cutting part comprises at least two first fan-shaped bases extending along the radial direction, the first fan-shaped bases are provided with grinding teeth distributed along the radial direction, so that a bone crushing cavity is formed between the adjacent first fan-shaped bases, the bone crushing generated by the grinding teeth during bone surface grinding can directly fall into the bone crushing cavity, the collection is more convenient, and the bone crushing generated during bone surface grinding does not need to slide into the bone crushing cavity through the surfaces of the first fan-shaped bases and a bone cutting surface, so that the surfaces of the first fan-shaped bases and the bone cutting surface are not influenced, the surfaces of the first fan-shaped bases are not easy to wear, and the smoothness of the bone cutting surface can be kept. The invention is not easy to abrade the surface of the bone surface molding abrasive drill, and can keep the smooth finish of the cutting surface of the bone.
In order to facilitate the positioning of the bone surface forming burr, a guide part 32 which is matched with a positioning ring 42 on the bone surface filing instrument can be arranged between the power instrument connecting part 31 and the cutting part 33, the power instrument connecting part 31, the guide part 32 and the cutting part 33 can be sequentially connected from top to bottom (namely from right to left in fig. 1), and the outer diameter of the guide part 32 is matched with the inner diameter of the positioning ring 42 and can be matched with and used for fixing the bone surface forming burr; specifically, the guide portion 32 may be cylindrical, and the bone surface can be stably ground under the action of the bone surface forming burr 3 by the cylindrical guide function.
The guide portion 32 may include at least two second fan-shaped seats 321 extending in a radial direction, and the first fan-shaped seats 331 are located on the second fan-shaped seats 321, so that the volume of the cavity 332 can be increased. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the cutting portion 33 comprises three first radially extending fan-shaped bases 331 and the guiding portion 32 comprises three second radially extending fan-shaped bases 321, in which case the cutting portion 33 and the guiding portion 32 are each in the shape of a three-leaf fan. The number of the second fan bases 321 may correspond to that of the first fan bases 331.
As shown in fig. 1-2, to limit the grinding depth, the upper end of the guide portion 32 may be provided with a stop surface 322 that mates with the upper end surface of the retaining ring 42, the stop surface 322 having a diameter greater than the diameter of the retaining ring 42. The outer diameter of the cutting portion 33 may be smaller than the outer diameter (i.e., the diameter-variable structure) of the guide portion 32, for example, the ratio of the outer diameter of the cutting portion 33 (i.e., the outer diameter of the first fan base 331) to the outer diameter of the guide portion 32 (i.e., the outer diameter of the second fan base 321) may be 0.6 to 0.8, such as 0.67, 0.7, 0.75, etc., to avoid the guide portion 32 and improve the overall strength of the bone contouring burr 3. The length (length in the left-right direction in fig. 1) of the second fan base 321 may be 2-3 times the length of the first fan base 331, and the overall strength of the bone surface forming burr 3 is optimal.
Preferably, the grinding teeth 3311 are provided at the front edge in the rotation direction of the first fan base 331 so as to collect the crushed bones more conveniently. The grinding surface of the facet-forming burr 3 (i.e., the left side surface of the cutting portion 33 in fig. 1) is preferably an inner arcuate grinding surface (see fig. 1-2) to accommodate patella modification, enabling the complete patellar contour to be modified. The grinding teeth 3311 on each of the first fan-shaped bases 331 may be at least two and arranged at intervals, and the interval arrangement can greatly reduce the rotation resistance of the cutting part 33. As for how the knob 1131 is driven to connect with the supporting member 2, the conventional techniques in the art can be adopted, for example, a screw rod is fixedly arranged below the knob, and a vertical moving sleeve and the like which are in threaded fit with the screw rod are arranged on the supporting member.
For stable gripping of the patella to be sanded, the forceps heads 111, 111' are preferably curved inwardly. The inner side of the forceps heads 111, 111' may be provided with a convex tooth 1112, which can more firmly grip the patella to be polished.
After the pair of forceps bodies 11 and 11 'clamp the patella to be polished, the opening angles of the forceps heads 111 and 111' can be preferably locked to reduce manual operation, so that a self-locking switch is preferably arranged on the forceps handle of one of the forceps bodies, the tail end of the self-locking switch is connected with a push sheet (not shown), the tail end of the push sheet is used for extruding the outer surface of the forceps head of the other forceps body to lock the other forceps body, and the structural form can realize stepless self-locking and is suitable for the patella to be polished of any size. In the embodiment shown in the figures, a self-locking switch 1121 is disposed on the handle 112 of the left forceps body 11, and at this time, the self-locking switch 1121 is in a locked state when in the front, and the self-locking switch 1121 is in an unlocked state when in the rear.
The hinge axis of the pair of forceps bodies 11, 11 ' can be provided with a torsion spring 114 for keeping the forceps handles 112, 112 ' in a normally open state, so that the forceps handles 112, 112 ' can be kept in a normally open state for convenient use.
The support 2 may take various forms as will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, for example the support may be a support plate; in view of the shape of the patella, to achieve a better bearing effect, the support 2 preferably includes a support body 21, a pair of support rods 22 extending forward and parallel to each other are provided at the front end of the support body 21, and a knob 1131 is drivingly connected to the support body 21.
In the invention, the grinding surface of the bone surface forming abrasive drill 3 is an inner arc-shaped grinding surface, preferably a spherical cambered surface, so that a cambered surface is formed in the cutting process, and a more complete patella cambered surface structure can be better trimmed. The bone surface forming abrasive drill 3 can be divided into different models according to the sizes of the patella of different people, and the bone surface forming abrasive drill with different models can be flexibly selected according to the requirements during use.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
