Description

Information processing method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an information processing method and apparatus.
Background
In the process that a user starts an application program on a mobile phone and browses a page on the application program, sometimes the application program suspends a dialog box on the page according to actual requirements to display information and the like which can be controlled by the user.
Currently, a dialog box commonly used is a dialog box based on a modality, however, after the dialog box based on the modality is displayed in a floating manner on a page, a user cannot continue to browse the page, and after the user needs to operate on the dialog box based on the modality, it is possible to return an application program to the page for the user to browse the page. Alternatively, the user may not want to manipulate information on the modality-based dialog, the user may enter a close operation on the modality-based dialog (e.g., click a close button for closing the modality-based dialog, etc.), and the application may close the modality-based dialog such that the page is displayed in hover at the top-most layer, after which the user may view the page normally.
Therefore, after the modal-based dialog box is displayed on the page in a suspended manner, the user can return to the browsing page only by inputting manual operation, so that strong interference is brought to the process of browsing the page by the user, the normal browsing of the page by the user is influenced, and the user experience is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an information processing method according to the present application is applied to an electronic device, and the method may specifically include the following steps:
in step S101, in the case where a page is displayed on the screen, it is detected whether a preset operation for the page is received.
In the application, the content which the user needs to view is displayed on the page, and the user can view the content which the user needs to view on the page displayed on the screen.
In the process of viewing content in a page by a user, sometimes, an electronic device displays some windows on the page according to needs, and the windows include some control information for the user to control.
In one example, the window includes manipulation information for gathering data of the user, and the user can manipulate the manipulation information to submit the data of the user.
For example, the window includes control information for performing evaluation feedback on the content in the page, so that the user performs evaluation feedback on the content in the page according to the control information, and the like, thereby implementing collection of the evaluation feedback of the user on the content of the page, and the like.
Generally, only when a user is interested in content in a page, the user may manipulate the manipulation information in the window to submit data of the user, for example, to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page.
And the user often does not control the control information in the window under the condition that the user is not interested in the content in the page, that is, the user does not want to submit the data of the user, for example, the user does not want to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page.
If the user is interested in the content in the page, the user often continuously browses the content in the page and inputs some operations on the page, and through statistics, if the user is interested in the content in the page, the user often slides the page (for example, the content in the page is viewed through page turning by sliding operation), and marks, clicks, long-press copies and the like are performed on the page.
Therefore, in order to collect data, for example, in order to collect evaluation feedback of a user on content of a page, in a case where the page is displayed on a screen, the electronic device may detect in real time or periodically whether a preset operation for the page is received, and the preset operation may include a sliding operation of the user sliding the page, a long-press operation of long-pressing on the page, a single-press operation of single-pressing the page, an operation of long-press copying content on the page, and a marking operation, and the like.
In the case that a preset operation for the page is received, in step S102, a modeless window is displayed on the page, where the modeless window includes at least one level of first-level manipulation information.
In practical situations, although the user inputs a preset operation for the page, it can only be inferred that the user may be interested in the content in the page, and then it is inferred that the user may manipulate the manipulation information in the window to submit the data of the user, for example, the user may perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page, but the electronic device cannot very accurately determine that the user must manipulate the manipulation information in the window to submit the data of the user.
In a possible case, even if the user performs a preset operation on the page, the user may want to continue viewing the content in the page without wanting to manipulate the manipulation information in the window, and at the same time, the user does not want the process of viewing the content in the page to be disturbed or interrupted, otherwise, the user experience may be affected.
Therefore, in order to avoid influencing user experience, in the present application, a strong interference caused to a process of viewing content in a page by a user may be avoided, and in order to avoid a strong interference caused to a process of viewing content in a page by a user, a window may be displayed in a weak interference manner under a condition that a preset operation for the page is received, for example, a modeless window is displayed on the page, and the modeless window includes at least one piece of primary control information, so as to inform the user that submitting data of the user may be achieved by controlling the primary control information in the modeless window, for example, evaluation feedback is performed on the content in the page, and the like.
After seeing the modeless window, a user can determine whether to control the first-level control information in the modeless window, and under the condition that the user wants to control the first-level control information in the modeless window, the user can directly control the first-level control information in the modeless window.
In addition, the modeless window does not affect the user's manipulation of the page, and after the modeless window is displayed on the page, the user may continue to view the content in the page and manipulate the page without processing the modeless window under the condition that the user does not want to manipulate the first-level manipulation information in the modeless window, for example, sliding the page to view other content in the page. That is, the user does not have to process the modeless window before continuing to manipulate the page (e.g., the user does not have to manually close the modeless window before continuing to view the content in the page).
In another embodiment, after the modeless window does not receive the manipulation within a period of time, the electronic device may cancel displaying the modeless window on the page to avoid the modeless window interfering with the user's viewing of the content in the page.
In one example, the manipulation information is used to gather user rating feedback on content in the page, for example, the manipulation information in the modeless window includes: a rating control for rating the content in the page, a closing control for closing the modeless window, and the like. The evaluation controls include an evaluation control for "positive evaluation" (e.g., like a praise), an evaluation control for "negative evaluation" (e.g., like a click), an evaluation control for "reporting", and the like.
If the user needs to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page, the user can manipulate at least one evaluation control (the manipulation manner includes clicking and the like) in the evaluation control of "positive evaluation" (for example, like praise) and the evaluation control of "negative evaluation" (for example, like click) and the evaluation control of "report" according to the actual experience of the user so as to submit the evaluation feedback on the content in the page.
If the user does not need to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page, the user can also manipulate a closing control and the like for closing the modeless window, so that the electronic device cancels the display of the modeless window on the page.
In step S103, it is detected whether a manipulation operation on one of the at least one primary manipulation information is received.
In the application, sometimes a large amount of data of a user needs to be collected, and in order to collect a large amount of data of the user, a large amount of control information needs to be set for the user to control, however, displaying a modeless window on a page needs to bring strong interference to a process of the user viewing content in the page, and can tolerate weak interference to the user viewing content in the page at most (although the content in the page is shielded, the user is not influenced to control the page, and the influence on the user viewing content in the page is avoided as much as possible).
Due to the limitation of "tolerating at most a weak disturbance of the user's view of the content in the page", on the one hand, it is desirable to have the non-modal window obscure as little area of the page as possible, in order for the non-modal window to obscure less area of the page, the size of the non-modal window needs to be set as small as possible, and since the size of the non-modal window is set as small as possible, the amount of manipulation information included in the non-modal window needs to be as small as possible.
Since the number of the manipulation information displayed on the modeless window at the same time is as small as possible, the manipulation information may be classified logically or in business in a cascade, and may be divided into at least two cascaded stages, for example, the plurality of manipulation information may be divided into: at least one primary control message and at least one secondary control message cascaded by each primary control message, etc. Of course, according to the actual situation, the multiple pieces of control information may also be divided into three, four, or five cascaded stages, and the like, and the specific number of stages is not limited in the present application.
In one example, the manipulation information is used for gathering evaluation feedback of the user on the content in the page, and the like, and the primary manipulation information divided by the plurality of manipulation information comprises 3 evaluation controls for evaluating the content in the page, wherein the evaluation controls comprise an evaluation control for positive evaluation (e.g. like likes) and an evaluation control for negative evaluation (e.g. like clicking on the page), and an evaluation control for reporting.
The evaluation control of the primary control information "forward evaluation" (for example, praise and the like) cascades a plurality of secondary control information, the secondary control information comprises a plurality of label options of the "forward evaluation", for example, comprises "content is rich", "content is what I want", and "content is healthy", the secondary control information further comprises an input box for inputting characters, and the like.
The evaluation control of the primary control information "negative evaluation" (for example, clicking on the screen, etc.) is cascaded with a plurality of secondary control information, including a plurality of label options of "negative evaluation", for example, including "content is little", "content is not what i want", and "frequent disturbance", etc., and the secondary control information further includes an input box for inputting characters, etc.
The evaluation control of the first-level control information reporting is cascaded with a plurality of second-level control information, the evaluation control comprises a plurality of label options of reporting, such as 'content violence', 'content violation' and 'content invalidity', and the second-level control information further comprises an input box for inputting characters and the like.
In this way, in a case where the user needs to submit the data of the user, the user may input a manipulation operation on one of the at least one primary manipulation information in the modeless window. For the electronic device, it may detect whether a manipulation operation is received for one of the at least one primary manipulation information, and in case of receiving the manipulation operation, perform step S104.
In the case that the manipulation operation is received, in step S104, a modal window is displayed on the page, where the modal window includes at least one piece of secondary manipulation information of the one piece of primary manipulation information cascaded.
In the application, if the user does not want to submit the user data, the user often does not manipulate the first-level manipulation information in the modeless window, and if the user wants to submit the user data, the user often manipulates the first-level manipulation information in the modeless window.
In this way, when a user's manipulation operation on one of the at least one primary manipulation information in the modeless window is received, it indicates that the user often wants to submit the user's data, for example, the user wants to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page.
If the user wants to submit the user's data, the user usually does not mind that the process of viewing the content in the page is disturbed or interrupted, and even the user can accept the content in the interrupted viewing page, and actively submits the user's data first, and continues to view the content in the page after the data of the submitting user is completed.
Therefore, in the case that the user can accept the interruption of the viewing of the content in the page, when the at least one secondary manipulation information of the one primary manipulation information cascade is displayed, at least one secondary control information of the one primary control information cascade can be displayed in the form of a modal window, the number of control information which can be contained by the modal window is often larger than that of the non-modal window, therefore, at least one secondary control information of the one primary control information cascade is displayed in the form of a modal window, the possibility of displaying all the secondary control information of the cascade of one primary control information at once can be improved, the method and the device can avoid page turning in the modal window by the user, improve the efficiency of submitting the data of the user based on at least one secondary control information cascaded by one primary control information, and the like.
Under the condition that the control of at least one piece of secondary control information is completed, the purpose that the user submits the data of the user is already completed, therefore, the electronic equipment can cancel the display modal window on the page, and the influence on the user to view the content in the page is avoided.
In the application, whether a preset operation for a page is received or not is detected under the condition that the page is displayed on a screen. And under the condition that preset operation aiming at the page is received, displaying a modeless window on the page, wherein the modeless window comprises at least one level of first-level control information. Whether a manipulation operation on one of the at least one primary manipulation information is received is detected. And under the condition that the control operation is received, displaying a modal window on a page, wherein the modal window comprises at least one secondary control information of one cascade of the primary control information.
By the application, in the process that a user views content in a page, if the user data needs to be collected, at least one piece of primary control information for collecting the user data can be displayed in a non-modal form, for example, a non-modal window is displayed on the page, the non-modal window comprises at least one piece of primary control information for the user to control to submit the user data,
the modeless window does not affect the user's manipulation of the page, and the user may not process the modeless window and may manipulate the page and continue to view the content in the page, for example, slide the page to view other content in the page, without manipulating the first-level manipulation information in the modeless window. That is, the user does not have to manually manipulate the modeless window before manipulating the page (e.g., the user does not have to manually close the modeless window before continuing to manipulate the page and view the content in the page). Therefore, strong interference on the process of checking the content in the page by the user can be avoided, the process of continuously checking the content in the page by the user is avoided from being interrupted, the influence on the normal page checking of the user can be avoided as much as possible, and the user experience can be improved.
In this application, before step S101, a page may be displayed on a screen, and a non-modal popup entry option is displayed on the page, and a user clicking the non-modal popup entry option may control the electronic device to display, on the page, manipulation information for gathering data of the user, for example, displaying manipulation information for performing evaluation feedback on content in the page, and the like.
Accordingly, in step S101, the electronic device may detect whether a selection operation of a modeless popup entry option displayed on a page is received. The selection operation includes a click operation and the like. In a case where a selection operation of a modeless popup entry option displayed on a page is received, it is determined that a preset operation for the page is received.
In another embodiment of the present application, in the case that the modeless window is displayed on the page, at this time, the user may perform a manipulation operation on at least one level of manipulation information in the modeless window.
For example, if the user wants to submit the user's data, the user performs a manipulation operation on at least one primary manipulation information in the modeless window.
In the process of performing a manipulation operation on at least one piece of primary manipulation information in the modeless window, the displayed modeless popup entry option has no effect on the user performing the manipulation operation on the primary manipulation information, and the displayed modeless popup entry option may block a part of region of the modeless window or a part of region in the page, so as to interfere with the user performing the manipulation operation on at least one piece of primary manipulation information in the modeless window or viewing content in the page while performing the manipulation operation on at least one piece of primary manipulation information in the modeless window (for example, the content in the page may need to be referred when performing the manipulation operation).
Therefore, in order to avoid causing interference to the user, in the case that the modeless window is displayed on the page, the modeless popup entry option may be cancelled from being displayed on the page, for example, the modeless popup entry option is hidden on the page, or the modeless popup entry option is controlled to disappear and become invisible, so as to avoid the modeless popup entry option from blocking a region in the page or blocking the modeless window.
In another embodiment of the present application, in the case that the modal window is displayed on the page, the user would perform a manipulation operation on at least one secondary manipulation information in the modal window at this time.
In the process of performing a manipulation operation on at least one piece of secondary manipulation information in the modal window, the displayed modeless window has no effect on the user performing the manipulation operation on the secondary manipulation information at this time, and the displayed modeless window may block a part of region of the modal window or a part of region in the page, so as to cause interference to the user performing the manipulation operation on the at least one piece of secondary manipulation information in the modal window or cause interference to viewing content in the page (for example, the content in the page may need to be referred to when performing the manipulation operation) while performing the manipulation operation on the at least one piece of secondary manipulation information in the modal window.
Therefore, in order to avoid causing interference to the user, in the case of displaying the modal window on the page, the non-modal window may be cancelled from being displayed on the page, for example, the non-modal window is hidden on the page, or the non-modal window is controlled to disappear and become invisible, so as to prevent the non-modal window from blocking a region in the page or blocking the modal window.
In the application, after the electronic device displays the modeless window on the page, if the user needs to submit data of the user, for example, the user needs to perform evaluation feedback on content in the page, the user may manipulate at least one piece of primary manipulation information in the modeless window in a short time. If the user does not need to submit the data of the user, for example, the user does not need to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page, it is not necessary to continue to display the modeless window on the page, otherwise, because the modeless window may block a part of the area in the page, if the modeless window is continuously displayed on the page, interference may be caused to the user in viewing the content in the page.
Therefore, in order to avoid interfering with the user's viewing of the content in the page, the support user may manually close the modeless window, for example, the user may input a close operation for closing the modeless window in the electronic device, and in the case where the electronic device receives the close operation for closing the modeless window, the display of the modeless window may be cancelled on the page.
In the application, after the electronic device displays the modal window on the page, if the user needs to further submit the data of the user, for example, the user needs to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page, and the like, the user may manipulate at least one secondary manipulation information in the modal window in a short time. If the user does not need to further submit the user data, for example, the user does not need to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page, it is not necessary to continue to display the modal window on the page, otherwise, because the modal window may block a part of the area in the page, if the modal window is continuously displayed on the page, the user may be disturbed to view the content in the page.
Therefore, in order to avoid interfering with the user's viewing of the content in the page, the support user may manually close the modal window, for example, the user may input a closing operation for closing the modal window in the electronic device, and in the case where the electronic device receives the closing operation for closing the modal window, the display of the modal window on the page may be cancelled.
In the application, after the electronic device displays the modeless window on the page, if the user needs to submit data of the user, for example, the user needs to perform evaluation feedback on content in the page, the user may manipulate at least one piece of primary manipulation information in the modeless window in a short time. If the user does not need to submit the user's data, for example, the user does not need to perform rating feedback on the content in the page, the user may ignore the modeless window and continue browsing the content in the page, and may not perform manipulation on at least one piece of manipulation information in the modeless window.
Therefore, if the operation on the modeless window is not received within the preset duration after the modeless window is displayed on the page, it is often indicated that the user does not need to submit the data of the user, in this case, it is not necessary to continue to display the modeless window on the page, otherwise, because the modeless window can block a part of the area in the page, if the modeless window is continuously displayed on the page, the interference on the user viewing the content in the page is often caused.
Therefore, in order to avoid interference on the user viewing the content in the page, if the operation and control operation on the modeless window are not received within the preset time length after the modeless window is displayed on the page, the modeless window can be cancelled to be displayed on the page.
The preset time period may include 5 seconds, 7 seconds, 10 seconds, or the like, and the specific time period may be determined according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this application.
Further, if the modal window and the modeless window are cancelled on the page according to the closing operation of the user, or the modeless window is cancelled and displayed on the page due to the fact that the user does not operate the modeless window for a long time, the user usually does not submit the data of the user, for example, the user does not perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page.
If the user needs to submit the data of the user later, for example, the user needs to perform evaluation feedback on the content in the page later, but the user may not know how to control the electronic device to display the modeless window on the page, so that, for convenience, the user can easily start to submit the data of the user based on the modeless window if the user needs to submit the data of the user later, in another embodiment of the present application, if the modeless window and the modeless window are cancelled on the page according to the closing operation of the user, or the electronic device cancels the display of the modeless window on the page because the user does not manipulate the first-level manipulation information in the modeless window for a long time, a modeless popup entry option may be displayed on the page to provide an entry to the modeless window, and then the user clicks the modeless popup entry option to control the electronic device to display the modeless window on the page, the user may then begin to submit the user's data based on the modeless window.
It is noted that, for simplicity of explanation, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present application is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may, in accordance with the present application, occur in other orders and concurrently. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are exemplary and that no action is necessarily required in this application.
