the control module 200 is configured to enter a pressing plate identification mode according to an input action of the first input unit 510, and identify the relay pressure protection plate to be detected according to the identification information of the relay pressure protection plate to be detected, which is acquired by the image acquisition module 300;
the control module 200 is configured to enter a platen measurement mode according to an input action of the second input unit 520, and obtain a voltage at a first end and a voltage at a second end of the outlet platen to be measured, which are measured by the measurement module 100;
the control module 200 is configured to enter a pressure plate library selection mode according to an input action of the third input unit 530, and select a database corresponding to the relay pressure plate to be tested according to the identification information of the relay pressure plate to be tested;
the control module 200 is configured to enter a pressing plate determination mode according to an input action of the fourth input unit 540, and determine an input determination result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to pre-stored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, a voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, and a voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested;
the control module 200 is configured to enter a shutdown mode according to an input action of the fifth input unit 550.
The input unit may be a key, the first input unit 510 may be a key 1, the second input unit 520 may be a key 2, the third input unit 530 may be a key 3, the fourth input unit 540 may be a key 4, the fifth input unit 550 may be a key 5, and the operation panel may further include a sixth input unit and a seventh input unit, the sixth input unit may be a confirmation key, and the seventh input unit may be a cancel key.
When the control module 200 acquires that the key 1 receives an input action, it enters a pressing plate identification mode. In the pressing plate identification mode, the image acquisition module 300 acquires identification information of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected, the control module determines the name and the type of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected according to the identification information of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected, and the display module 400 can be controlled to display the name and the type of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected. When the relay pressure maintaining plate to be tested displayed by the display module 400 is the outlet pressure plate to be tested, the operator may apply an external force to the key 2, the control module 200 enters the pressure plate measuring mode when the control module obtains that the key 2 receives an input action, and the measuring unit 110 measures the voltage at the first end and the voltage at the second end of the outlet pressure plate to be tested, and transmits the voltages to the control module 200. When the control module 200 acquires that the key 3 receives an input action, the pressing plate library selection mode is entered, and the pressing plate library corresponding to the outlet pressing plate to be detected is selected. When the control module 200 acquires that the key 4 receives an input action, the control module 200 enters a pressing plate judgment mode, determines an input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be detected according to data information of the outlet pressing plate to be detected, which is pre-stored in the selected pressing plate library, the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be detected and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be detected, and controls the display module 400 to display the input judgment result. And the operator can determine whether to put the outlet pressing plate to be tested into the system according to the input judgment result. When the control module 200 acquires that the key 5 receives an input action, the control module controls the measurement indicating device of the pressure maintaining plate to be shut down.
With reference to fig. 5, optionally, the to-be-tested relay pressure maintaining plate further includes a to-be-tested functional pressure plate, and the control module 200 is configured to determine, according to the identification information of the to-be-tested relay pressure maintaining plate acquired by the image acquiring module 300, that the name and the type of the to-be-tested relay pressure maintaining plate are the to-be-tested functional pressure plate, and control the display module 400 to display the type and the name of the to-be-tested relay pressure maintaining plate.
When the control module 200 determines the name of the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate and the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate is the to-be-detected functional pressure maintaining plate according to the identification information of the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate acquired by the image acquisition module 300, the control display module 400 displays the type and the name of the to-be-detected relay pressure maintaining plate. When the operator determines that the relay protection pressing plate to be tested is the functional pressing plate to be tested according to the information displayed by the display module 400, the functional pressing plate to be tested can be directly put into operation without measuring voltage.

Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a measurement indication method for a secondary pressure maintaining plate according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to a case where a secondary pressure maintaining plate to be measured is put into use, and may be executed by a measurement indication device of the secondary pressure maintaining plate, and referring to fig. 6, the measurement indication method for the secondary pressure maintaining plate includes:
s10: the image acquisition module acquires identification information of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected; the relay pressure maintaining plate to be tested comprises an outlet pressure plate to be tested;
s20: the measuring module respectively measures the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressure plate to be measured;
s30: the control module determines an input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to prestored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, wherein the input judgment result comprises input and non-input;
optionally, the first end of the outlet pressure plate to be tested is connected with a first power supply, the second end of the outlet pressure plate to be tested is connected with a second power supply, the voltage output by the first power supply is a positive voltage, and the voltage output by the second power supply is a negative voltage;
the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, measured by the measuring module, is zero and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is a negative value;
when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measuring module, is a positive value and the voltage of the second end is a negative value, the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is that the outlet pressing plate to be measured cannot be input; or when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measuring module, is zero and the voltage of the second end is zero, the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is that the outlet pressing plate to be measured cannot be input; or when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measuring module, is a positive value and the voltage of the second end is a positive value, the control module determines that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is that the outlet pressing plate to be measured cannot be input.
S40: and the display module displays the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested.
The measurement indication method of the relay protection pressing plate provided by the embodiment can avoid the mistaken throwing of the outlet pressing plate to be measured caused by the deviation of the relevant knowledge memorized by the operating personnel when the outlet pressing plate to be measured is thrown in by the operating personnel, improve the accuracy of the throwing of the pressing plate to be measured and ensure the safe operation of the transformer substation.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (10)

1. A measurement indicating device of a relay pressure maintaining plate is characterized by comprising a measurement module, a control module, an image acquisition module and a display module;
the image acquisition module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for acquiring the identification information of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected, and the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected comprises an outlet pressure plate to be detected;
the measuring module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for measuring the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured respectively;
the control module is used for determining an input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to prestored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, and the input judgment result comprises input and non-input;
the display module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for displaying the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested.
2. The measurement indicating device of the relay pressure maintaining plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first end of the outlet pressure plate to be measured is connected to a first power supply, a second end of the outlet pressure plate to be measured is connected to a second power supply, a voltage output by the first power supply is a positive voltage, and a voltage output by the second power supply is a negative voltage;
the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, measured by the measuring module, is zero and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is a negative value;
the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is unavailable when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measuring module, is a positive value and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is a negative value; or the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is non-input when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, measured by the measuring module, is zero and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is zero; or the control module is used for determining that the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is unavailable when the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured, which is measured by the measuring module, is a positive value and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured is a positive value.
3. The measurement indicating device of the relay pressure maintaining plate according to claim 1, further comprising an operation panel electrically connected to the control module, wherein the operation panel comprises a plurality of input units, and the control module is configured to enter a corresponding operating mode according to an input action of the input units.
4. The measurement indication device of a relay pressure maintaining plate according to claim 3, wherein the plurality of input units include a first input unit, a second input unit, a third input unit, a fourth input unit, and a fifth input unit;
the control module is used for entering a pressing plate identification mode according to the input action of the first input unit and identifying the relay pressure-maintaining plate to be detected according to the identification information of the relay pressure-maintaining plate to be detected, which is acquired by the image acquisition module;
the control module is used for entering a pressure plate measuring mode according to the input action of the second input unit and acquiring the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressure plate to be measured, which are measured by the measuring module;
the control module is used for entering a pressure plate library selection mode according to the input action of the third input unit and selecting a database corresponding to the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected according to the identification information of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected;
the control module is used for entering a pressing plate judging mode according to the input action of the fourth input unit and determining the input judging result of the outlet pressing plate to be detected according to the prestored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be detected, the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be detected and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be detected;
and the control module is used for entering a shutdown mode according to the input action of the fifth input unit.
5. The measurement indicating device of the relay pressure maintaining plate according to claim 1, wherein the measurement module comprises a measurement unit, a gear adjustment unit and a signal conversion unit;
the measuring unit is used for connecting the testing end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested and the grounding wire, and the testing end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested is the first end or the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested;
the gear adjusting unit is electrically connected with the measuring unit and is used for adjusting the measuring gear of the measuring unit;
one end of the signal conversion unit is electrically connected with the gear adjusting unit, the other end of the signal conversion unit is electrically connected with the control module, and the signal conversion unit is used for converting the voltage signal measured by the measuring unit into an input signal which can be recognized by the control module.

The device for indicating measurement of a relay protection pressure plate according to claim 5, wherein the measuring unit comprises a stylus and a grounding clip, the stylus is used for connecting the testing end of the outlet pressure plate to be tested, and the grounding clip is used for connecting the grounding wire.
7. The measurement and indication device of the relay pressure maintaining plate as claimed in claim 5, wherein the signal conversion unit comprises a photoelectric isolator.

The measurement indication device of the relay pressure maintaining plate according to claim 1, wherein the control module comprises a processing unit and a storage unit, and the processing unit is electrically connected with the measurement module, the image acquisition module, the display module and the storage unit respectively;
the storage unit is used for pre-storing data information of a plurality of outlet pressing plates, and the data information of the outlet pressing plates comprises the data information of the outlet pressing plate to be detected.

The measurement indicating device of the relay protection pressure plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the relay protection pressure plate to be tested further comprises a function pressure plate to be tested, the control module is configured to determine that the name and the type of the relay protection pressure plate to be tested are the function pressure plate to be tested according to the identification information of the relay protection pressure plate to be tested, which is acquired by the image acquisition module, and control a display module to display the type and the name of the relay protection pressure plate to be tested.
10. A measurement indication method of a relay pressure maintaining plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the image acquisition module acquires identification information of the relay pressure maintaining plate to be detected; the relay pressure maintaining plate to be tested comprises an outlet pressure plate to be tested;
the measuring module measures the voltage of the first end and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be measured respectively;
the control module determines an input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested according to prestored data information of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, the voltage of the first end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested and the voltage of the second end of the outlet pressing plate to be tested, wherein the input judgment result comprises input and non-input;
and the display module displays the input judgment result of the outlet pressing plate to be tested.
