Background
The progress of the washing technology is always intuitively reflected by the progress of human science and technology. From the beginning, people manually beat clothes at the river side, remove stains by using soap pods, increase friction among the clothes by using a washboard, use soap or washing powder, then use an electric impeller washing machine, and add washing liquid, and the most advanced drum washing machine at present. In addition to the difference of the washing mode, more and more functions are continuously added in the updating of the washing machine, such as drying, self-cleaning, high-temperature sterilization, and the like.
In the past, the main pursuit of people for washing clothes is 'cleaning', the cleaning is on the surface, and the aim of washing clothes is achieved as long as no obvious stain or peculiar smell exists on the surface of the clothes. Because the washing water flows between the machine groove and the inner and outer barrels, dirt is formed on the outer wall of the inner barrel and the inner wall of the outer barrel after long-time accumulation, a large amount of bacteria can be bred, great harm can be caused to human bodies, and in fact, the number of bacteria of the washing machine which is not cleaned for a long time is quite amazing.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
The invention provides a sterilization method of a clothes care device, which is generally characterized in that an ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged at a water inlet of a washing machine to sterilize injected water, but during the washing or rinsing process, dirt accumulated on the outer wall of an inner cylinder or the inner wall of an outer cylinder is mixed into washing water to pollute clothes being washed in the inner cylinder. The ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged at the lowest part of the outer cylinder of the washing machine, namely the ultraviolet sterilization device sterilizes the washing water after dirt on the inner wall of the outer cylinder or the outer wall of the inner cylinder of the washing machine is mixed into the washing water; in addition, residual water in a communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump after washing is finished can be sterilized through the ultraviolet sterilization device, so that peculiar smell is prevented from being generated due to long-time bacterial breeding.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
and S10, acquiring the current execution program of the current clothes care device. The execution programs of the laundry care device include a washing program, a rinsing program, a dehydrating program, a drying program, and the like.
And S20, judging whether the current execution program contains a sterilization program.
S30, when the sterilization program is determined in step S20, the clothes care device is configured to start the ultraviolet sterilization device at the drain of the outer drum of the clothes care device so as to sterilize the washing water in the outer drum or the washing water and the washings in the washing process. The drain port of the tub is generally located at the lowermost portion thereof to drain the washing water in the tub. The drainage mode of the clothes care device generally comprises upper drainage and lower drainage, wherein the upper drainage is to drain the washing water in the outer cylinder from the upper end of the clothes care device through a drainage pump; the lower drainage does not need a drainage pump, and the washing water in the outer cylinder is drained by the self gravity. The ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged at a water outlet of the outer barrel and is arranged on a communicating pipe which is a multi-way connecting piece; when the execution program of the clothes care device is different, the sterilization objects of the ultraviolet sterilization device are different, for example, when the execution program is washing or rinsing, the washing water in the inner and outer cylinders needs to be sterilized, when the execution program is a dehydration program, the discharged water needs to be sterilized, and the sterilization time and the sterilization required time are different according to different execution programs.
It should be noted that: for example, when the obtained currently executed program of the laundry care device is a washing program or a rinsing program, and the ultraviolet sterilization device sterilizes the washing water in the outer tub, the washing water in the outer tub is continuously rotated and is driven to continuously roll over due to the continuous rotation of the inner tub during the washing program or the rinsing program, so that the washing water and the laundry in the inner tub during the washing process are further sterilized. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, when the acquired currently executed program is a washing program or a rinsing program, the method includes the following steps:
judging whether the current drainage pump is started or not based on the current execution program; if not, the current execution program is judged to be a washing program or a rinsing program.
Acquiring the sterilization time of the current execution program; the sterilization time for which the washing process or the rinsing process has been completed is acquired.
Judging whether the sterilization time meets a preset sterilization time threshold value or not; if yes, stopping sterilization; otherwise, the sterilization is continuously performed. In the present embodiment, sterilization is performed by presetting a sterilization time threshold, which should be understood as follows: for example, in the washing program, the time required by the whole washing program is fifteen minutes, the preset sterilization time is three minutes, and when the acquired sterilization time meets three minutes, the sterilization is stopped; otherwise, the sterilization is continuously performed.
It should be noted that, the washing program or the rinsing program also includes drainage, the drainage stage will start the drainage pump, and the drainage performed under the washing program will not perform sterilization; the reason is as follows: the washing machine also comprises a dewatering program after the washing program and the rinsing program, the last drainage in the whole washing process can be executed in the dewatering program, and part of the last drainage in the dewatering program is remained in the communication connected with the drainage pump, so the drainage in the washing program and the rinsing program does not need to be sterilized; of course, the configuration may be performed if the user deems it necessary.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the currently executed program acquired in step S10 is a dehydration program, the method specifically includes the following steps:
judging whether the current drainage pump is started or not based on the current execution program; if the starting-up is carried out,
acquiring the time required by the current execution program;
acquiring the current time of the execution program;
judging whether the time from the end of the washing program meets a preset sterilization time threshold value or not according to the current time and the required time; if yes, sterilizing; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. In the present embodiment, the total time required for acquiring the washing process, i.e., the dehydrating process, such as eight minutes; when the current time of the dehydration program is acquired, whether the distance between the current time and the time when the dehydration program is finished meets a preset sterilization time threshold value is judged, and the judgment is as follows: counting down time of the dehydration program, for example, the dehydration program can be completed after three minutes, and when the three minutes meet a preset sterilization time threshold, sterilization is started; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. The dewatering procedure is that whole laundry process needs the drainage at last, because of washing machine self structural problem, after accomplishing the dewatering procedure, has residual water in the communicating pipe of connecting the drainage pump, so carry out to disinfect in the final stage of dewatering procedure and can exterminate the bacterium that breeds in the residual water in the communicating pipe of connecting the drainage pump, avoid residual water to breed a large amount of bacteria and produce the peculiar smell for a long time.
It should be noted that: in the drying process or other processes not involving drainage, the present invention does not perform sterilization for the following reasons: the penetration force of ultraviolet sterilization is weak, and the sterilization effect is not obvious. Water is involved in the washing procedure, the rinsing procedure and the dehydration procedure, and the water is used as a carrier to carry out comprehensive sterilization and disinfection, so that the sterilization effect is good. Such as: in the washing program or the rinsing program, the washing water communicated with the drainage pump is sterilized, and the washing water is in motion, so although the ultraviolet sterilization device sterilizes part of the washing water, the washing machine which is in motion always has good sterilization effect in a long-time sterilization process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp in the ultraviolet germicidal device irradiates the washing water in the outer tub to perform sterilization on the washing water in the outer tub. The ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged on a communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump, and comprises at least one ultraviolet sterilization lamp, one end of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is arranged on the ultraviolet sterilization device, and the other end of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is positioned in the communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump and irradiates the washing water in the outer barrel. For example, the distance between the outer tub and the inner tub is about 1.5-3cm, which is a distance that the ultraviolet germicidal lamp can penetrate, and the washing water in the outer tub moves continuously with the rotation of the inner tub, and the sterilizing effect of the laundry is improved by setting the sterilizing time of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp; in addition, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp sterilizes the washing water and the washings in the washing machine which is washing or rinsing, and can sterilize the dirt mixed in the washing water on the outer wall of the inner cylinder or the inner wall of the outer cylinder together, thereby avoiding the secondary pollution of the dirt on the outer wall of the inner cylinder or the inner wall of the outer cylinder to the clothes.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the washing water in the communication pipe connected to the drain pump is sterilized;
the circulating pump is used for driving the washing water to circulate in the outer cylinder and the pipeline so as to perform circulating sterilization on the washing water passing through the ultraviolet sterilization device. In the present embodiment, the washing water is driven to circulate in the outer tub and the two connection pipes by the circulation pump, as compared to the passive sterilization mode in the previous embodiment, in which the washing water in the outer tub passes through the uv sterilizing lamp and the washing water that has not passed through the uv sterilizing lamp may not be sterilized; in the implementation, the washing water is actively circulated by an active sterilization mode, namely, by using the circulating pump, so that the sterilization effect is improved.
Specifically, a circulating pump is arranged on the communicating pipe, one end of the first connecting pipe and one end of the second connecting pipe are connected with the circulating pump, and the other end of the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are communicated with the outer barrel; the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are respectively connected with different positions of the outer barrel, and preferably, the farther the two positions of the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe communicated with the outer barrel are, the better the distance is. The washing water in the outer cylinder is circulated all the time through the first connecting pipe, the circulating pump, the second connecting pipe and the outer cylinder by using the circulating pump, and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is installed in the first connecting pipe or the second connecting pipe so as to sterilize the washing water passing through the first connecting pipe or the second connecting pipe.
In one embodiment, step S30 further includes:
configuring a sterilization mode of a laundry care device based on the execution program; wherein the sterilization mode comprises an interval sterilization mode and a continuous sterilization mode. Such as: the interval sterilization mode is preferred to perform sterilization in the washing procedure or the rinsing procedure because the rotation of the inner tub is also interval; the continuous sterilization mode is preferable in the dehydration process because the drain pump continuously passes the washing water through the communication pipe during the draining process. The specific time of the interval sterilization mode can be set according to specific conditions, for example, the time of the interval is matched with the rotation mode of the inner barrel, and the like.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for executing by a processor a method of sterilizing a laundry care device.
The present invention further provides a sterilization system of a laundry care device, as shown in fig. 3, comprising an obtaining module 100, a determining module 200, a sterilization module 300, and an ultraviolet sterilization device 10; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the acquiring module 100 is configured to acquire a currently executed program of a current clothes care device;
the determination module 200 is configured to determine whether a sterilization program exists in the currently executed programs;
the ultraviolet sterilization device 10 is arranged at a water outlet of the outer cylinder in the clothes care device and is used for executing a sterilization instruction sent by the clothes care device;
the sterilization module 300 is configured to configure the laundry care device to activate the ultraviolet sterilization device at the drain of the outer drum thereof if a sterilization procedure exists, so as to sterilize the washing water in the outer drum or the washing water and the laundry during execution.
Preferably, the sterilization module 30 includes a determination unit 302 and an execution unit 301; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the determining unit 302 is configured to determine whether the current drain pump is started based on the current execution program; if the starting-up is not carried out,
acquiring the sterilization time of the current execution program;
judging whether the sterilization time meets a preset sterilization time threshold value or not; if yes, stopping sterilization; otherwise, continuing to perform sterilization;
or the like, or, alternatively,
judging whether the current drainage pump is started or not based on the current execution program; if the starting-up is carried out,
acquiring the time required by the current execution program;
judging whether the time from the end of the execution sequence meets a preset sterilization time threshold value or not; if yes, sterilizing; otherwise, stopping sterilization;
the execution unit 301 configured to sterilize washing water in a communication pipe connected to the drain pump;
driving the washing water to circulate in the outer cylinder and the pipeline by using a circulating pump so as to perform circulating sterilization on the washing water passing through the ultraviolet sterilization device;
or the like, or, alternatively,
an ultraviolet germicidal lamp in the ultraviolet germicidal device irradiates the washing water in the outer tub to perform sterilization on the washing water in the outer tub.
The invention also provides a clothes care device, as shown in fig. 4-7, comprising a device body 1 for executing a clothes care program, wherein the device body 1 comprises an outer barrel 20 and a sterilization system of the clothes care device;
the ultraviolet sterilizer 10 is disposed at the drain of the outer tub 20, the ultraviolet sterilizer 10 includes an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110, and a sterilization module of the sterilization system sends out a sterilization command to configure the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110 to sterilize the washing water at the drain of the outer tub 20 or the washing water and the laundry during the washing process. In one embodiment, generally, the drain outlet of the outer tub 20 is located at the lowest end thereof, the ultraviolet sterilization device 10 is disposed in the communication pipe 60 connected to the drain outlet and near the drain outlet, and the ultraviolet sterilization lamp 110 in the ultraviolet sterilization device 10 sterilizes the washing water at the drain outlet of the outer tub 20, sterilizes the washing water being washed or rinsed and the laundry, and simultaneously sterilizes dirt mixed in the washing water on the outer wall of the inner tub 30 or the inner wall of the outer tub 20, thereby enhancing the sterilization effect.
The device body 1 further comprises a drain pump 40, wherein the drain pump 40 is connected with the outer cylinder 20 through a communication pipe 60; the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110 is disposed in the communication pipe 60 at the drain outlet of the outer tub 20 to irradiate and sterilize the washing water in the outer tub 20. In one embodiment, the laundry care device drains water by means of upper drainage, the drain pump 40 is connected to the outer tub 20 through the communication pipe 60, and the ultraviolet sterilization device 10 is installed in the communication pipe. Because of the structure of the clothes care device, after the drainage procedure is finished, residual water exists in the communication pipe communicated with the drainage pump, the residual water contains laundry detergent and sundries for washing clothes, a large number of bacteria are easy to breed, and when the clothes care device carries out the final drainage procedure, namely the final drainage of the dehydration procedure, the ultraviolet sterilization is carried out on the discharged washing water, so that the washing water remained in the communication pipe communicated with the drainage pump is prevented from breeding bacteria and generating peculiar smell.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the ultraviolet sterilization device 10 further includes a reflector and 120 connector 130; the reflector 120 surrounds the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110 through the connecting member 130, so as to increase the irradiation range of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110 on the washing water in the outer tub 20. The cross-sectional area of the drain opening of the outer tub 20 is preferably tapered in structure, that is, the diameter of the drain opening on the inner side of the outer tub 20 is larger than the diameter of the drain opening on the outer side of the outer tub, to increase the irradiation range of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp irradiating the washing water in the outer tub.
Further, the reflector 120 is disposed around the ultraviolet germicidal lamp, which not only increases the irradiation range of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp to the washing water in the outer tub 20, but also slows down the decay time of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110, and improves the germicidal effect of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp.
In one embodiment, the apparatus body 1 further includes a circulation pump 40, a first connection pipe 610, a second connection pipe 620; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the circulation pump 40 is used to circulate the washing water in the tub 20, the first connection pipe 610, and the second connection pipe 620; wherein the first connecting pipe 610 and the second connecting pipe 620 are respectively connected with the outer tub 30 and the circulating pump 50;
