Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
The comment message processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a comment message processing system shown in fig. 1, and the system comprises: a terminal and a server.
The terminal can be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a computer, and social software can be installed in the terminal to realize the basic function of the social software. For example, the terminal may display the content published by the publisher in the social software and a comment message of the user on the content. In addition, the comment message displayed by the terminal and the content of the comment message can be pulled from the server.
The server is used for receiving comment messages fed back by the terminal and relevant operations such as praise, reply and the like performed on the comment messages. And the comment display device is also used for sending each comment message and the display sequence of each comment message to the terminal.
It should be noted that fig. 1 exemplarily shows one terminal and one server capable of communicating with the terminal, and the number of the devices in the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a comment message processing method used in a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment, and the comment message processing method includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 2.
In step S21, a trigger operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message is received.
In the embodiment of the application, the comment message may be a comment message specifying multimedia content, the specified multimedia content is multimedia content clicked by a user, or multimedia content corresponding to a comment message clicked and loaded by the user. The multimedia content may be video, audio, pictures or text, etc.
It can be understood that, the publishing user who publishes the multimedia content has the right to modify the display sequence of the comment messages of the multimedia content, so the terminal which receives the trigger operation of the user to the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message is the terminal used by the publishing user of the multimedia content.
The trigger operation may be a click operation, a double-click operation, a voice instruction, a drag operation, a slide operation, or the like. Hereinafter, this trigger operation is taken as a click operation as an example.
In one embodiment, the priority control may be a button, one comment message corresponds to one button, and the terminal may detect, at a display position of the button, a click operation of a user on the button corresponding to the comment message. And the comment message corresponding to the button clicked by the user is the specified comment message.
In another embodiment, the priority control may be a button, one comment message corresponds to one button, and the terminal may display a floating window after receiving a click operation of a user on the button corresponding to the comment message. The floating window comprises preset selection controls, and each selection control corresponds to one priority. The terminal can identify the clicking operation of the user on the selection control at the display position of each selection control.
For example: as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 exemplarily shows two comment messages, and if the terminal receives a click operation of a user on a priority control corresponding to the comment message 1, a floating window is displayed in the comment message 1, for example, the floating window includes four selection buttons, which respectively correspond to different priorities. The subsequent terminal can receive the clicking operation of the user on one of the selection buttons in the floating window.
Optionally, before receiving a triggering operation of a user on a priority control corresponding to a specified comment message, the number of comment messages of the specified multimedia content may also be obtained, and if the number of comment messages is greater than a preset threshold, the priority control corresponding to each comment message is displayed. Otherwise, if the number of the comment messages is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, the priority control corresponding to each comment message is not displayed. For example: the preset number may be 100, that is, when the comment message of a certain piece of multimedia content is greater than 100, the priority control corresponding to each comment message is displayed. Or the preset number can also be 1, which means that when the comment message exists in the specified multimedia content, the priority control corresponding to each comment message is displayed.
In step S22, a priority change request is sent to the server.
The priority change request is used for requesting to change the priority of the specified comment message.
In one embodiment, the priority change request includes an identification specifying a comment message. For example: the priority of each comment message is defaulted to 0, the priority control is a button, when a user clicks the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message, the user is indicated to change the priority of the specified comment message to 1, and at the moment, the priority change request comprises the identification of the specified comment message.
In another embodiment, the priority change request includes an identification of the specified comment message and a priority selected by the user. For example: the priority of each comment message is defaulted to 0, a suspension window is generated after a priority control corresponding to the specified comment message is clicked, when a user clicks a selection control 1 in the suspension window, the user is indicated to change the priority of the specified comment message to 1, and at the moment, the priority change request comprises the identification of the specified comment message and the priority selected by the user.
In step S23, a confirmation message in response to the priority change request sent by the server is received.
The confirmation message is used for indicating that the priority of the server for the specified comment message is successfully changed.
It can be understood that if the confirmation message sent by the server and responding to the priority change request is not received within the preset time after the priority change request is sent, the confirmation message indicates that the server has not successfully changed the priority of the specified comment message, where there may be a network link problem or an abnormality in the server itself. If the terminal does not receive the confirmation message, the step S24 is not executed, and the terminal may pop up a prompt message, for example, a popup window is displayed, the popup window indicates that the confirmation message sent by the server is not received, and a cancel control is displayed, so that the user cancels to change the priority of the specified comment message through the cancel control; or displaying a re-change control so that the user can re-change the specified comment message priority through the re-change control.
In step S24, a specified comment message is displayed at a position corresponding to the changed priority.
In the embodiment of the application, if the priority control is clicked, a floating window is displayed, a function of setting the priority of the comment message is provided for a user, if the user needs to improve the priority of the specified comment message, the priority of the specified comment message is improved through the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message, at this time, the terminal can detect the triggering operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message, and detect the priority selected by the user through the floating window (the selected priority is higher than the default priority), so that the specified comment message is displayed above other comment messages. If the user needs to reduce the priority of the specified comment message, the priority of the specified comment message is reduced through the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message, at this time, the terminal can detect the triggering operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message, and detect the priority selected by the user through the floating window (the selected priority is lower than the default priority), so that the specified comment message is displayed below other comment messages.
Or, one comment message corresponds to two priority controls, which are respectively: an up priority button and a down priority button. If the user needs to improve the priority of the specified comment message, the priority of the specified comment message is improved through the priority control piece corresponding to the specified comment message, and at the moment, the terminal can detect the clicking operation of the user on the priority-improving button corresponding to the specified comment message, so that the specified comment message is displayed above other comment messages. If the user needs to reduce the priority of the specified comment message, the priority of the specified comment message is reduced through the priority control piece corresponding to the specified comment message, and at the moment, the terminal can detect the clicking operation of the user on the priority reduction button corresponding to the specified comment message, so that the specified comment message is displayed below other comment messages.
It will be appreciated that a comment message may correspond to one of the raise priority button and the lower priority button.
For example: as shown in fig. 4, the comment messages of the multimedia content are sorted in the order of the number of obtained praise, and the priority of each comment message is 0 by default. If each comment message corresponds to one priority-increasing button, when a user clicks the priority-increasing button corresponding to the comment message 3, the priority of the comment message 3 is changed to 1, the comment message 3 is displayed above other comment messages, and the comment messages except the comment message 3 are still sorted according to the sequence of the obtained number of praise.
As shown in fig. 5, a user-defined area may be set in the comment area of the multimedia content, the user-defined area being set above the system default area, the user-defined area being used to display comment messages having a priority higher than the default priority, and the system default area being used to display comment messages having a priority not higher than the default priority.
In one embodiment, if the changed priority is higher than the default priority, the specified comment message is displayed in the user-defined area. Or if the changed priority is not higher than the default priority, displaying the specified comment message in the default area of the system.
Optionally, if one comment message corresponds to one priority control, the priority control corresponding to the comment message in the system default region is set as a "enter custom region" button, the priority control corresponding to the comment message in the user custom region is set as a "enter system default region" button, and the default priority of each comment message is 0. When detecting that the user clicks a button for entering the user-defined area corresponding to the specified comment message, changing the priority of the specified comment message into 1, and displaying the specified comment message in the user-defined area. When the fact that the user clicks a button of 'entering a system default area' corresponding to the specified comment message is detected, the priority of the specified comment message is changed to 0, and the specified comment message is displayed in the system default area. Optionally, the comment messages in the user-defined area may be sorted from late to early according to the time of entering the user-defined area.
Optionally, if the priority control is clicked, a floating window is displayed, the user can select the priority of the specified comment message through the floating window, and when it is detected that the user clicks the priority control and the priority selected through the floating window is higher than the default priority, the specified comment message can be displayed in the user-defined area. When it is detected that the user has clicked on the priority control and the priority selected through the floating window is not higher than the default priority, the specified comment message may be displayed in the system default area. Optionally, the comment messages in the user-defined area may be sorted in order of priority from high to low.
For example: if the user-defined area shown in fig. 5 includes 3 comment messages, the comment messages are: comment message 2, comment message 3, and comment message 4. The comment message 2 has a priority of 3, the comment message 3 has a priority of 2, and the comment message 4 has a priority of 1. The default priority is 0. If the clicking operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the comment message 3 is detected and the priority selected by the user through the floating window is detected to be 4, the priority of the comment message 3 is changed to 4, and the comment message 3 is displayed above the comment message 2 and the comment message 4.
Or if the clicking operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the comment message 3 is detected and the priority selected by the user through the floating window is detected to be 0, changing the priority of the comment message 3 to 0 and changing the display position of the comment message 3 to the default area of the system.
In the embodiment of the application, the size of the user-defined area may be fixed, or may be determined according to the number of comment messages with priority higher than the default priority. For example: if the number of comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority is 2, the size of the user-defined area may be set to the size of displaying 2 comment messages. If the number of comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority is 5, the size of the user-defined area may be set to the size of displaying 3 comment messages, 3 comment messages may be displayed in the user-defined area, and the other 2 comment messages may be hidden. If the number of comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority is 0, the user-defined area may not be displayed.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the terminal can receive the triggering operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the specified comment message, then send a priority changing request to the server, receive a confirmation message which is sent by the server and responds to the priority changing request, and display the specified comment message at the position corresponding to the changed priority. Because the priority control for setting the display sequence of the comment messages is provided for the user, the triggering operation of the user on the priority control can be received, and the display sequence of the comment messages is adjusted according to the triggering operation. Therefore, the display sequence of each comment message can be adjusted, and the adjusted display sequence of the comment messages is more reasonable.
After the specified comment message is displayed at the position corresponding to the changed priority, the terminal can also load the comment message of the specified multimedia content. It can be understood that, in the case that a user who publishes a specified multimedia content or other users need to view a comment message of the specified multimedia content, or the like, the comment message needs to be loaded. Based on this, a method for loading comment messages by a terminal is explained, and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps.
In step S61, a comment message acquisition request is sent to the server.
The comment message acquisition request is used for requesting to acquire a preset number of comment messages.
Optionally, in order to reduce the cache of the terminal and increase the running speed of the terminal, part of comment messages of the specified multimedia content can be obtained by loading the comment messages once, that is, a preset number of comment messages are obtained. And the preset number is less than or equal to the total number of the comment messages of the specified multimedia content.
Optionally, the comment message acquisition request sent to the server may be a request for acquiring a preset number of comment messages with priorities higher than the default priority; or the comment messages are used for requesting to acquire a preset number of comment messages with the priority not higher than the default priority; or for requesting to acquire comment messages with priority higher than the default priority and comment messages with priority not higher than the default priority.
For example: if the priority control is set as a button, and the preset button is clicked, the priority of the comment message corresponding to the button is changed to 1, and the default priority of the comment message is 0, the comment message with the priority higher than the default priority is: and detecting comment messages corresponding to the priority controls clicked by the users. Comment messages equal to the default priority are: and not detecting the comment message corresponding to the user click priority control.
If the priority control is set to generate a floating window after being triggered, the comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority are: detecting comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority, which are set by a user through the floating window; comment messages equal to the default priority are: the comment message corresponding to the priority control triggered by the user is not detected; comment messages below the default priority are: and detecting that the comment message with the priority set by the user through the floating window is lower than the default priority.
Optionally, page turning buttons may be respectively set in the user-defined region and the system default region shown in fig. 5, and a user may obtain a comment message of a next page through the page turning buttons. Therefore, when it is detected that the user clicks the page turning button corresponding to the user-defined region, the comment message acquisition request sent by the terminal to the server may be a request for acquiring a preset number of comment messages with priorities higher than the default priority. When it is detected that the user clicks a page turning button corresponding to the default area of the system, the comment message acquisition request sent by the terminal to the server may be a request for acquiring a preset number of comment messages with priorities not higher than the default priority.
Optionally, if the user-defined region and the system default region shown in fig. 5 are provided with a common page turning button, or when comment messages in a page displayed by the terminal are all displayed in the same region, when the user clicks the page turning button, the comment message acquisition request sent by the terminal to the server may be a request for acquiring a comment message with a priority higher than the default priority and a comment message with a priority not higher than the default priority.
Alternatively, in addition to displaying more comment messages in the form of page turning, more comment messages may be displayed by dragging a scroll bar. At this time, if the terminal displays the last comment message and detects that the user drags the scroll bar downwards, a comment message acquisition request can be automatically sent to the server.
In step S62, a preset number of comment messages in the order of priority from high to low returned by the server are received.
Optionally, in the comment messages returned by the server, the comment messages with different priorities are arranged according to the order of the priorities from high to low; comment messages of the same priority are arranged in a default arrangement order.
Wherein, the default arrangement order may be: according to the ranking order of the comment messages from late to early, or according to the ranking order of the comment numbers obtained by the comment messages from large to small, or according to a random order, and the like.
In step S63, a preset number of comment messages are displayed in the order of priority from high to low.
In one embodiment, comment messages displayed by the terminal are sequentially displayed from top to bottom according to the priority, and if a plurality of comment messages have the same priority, the comment messages are sequentially displayed according to a default order.
In another implementation, the comment message is displayed in a position corresponding to the priority level of the comment message. For example: comment messages with the priority greater than 0 are displayed in the user-defined area shown in fig. 5, and comment messages with the priority less than or equal to 0 are displayed in the system default area. Wherein, the comment messages in the two areas are still displayed in the order of priority from high to low.
The comment message processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can also be used in a server, and fig. 7 is a flowchart of another comment message processing method shown according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7, the method includes the following steps.
In step S71, the priority change request transmitted by the terminal is received.
The priority changing request is used for requesting to change the priority of the specified comment message, and the specified comment message is the comment message corresponding to the priority control of the triggering operation of the user.
In step S72, the priority of the specified comment message is set to the specified priority.
In one embodiment, the priority of the specified comment message is set to a preset priority.
For example: when a terminal receives a triggering operation of a user on a priority control corresponding to a specified comment message, the priority of the specified comment message is set as a preset priority by default, and at the moment, a priority changing request comprises an identifier of the specified comment message, so that after the server receives the priority changing request, the priority of the specified comment message is set as the preset priority according to the identifier of the specified comment message carried in the priority changing request.
In another embodiment, the priority of the specified comment message is set to the priority carried in the priority change request.
For example: the terminal can receive the priority selected by the user through the priority control piece corresponding to the specified comment message, and the priority changing request comprises the identification of the specified comment message and the priority selected by the user, so that the server sets the priority of the specified comment message as the priority selected by the user after receiving the priority changing request.
In step S73, a confirmation message in response to the priority change request is transmitted to the terminal.
The confirmation message is used for indicating that the priority of the specified comment message is changed successfully by the server, so that the terminal displays the specified comment message at a specified position corresponding to the changed priority.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can also comprise the following beneficial effects: the embodiment of the invention provides a channel for setting the display sequence of the comment messages for the user, and adjusts the display position of the specified comment messages by receiving the triggering operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the specified comment messages. If the fact that the priority of the specified comment message is improved by the user is detected, the specified comment message is displayed above other comment messages, and the exposure of the comment message is increased. If the fact that the priority of the specified comment message is lowered by the user is detected, the specified comment message is displayed below other comment messages, and the possibility that other users view the comment message is lowered. Therefore, the user can adjust the display sequence of the comment messages through the priority control pieces, and the adjusted display sequence of the comment messages is more reasonable.
For example: if the comment message of the user who has a cooperative relationship with the multimedia content publishing user exists, the user can improve the priority of the comment message through the priority control corresponding to the comment message, at the moment, the triggering operation of the user on the priority control corresponding to the comment message can be received, the comment message is preferentially displayed in the comment message of the multimedia content, and the exposure and the access amount of the user who has a cooperative relationship with the multimedia content publishing user are indirectly improved.
In addition, the effect of inhibiting propagation of bad comments is achieved because the display sequence of the comment messages can be set by the publishing user.
After the server finishes changing the priority of the specified comment message, when the terminal loads the comment message, the server can receive a comment message acquisition request which is sent by the terminal and used for acquiring the comment message. Based on this, a method of the server responding to the comment message acquisition request is explained, which includes the following steps as shown in fig. 8.
In step S81, the comment message acquisition request sent by the terminal is received.
The comment message acquisition request is used for requesting to acquire a preset number of comment messages.
In step S82, a preset number of comment messages arranged in order of priority from high to low are sent to the terminal.
In one embodiment, if the comment message acquisition request is to request to acquire a preset number of comment messages with priorities higher than the default priority, the comment messages with the priorities higher than the default priority are acquired in the descending order of the priorities and sent to the terminal.
In another embodiment, if the comment message acquisition request is a request to acquire a preset number of comment messages with priorities not higher than the default priority, the comment messages with priorities not higher than the default priority are acquired in the descending order of priority, and are sent to the terminal.
In another embodiment, if the comment message acquisition request requests to acquire comment messages with priorities higher than the default priority and comment messages with priorities not higher than the default priority, the method for sending the preset number of comment messages to the terminal includes the following three steps:
step one, obtaining a first number of comment messages with priority higher than default priority according to the sequence of the priority from high to low.
The priority of each comment message can be obtained, comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority are screened out, and then a first number of comment messages are obtained from the screened comment messages according to the sequence of the priorities from high to low.
For example: the default priority is 0, the designated multimedia content comprises 4 comment messages, wherein the priority of a comment message 1 is 1, the priority of a comment message 2 is 2, the priority of a comment message 3 is 0, and the priority of a comment message 4 is 0. If the preset number is 1, screening the comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority as follows: comment message 1 and comment message 2. Then according to the ranking order of the priority from high to low, the ranking result is as follows: comment message 2, comment message 1. The 1 comment message obtained from the screened comment messages is: comment on message 2.
Optionally, after obtaining the comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority, it may be further determined whether the total number of the obtained comment messages is greater than or equal to a preset number. If yes, executing step three. If not, executing the step two.
Or, the first number may be preset to be smaller than the preset number, the comment messages with the priority higher than the default priority are acquired, and step two is executed.
For example: as shown in fig. 5, if comment messages are displayed in different areas according to respective priorities, and the comment message acquisition request is to request to acquire a comment message with a priority higher than the default priority and a comment message with a priority not higher than the default priority, it is necessary to acquire a comment message with a priority not higher than the default priority in addition to the comment message with a priority higher than the default priority.
And step two, acquiring a second number of comment messages with the priority not higher than the default priority according to the sequence of the priorities from high to low.
Wherein, the sum of the first number and the second number is a preset number.
For example: the preset number is 50, the first number is 20, and the second number is 30. Alternatively, if the priority is 10 comment messages higher than the default priority, the second number is 50-10 to 40.
And step three, sending comment messages which are respectively obtained in the step one and the step two and are arranged from high to low according to the priority to the terminal.
