the control module 200 is configured to enter a shutdown mode according to an input action of the fifth input unit 550.
The input units may be keys, the first input unit 510 may be key 1, the second input unit 520 may be key 2, the third input unit 530 may be key 3, the fourth input unit 540 may be key 4, the fifth input unit 550 may be key 5, and the operation panel may further include a sixth input unit and a seventh input unit, the sixth input unit may be a confirm key, and the seventh input unit may be a cancel key.
When the control module 200 acquires that the key 1 receives an input action, the control module enters a pressing plate recognition mode. In the platen recognition mode, the image acquisition module 300 acquires the identification information of the to-be-detected continuous pressure maintaining plate, the control module determines the name and the category of the to-be-detected continuous pressure maintaining plate according to the identification information of the to-be-detected continuous pressure maintaining plate, and the display module 400 can be controlled to display the name and the category of the to-be-detected continuous pressure maintaining plate. When the pressure maintaining plate to be measured displayed by the display module 400 is the outlet pressure plate to be measured, an external force can be applied to the key 2, the control module 200 enters a pressure plate measurement mode when receiving input actions from the key 2, and the measurement unit 110 measures the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressure plate to be measured and transmits the voltage to the control module 200. When the control module 200 acquires that the key 3 receives an input action, the control module enters a pressing plate library selection mode, and selects a pressing plate library corresponding to the outlet pressing plate to be detected. When the control module 200 receives an input action from the key 4, the control module 200 enters a pressing plate judging mode, determines a judging result of input of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate according to data information of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate, voltage of the first end and voltage of the second end, which are stored in the selected pressing plate library in advance, and controls the display module 400 to display the judging result of input. And the operator can determine whether to throw in the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to the throwing judgment result. When the control module 200 acquires that the key 5 receives the input action, the measurement indicating device of the follow-up pressure maintaining plate is controlled to be shut down.
With continued reference to fig. 5, optionally, the to-be-measured relay pressure maintaining plate further includes a to-be-measured functional pressure plate, the control module 200 is configured to determine a name and a type of the to-be-measured relay pressure maintaining plate as the to-be-measured functional pressure plate according to the identification information of the to-be-measured relay pressure maintaining plate acquired by the image acquisition module 300, and control the display module 400 to display the type and the name of the to-be-measured relay pressure maintaining plate.
When the control module 200 determines the name of the to-be-measured subsequent pressure maintaining plate and the to-be-measured subsequent pressure maintaining plate is the to-be-measured functional pressure plate according to the identification information of the to-be-measured subsequent pressure maintaining plate acquired by the image acquisition module 300, the control display module 400 displays the type and the name of the to-be-measured subsequent pressure maintaining plate. And when the operator determines that the to-be-measured relay pressure-maintaining plate is the to-be-measured functional pressure plate according to the information displayed by the display module 400, the to-be-measured functional pressure plate can be directly put into the operation without voltage measurement.

Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a measurement indication method for a secondary pressure-maintaining plate according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applicable to determining whether to throw in a to-be-measured secondary pressure-maintaining plate, and may be executed by a measurement indication device for a secondary pressure-maintaining plate, and referring to fig. 6, the measurement indication method for a secondary pressure-maintaining plate includes:
s10: the image acquisition module acquires the identification information of the relay voltage-retaining plate to be detected; the to-be-tested pressure-maintaining plate comprises an outlet pressing plate to be tested;
s20: the measuring module is used for respectively measuring the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured;
s30: the control module determines input judging results of the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to pre-stored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, voltage of a first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested and voltage of a second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, wherein the input judging results comprise input possible and input impossible;
optionally, the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested is connected with a first power supply, the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested is connected with a second power supply, the voltage output by the first power supply is positive voltage, and the voltage output by the second power supply is negative voltage;
the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured by the measurement module is zero and the voltage of the second end is a negative value;
the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is non-input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measurement module, is a positive value and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is a negative value; or the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is non-input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured by the measurement module is zero and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is zero; or the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is non-input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measurement module, is positive and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is positive.
S40: the display module displays the input judging result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested.
According to the measurement indication method of the secondary pressure-maintaining plate, when the operator is relied on to conduct whether the outlet pressure plate to be measured is put into operation or not, misinput of the outlet pressure plate to be measured caused when the related knowledge memorized by the operator is deviated can be avoided, accuracy of input of the pressure plate to be measured is improved, and safe operation of a transformer substation is guaranteed.

Claims (8)

1. The measurement indicating device of the relay pressure protection plate is characterized by comprising a measurement module, a control module, an image acquisition module and a display module;
the image acquisition module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for acquiring identification information of the to-be-detected continuous pressure maintaining plate, and the to-be-detected continuous pressure maintaining plate comprises an outlet pressing plate to be detected;
the measuring module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for measuring the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured respectively;
the control module is used for determining an input judging result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to the pre-stored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, and the input judging result comprises input possible and input impossible;
the display module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for displaying the input judging result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested;
the control device comprises a control module, a control module and an operation panel, wherein the control module is used for controlling the operation panel to enter a corresponding working mode according to the input action of the control module;
the plurality of input units include a first input unit, a second input unit, a third input unit, a fourth input unit, and a fifth input unit;
the control module is used for entering a pressing plate identification mode according to the input action of the first input unit, and identifying the to-be-detected relay protection plate according to the identification information of the to-be-detected relay protection plate acquired by the image acquisition module;
the control module is used for entering a pressure plate measuring mode according to the input action of the second input unit, and acquiring the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressure plate to be measured, which are measured by the measuring module;
the control module is used for entering a pressing plate library selection mode according to the input action of the third input unit, and selecting a database corresponding to the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate according to the identification information of the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate;
the control module is used for entering a pressing plate judging mode according to the input action of the fourth input unit, and determining the input judging result of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate according to the pre-stored data information of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate, the voltage of the first end of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate and the voltage of the second end of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate;
the control module is used for entering a shutdown mode according to the input action of the fifth input unit.

The measurement indicating device of the relay protection plate according to claim 1, wherein a first end of the outlet protection plate to be tested is connected with a first power supply, a second end of the outlet protection plate to be tested is connected with a second power supply, the voltage output by the first power supply is a positive voltage, and the voltage output by the second power supply is a negative voltage;
the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measurement module, is zero and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is negative;
the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is non-input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measurement module, is positive and the voltage of the second end is negative; or the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is non-input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measurement module, is zero and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is zero; or the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is non-input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measurement module, is positive and the voltage of the second end is positive.
3. The measurement indicating device of the relay protection plate according to claim 1, wherein the measurement module comprises a measurement unit, a gear adjusting unit and a signal conversion unit;
the measuring unit is used for connecting the testing end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured with a ground wire, and the testing end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is a first end or a second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured;
the gear adjusting unit is electrically connected with the measuring unit and is used for adjusting the measuring gear of the measuring unit;
one end of the signal conversion unit is electrically connected with the gear adjusting unit, the other end of the signal conversion unit is electrically connected with the control module, and the signal conversion unit is used for converting the voltage signal measured by the measuring unit into an input signal which can be identified by the control module.
4. The measurement indicating device of claim 3, wherein the measurement unit comprises a stylus for connecting the test end of the outlet platen to be measured and a ground clip for connecting the ground wire.
5. A measurement indicating device for a secondary protective plate as claimed in claim 3 wherein said signal conversion unit comprises a photo-isolator.

The measurement indicating device of the relay protection plate according to claim 1, wherein the control module comprises a processing unit and a storage unit, and the processing unit is electrically connected with the measurement module, the image acquisition module, the display module and the storage unit, respectively;
the storage unit is used for storing data information of a plurality of outlet pressing plates in advance, and the data information of the outlet pressing plates comprises data information of the outlet pressing plates to be detected.

The measurement indicating device of the relay pressure maintaining plate according to claim 1, wherein the relay pressure maintaining plate to be measured further comprises a function pressure maintaining plate to be measured, the control module is used for determining that the name and the type of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be measured are the function pressure maintaining plate to be measured according to the identification information of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be measured, which is acquired by the image acquisition module, and controlling the display module to display the type and the name of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be measured.
8. A measurement indication method of a relay protection plate, comprising:
the image acquisition module acquires the identification information of the relay voltage-retaining plate to be detected; the to-be-tested pressure-maintaining plate comprises an outlet pressing plate to be tested;
the measuring module is used for respectively measuring the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured;
the control module determines an input judging result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to the pre-stored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, wherein the input judging result comprises input possible and input impossible;
the display module displays the input judging result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested;
the control device comprises a control module, a control module and an operation panel, wherein the control module is electrically connected with the control module, the operation panel comprises a plurality of input units, and the control module enters a corresponding working mode according to the input actions of the input units;
the plurality of input units include a first input unit, a second input unit, a third input unit, a fourth input unit, and a fifth input unit;
the control module enters a pressing plate identification mode according to the input action of the first input unit, and identifies the to-be-detected relay protection plate according to the identification information of the to-be-detected relay protection plate acquired by the image acquisition module;
the control module enters a pressure plate measuring mode according to the input action of the second input unit, and the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressure plate to be measured, which are measured by the measuring module, are obtained;
the control module enters a pressing plate library selection mode according to the input action of the third input unit, and selects a database corresponding to the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate according to the identification information of the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate;
the control module enters a pressing plate judging mode according to the input action of the fourth input unit, and determines the input judging result of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate according to the pre-stored data information of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate, the voltage of the first end of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate and the voltage of the second end of the to-be-detected outlet pressing plate;
and the control module enters a shutdown mode according to the input action of the fifth input unit.
