In the prior art, in the process of washing clothes, a variable-frequency washing machine may relate to a washing program and a dewatering program, after the washing machine is started, the washing program firstly enters, and the dewatering process can be executed after a period of time, however, when the current variable-frequency washing machine is used for dewatering, excessive water is easy to exist in a gap between an inner barrel and an outer barrel, so that the current of a motor is increased, an over-temperature of a driver is protected, the motor stops rotating, and the motor is started again at a low speed after the temperature is reduced to a certain value, so that the problems of incomplete dewatering and high water content of clothes may be caused, and the washing experience of a user is affected.
Based on the problems, the application performs dehydration by correspondingly distributing different running speeds for different water level data, thereby avoiding the problems of incomplete dehydration and high water content of clothes caused by repeated starting of the motor, and further achieving the technical effect of improving the washing experience of users.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of an application system of a dehydration control method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, including a processor 101 disposed inside a washing machine, a water level sensor 102 for measuring water level data in an outer tub of the washing machine, and a motor 103, where the processor 101 is configured to obtain the water level data measured by the water level sensor 102, and correspondingly adjust a rotation speed of the motor 103 according to the water level data, so as to implement a dehydration process. Wherein, the water level sensor can adopt a static pressure water level sensor.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a dehydration control method according to an embodiment of the application, and the method of the embodiment may be executed by the processor 101. As shown in fig. 2, may include:
s201: the washing machine is operated at a first speed for a first preset time period in a dewatering process, and first water level data in an outer cylinder of the washing machine are obtained.
In this embodiment, after the user sets the washing program and starts the start button of the washing machine, the washing machine starts to perform the washing process, and after the washing process is performed for a period of time, the washing machine starts to perform the dehydrating process for removing most of the moisture in the laundry out of the laundry. The first water level data are water level data in the outer barrel, which are obtained after the washing machine runs for a first preset time at a first speed.
Specifically, the first preset duration may be set by user definition according to an actually set laundry mode. The first predetermined time period may be, for example, 20-40 seconds, for example, 30 seconds.
Further, when the first water level data in the outer tub of the washing machine is acquired, it may be acquired by a water level sensor. For example, the water level sensor may employ a static pressure type water level sensor.
S202: and judging whether the first water level data is not smaller than the pre-stored standard water level data.
In this embodiment, after the first water level data is obtained, the relationship between the first water level data and the pre-stored standard water level data may be determined, so as to determine the water quantity condition in the outer tub of the washing machine in the current state.
The water level data can be judged by taking the gear as a unit. For example, the laundry program may include 10 gears, and the standard water level data may be water level data corresponding to a 4-gear or 5-gear water level.
In addition, the standard water level data can be determined in two ways, one is obtained in real time, and the other is a pre-stored fixed value.
When the standard water level data is obtained in real time, a specific obtaining mode of the standard water level data may be: after the washing machine is operated at the first speed for a first preset time period in the dehydration process, before the first water level data in the outer cylinder of the washing machine is obtained, the method can further comprise: when the washing machine enters a dewatering process, water level data in an outer barrel of the washing machine is obtained and stored as standard water level data.
When the standard water level data is a pre-stored fixed value, the specific acquisition mode of the standard water level data may be: after the washing machine is operated at the first speed for a first preset time period in the dehydration process, before the first water level data in the outer cylinder of the washing machine is obtained, the method can further comprise: and storing the set fixed standard water level data into a database for a subsequent processor to call.
Specifically, when the washing machine just enters a dewatering process, water level data in an outer cylinder of the washing machine can be acquired first and stored as standard water level data.
S203: if yes, executing a dehydration process at a second speed until dehydration is completed, wherein the second speed is smaller than the first speed.
S204: if not, continuing to execute the dehydration process at the first speed, and acquiring new first water level data until the new first water level data is not smaller than the standard water level data.
In this embodiment, if the first water level data is smaller than the standard water level data, it indicates that the water stored in the gap between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder of the washing machine has not exceeded the standard water level data, the dehydration process may be continuously performed at the first speed, and after a preset period of time, new first water level data is obtained until the new first water level data is not smaller than the standard water level data. The preset duration may be the same as the first preset duration, or may be different from the first preset duration.
In addition, when the preset time length is different from the first preset time length, the preset time length can be set to be shorter than the first preset time length, namely, the judging frequency is quickened, and the completion progress of the dehydration process can be quickened.
After the scheme is adopted, the first water level data in the outer cylinder of the washing machine can be firstly obtained after the washing machine runs at the first preset time according to the first speed in the process of washing clothes, whether the first water level data is not smaller than the pre-stored standard water level data is judged, if yes, the dewatering process is executed at the second speed smaller than the first speed until the dewatering is completed, if not, the dewatering process is continuously executed at the first speed until the newly obtained first water level data is larger than or equal to the standard water level data, the dewatering process is continuously executed at the second speed until the dewatering is completed, the dewatering is carried out in a mode that different water level data correspond to different running speeds, the problems that the current of a motor is increased due to excessive water stored between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the motor stops rotating to cool down, the motor is repeatedly restarted until the temperature is reduced to the preset value, the dewatering is not thorough, and the water content of the clothes is high are solved, and the washing experience of a user is improved.
The technical scheme of the application is described in detail below by specific examples. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and some embodiments may not be repeated for the same or similar concepts or processes.
In another embodiment, the method may further include:
if yes, executing the dehydration process for a second preset time according to the second speed, and obtaining second water level data. And judging whether the second water level data is not smaller than the standard water level data. If yes, continuing to execute the dehydration process according to the second speed.
And if the second water level data is smaller than the standard water level data, executing a dehydration process at a third speed until dehydration is completed, wherein the third speed is greater than the first speed and the second speed.
In this embodiment, after the dehydration process is performed at the second speed for a second preset period of time, second water level data may be obtained, and it may be determined whether the second water level data is greater than or equal to the standard water level data. If the second water level data is greater than or equal to the standard water level data, the water stored in the gap between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder of the washing machine still exceeds the standard water level data, and the stored water in the gap also needs to fall down and be discharged out of the outer cylinder of the washing machine through the drainage pump. The second preset duration may be set by user-defining according to the selected washing mode, and may be, for example, 50-70 seconds, for example, 60 seconds.
In addition, if the second water level data is smaller than the standard water level data, it indicates that the water stored in the gap between the inner drum and the outer drum of the washing machine is smaller than the standard water level data, in order to accelerate the completion of the dehydration process, the dehydration process may be performed at a third speed until the dehydration is completed. Wherein the third speed is greater than the first speed and the second speed. Wherein the third speed may be any value from 700-800 revolutions, and exemplary, the third speed may be 800 revolutions.
In addition, when the dehydration process is performed at the third speed, the time for completion of the dehydration may be customized according to the washing mode. Wherein, the value can be any value in 2-4 minutes, and the value is exemplified as 3 minutes. And because most of water in the clothes is discharged by the earlier dehydration process, water level data is not needed to be judged any more in the process of executing the dehydration process at the third speed, and the processing process of the processor is simplified.
In addition, if yes, the dewatering process is executed at the second speed until the dewatering is completed, and the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the washing process is finished.
If yes, sending a washing completion prompt to a terminal device corresponding to a user so as to remind the user of finishing washing clothes. If not, executing the washing flow.
In this embodiment, after the dehydration is completed, the washing may be completed according to a preset washing mode, and other washing processes, such as a washing process, may also be required. When the washing is completed, a washing completion prompt can be sent to the terminal equipment corresponding to the user through the communication module. The communication module may be one or more of a bluetooth communication module, a WiFi communication module, or a wired transmission communication module.
