In order to overcome the defects that the traditional disinfection device can automatically control the discharge of waste liquid, can not automatically control the flow of disinfection solution and can not automatically dry, the invention provides a device for cleaning and disinfecting laboratory glass slides, which can automatically control the discharge of waste liquid, automatically control the flow of disinfection solution and automatically dry.
The invention is realized by a device for cleaning and disinfecting laboratory glass slides, which comprises:
the disinfection boxes are connected between the top ends of the four first fixing frames;
the top of the disinfection box is provided with four second fixing frames;
the back wiping mechanism is arranged in the disinfection box;

a bottom plate is arranged in the disinfection box;

the clamping plate is rotationally arranged on the first fixed shaft;
the connecting rods are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate and are connected with the sliding plate;
the third fixing frames are connected between the upper parts of the two second fixing frames;
and the cylinder is arranged on the third fixing frame, and the cylinder telescopic rod is connected with the connecting rod.
Further, the disinfecting mechanism includes:
four fourth fixing frames are arranged on two sides of the top of the disinfection box;
a disinfectant pipe is connected between the top ends of the eight fourth fixing frames;
the disinfectant pipe is provided with a first sliding sleeve;
the first valve is arranged on the first sliding sleeve in a sliding manner;
the second fixing shafts are rotatably connected between the two second fixing frames;
the driving lever is arranged in the middle of the second fixed shaft and is connected with the first valve in a sliding manner;
and the second spring is wound on the first valve, and two ends of the second spring are respectively connected with the first sliding sleeve and the first valve.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the water supply mechanism includes:
the two sides of the bottom of the disinfection box are provided with clamping sleeves;
the first wedge-shaped blocks are arranged on the two clamping sleeves in a sliding mode;

the bin water tank is arranged on the fixing plate;

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drainage mechanism includes:
a drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the disinfection box;
the lower part of the drain pipe is provided with a second sliding sleeve;
the second valve is arranged on the second sliding sleeve in a sliding manner;
and the third spring is wound on the second valve, and two ends of the third spring are respectively connected with the second sliding sleeve and the second valve.

the upper part of the sterilizing box is provided with four sliding rails;

the lower part of the water tank is provided with a second wedge block;
the first fixing frame is provided with a first fixing frame;
the lower part of the fifth fixing frame is provided with a sliding rod in a sliding manner, and the sliding rod is matched with the second valve;
the sliding rod is provided with a first wedge-shaped block, and the first wedge-shaped block is matched with the second wedge-shaped block;

The invention provides a device for cleaning and sterilizing laboratory glass slides. The beneficial effects are as follows:
1. according to the invention, the disinfection liquid water pipe is connected into the disinfection liquid pipe, the disinfection liquid flows into the disinfection liquid pipe through the disinfection liquid water pipe, and the disinfection liquid flows into the disinfection box through the disinfection liquid pipe, so that the disinfection liquid can clean and disinfect the glass slide, and the effect of the disinfection liquid on cleaning and disinfecting the glass slide is realized;
2. according to the invention, by opening the faucet, waste liquid flows into the faucet through the reservoir tank and then flows into a sewer through the faucet, so that the effect of carrying the waste liquid by the reservoir tank is realized;
3. according to the invention, after the second locating rack moves upwards to be in contact with the first locating rack, the second locating rack and the fixed sleeve plate stop moving upwards, so that the movement effect of pulling the fixed sleeve plate by the pull rope is realized;
4. according to the invention, the third spring is compressed, and the second valve is separated from the drain pipe, so that the drain pipe channel is opened, and waste liquid flows onto the ground through the drain pipe channel, thereby realizing the effect of draining the waste liquid by the drain pipe.

The waste liquid can flow into the bin water tank 64 through the outlet of the disinfection box 2, after the waste liquid flows into the bin water tank 64 completely, the waste liquid is influenced by the self weight of the bin water tank 64, the first wedge block 62 is separated from the clamping sleeve 61, the first wedge block 62 drives the fixing plate 63 to move downwards, the fixing plate 63 drives the bin water tank 64 to move downwards, a user carries the bin water tank 64 carrying the waste liquid to the vicinity of a sewer, the user opens the water faucet 65, the waste liquid flows into the water faucet 65 through the bin water tank 64, then falls into the sewer through the water faucet 65, the effect of carrying the waste liquid by the bin water tank 64 is achieved, after the waste liquid flows out completely, the user closes the water faucet 65, carries the bin water tank 64 to the lower part of the clamping sleeve 61 and pushes the fixing plate 63 upwards, the fixing plate 63 drives the bin water tank 64, the water faucet 65 and the first wedge block 62 to move upwards, and the first wedge block 62 are in contact fit with the clamping sleeve 61, and the clamping sleeve 61 clamps the first wedge block 62.
When the fixed plate 63 moves downwards, the fixed plate 63 pulls the pull rope 75, the pull rope 75 drives the fourth pulley 74 to rotate, the pull rope 75 drives the third pulley 73 to rotate, the pull rope 75 drives the first pulley 71 to rotate, the pull rope 75 drives the second pulley 72 to rotate, the pull rope 75 pulls the fixed sleeve plate 44 to move upwards, the fixed sleeve plate 44 drives the second positioning frame 77 to move upwards, after the second positioning frame 77 moves upwards to be in contact with the first positioning frame 76, the second positioning frame 77 and the fixed sleeve plate 44 stop moving upwards, the effect that the pull rope 75 pulls the fixed sleeve plate 44 is achieved, when the fixed plate 63 moves upwards, the fixed sleeve plate 44 is influenced by the weight of the fixed sleeve plate 44, the fixed sleeve plate 44 is driven to move downwards, the fixed sleeve plate 44 drives the second positioning frame 77 to move downwards, the second positioning frame 77 is separated from the first positioning frame 76, the pull rope 75 is pulled by the fixed sleeve plate 44, and the first pulley 71, the second pulley 72, the third pulley 73 and the fourth pulley 74 are driven to rotate reversely.
After the waste liquid flows into the drain pipe 81 through the outlet of the sterilizing box 2, the user pushes the second valve 83 forward, the third spring 84 is compressed, the second valve 83 is separated from the drain pipe 81, so that a drain pipe 81 channel is opened, the waste liquid flows down to the ground through the drain pipe 81 channel, the effect of draining the waste liquid by the drain pipe 81 is achieved, after the waste liquid is completely drained, the user releases the second valve 83, the third spring 84 is reset, so that the second valve 83 is driven to move backward to the original position, and the second valve 83 is matched with the drain pipe 81, so that the drain pipe 81 channel is closed.
After the glass slide 42 is cleaned, when the fixed sleeve plate 44 conveys the glass slide 42 upwards to a certain extent, a user turns on the drying lamp 93, the drying lamp 93 emits heat, then the user holds the handle 94 again, the handle 94 is pushed up and down, the handle 94 drives the sliding block 92 to move up and down, the sliding block 92 drives the drying lamp 93 to move up and down, and the heat emitted by the drying lamp 93 dries the glass slide 42, so that the effect that the drying lamp 93 dries the glass slide 42 is achieved.
When the bin water tank 64 moves downwards, the bin water tank 64 drives the second wedge block 101 to move downwards, the second wedge block 101 moves downwards to be in contact fit with the third wedge block 105, the third wedge block 105 drives the slide bar 103 to move forwards, the fourth spring 104 is compressed, the slide bar 103 is in contact fit with the second valve 83, the second valve 83 is driven to move forwards, the third spring 84 is compressed, the second valve 83 is separated from the drain pipe 81, so that a channel of the drain pipe 81 is opened, the effect that the slide bar 103 assists the second valve 83 to open the channel of the drain pipe 81 is achieved, when the bin water tank 64 moves upwards, the bin water tank 64 drives the second wedge block 101 to move upwards, the second wedge block 101 is separated from the third wedge block 105, the fourth spring 104 resets, so that the slide bar 103 and the third wedge block 105 are driven to move backwards to be in a reset position, the slide bar 103 is separated from the second valve 83, the third spring 84 resets, so that the second valve 83 is driven to move backwards to be in a reset position, the second valve 83 is matched with the drain pipe 81, so that the channel of the drain pipe 81 is closed.
