In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the range hood main body 1 includes a trim cover 11 and a smoke collecting hood 12 provided below the trim cover 11, and the range hood duct is provided inside the trim cover 11. Further, the air purification device 2 is arranged in the decoration cover 11, so that the air purification device 2 is hidden in the decoration cover 11, and the appearance of the range hood is simpler. Without loss of generality, the air outlet 202 is exposed to the front surface of the decoration cover 11, so that the clean air purified by the air purification device 2 can be sent out to the kitchen space.
In addition, for the technical solution provided with the mode control key 5, optionally, the mode control key 5 is provided on the front surface of the smoke collecting hood 12 (see fig. 1); it can be understood that the front of the smoke collecting hood 12 is closest to the user, which is more convenient for the user to operate, and the control panel of the range hood is usually arranged on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, and the mode control key 5 is also arranged on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, which is convenient for integrating the mode control key on the control panel of the range hood. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the mode control button 5 may also be disposed on the air purification apparatus 2.
Optionally, the air outlet 202 is arranged at the lower part of the decorative cover 11; it can be appreciated that the lower portion of the trim cover 11 is closer to the cook, which is more advantageous for delivering purified clean air to the cook.
Optionally, the air inlet 201 is exposed at the side surface of the decoration cover 11, so that the oil smoke escaping to the side of the range hood is favorably sucked into the purification air duct to reduce the oil smoke at the side of the range hood; particularly, when a dual-burner kitchen range is used below the range hood, the oil smoke generated during cooking easily escapes from the side of the range hood, and the air inlet 201 exposed at the side of the decorative cover 11 is more beneficial to sucking the oil smoke.
Optionally, two opposite side surfaces of the decorative cover 11 are respectively provided with one air inlet 201, so as to reduce oil smoke on two sides of the range hood. Of course, the air inlet 201 may be provided on only one of the two sides of the trim cover 11. Optionally, an air inlet grille is arranged on the air inlet 201 to prevent hands and other foreign matters from extending into the decoration cover 11.
It is understood that, in this embodiment, the decoration cover 11 is provided with an air return opening 111 corresponding to the air inlet 201, and an air supply opening 112 corresponding to the air outlet 202.
Optionally, two filter elements 22 are provided, and each filter element 22 is disposed near one of the air inlets 201; therefore, once the air with the oil smoke enters the purifying air duct, the filtering of the filtering piece 22 can be obtained, and the probability that the air with the oil smoke pollutes other devices in the purifying air duct is reduced. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one filtering element 22 may be disposed near the air outlet 202, so as to purify and discharge the oil smoke in the air.
Optionally, the decoration cover 11 is provided with a filter mounting port 113, and the filter 22 is detachably disposed on the purification air duct through the filter mounting port 113; in this manner, removal, cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 may be facilitated. It will be appreciated that the filter element 22 generally has a certain life, and needs to be replaced after its life is reached, in order to ensure a good purification capacity of the air purification apparatus 2, and moreover, it is advantageous to remove it for cleaning or washing, either periodically or not, in order to prolong its life.
Optionally, a filter cover 25 is arranged on the filter mounting port 113; so, will filter piece 22 certainly filter a mounting hole 113 and pack into and purify the wind channel after, will filter a lid 25 lid and close and filter a mounting hole 113, can avoid filtering piece 22 and shake out, improve the structural stability of product, can also avoid foreign matter etc. to get into from filtering a piece installation simultaneously and purify in the wind channel.
Optionally, the air purifying device 2 further includes a purifying housing 24 disposed in the decorative cover 11, the purifying air duct is at least partially defined by the purifying housing 24, and the air inlet 201 is formed in the purifying housing 24. It can be understood that the provision of the independent purifying housing 24 can more accurately limit the purifying air duct, so as to accurately guide the trend of the purifying air flow and improve the purifying efficiency, and in addition, the purifying housing 24 can more conveniently provide the filter element 22 and the purifying fan 21 with attachment; however, the design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, a partition plate or the like may be simply provided in the decoration cover 11 to separate the purification air duct. Without loss of generality, the purifying housing 24 is provided with a mounting opening 203 corresponding to the filter mounting opening 113, and the filter element 22 is detachably connected with the purifying housing 24 through the filter mounting opening 113 and the mounting opening 203.
In this embodiment, the filter cover 25 provided in the filter attachment port 113 is connected to the purge case 24. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the filter cover 25 may be connected to the decorative cover 11. In addition, in this embodiment, optionally, one side of the filter cover 25 is rotatably connected to the purifying housing 24, and the other side is detachably connected to the purifying housing 24; in this manner, after the filter cover 25 is opened, the filter cover 25 remains attached to the purge housing 24, and the filter cover 25 is prevented from being lost. Further alternatively, the other side of the filter cover 25 can be, but is not limited to, connected to the purification housing 24 by a push-type snap-on switch assembly, so that the filter cover 25 can be conveniently opened and closed by pressing, and the operation is convenient.
Optionally, the filter element 22 is provided in a removable manner in the purification housing 24; it will be appreciated that removal cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 can be more easily performed by means of pulling.
Optionally, the purification fan 21 is a centrifugal fan, on one hand, the centrifugal fan has large air volume and low noise, so that far air supply can be realized at low noise; on the other hand, the centrifugal fan has the function of changing the wind direction (axial air inlet and radial air outlet), and is favorable for realizing air inlet and positive air outlet at two sides.
Further, a centrifugal volute 26 for installing a centrifugal fan is arranged in the purifying housing 24, an air outlet side of the centrifugal volute 26 faces downward and is bent forward to extend an air guiding section 27, and the air outlet 202 is formed at a free end of the air guiding section 27. In this embodiment, the air guide section 27 extending by bending can supply air forward when the axial direction of the centrifugal fan is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the fan cover, and at this time, the installation space in the front-back direction required by the centrifugal fan is small. It will be appreciated that if the radial direction of the centrifugal fan is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the fan guard, the required front-to-back installation space for the centrifugal fan is large, since the diameter of the centrifugal fan is typically larger than the axial thickness of the centrifugal fan. Optionally, the centrifugal volute 26 includes a volute body and a volute cover that are joined to facilitate installation of the centrifugal fan into the centrifugal volute 26.

Claims (10)

1. A range hood, comprising:
a cigarette machine main body;
the air purification device is arranged on the cigarette machine main body and is provided with a purification air channel and an air outlet communicated with the purification air channel, the air outlet is rotatably provided with air guide blades, and the air purification device comprises a driving motor in driving connection with the air guide blades; and
and the controller is electrically connected with the driving motor and is used for controlling the working state of the driving motor so as to drive the air guide blade to rotate to a preset position.
2. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the drive motor is drivingly connected to the air deflection blade via a transmission mechanism.
3. The range hood according to claim 2, wherein the transmission mechanism includes a first gear provided on the rotating shaft of the air guide blade and a second gear provided on the output shaft of the driving motor, and the first gear is engaged with the second gear.
4. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the air guide vanes are provided at intervals, the plurality of the air guide vanes include a driving vane and at least one driven vane, the driving motor is drivingly connected to the driving vane, and the driven vane is connected to the driving vane through a connecting rod.
5. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein the air cleaning device further comprises a position sensor for detecting a rotational position of the air guiding blade, the position sensor is electrically connected to the controller, and the controller obtains the rotational position of the air guiding blade through the position sensor and controls the output shaft of the driving motor to stop rotating when the air guiding blade rotates to the preset position.
6. The range hood of claim 5, wherein the position sensor is a micro switch set or a Hall sensor.
7. The range hood of claim 5, further comprising a mode control device, wherein the controller is electrically connected to the mode control device, and the predetermined positions comprise a predetermined first position and a predetermined second position;
the controller is used for controlling the driving motor to drive the air guide blade to rotate to the preset first position according to a first mode instruction of the mode control device, and controlling the driving motor to drive the air guide blade to rotate to the preset second position according to a second mode instruction of the mode control device.
8. The range hood of claim 7, wherein the air outlet is located on the front surface of the air purification device, and the length direction of the air guide blade is transverse;
when the air guide blade is located at the preset first position, the air guide blade extends obliquely towards the front upper side in the width direction, and when the air guide blade is located at the preset second position, the air guide blade extends obliquely towards the front lower side or horizontally towards the front in the width direction.
9. The range hood of claim 8, wherein the controller is further electrically connected to a purge fan of the air purification apparatus, the controller being configured to control the purge fan to operate at a first rotational speed according to the first mode command and to control the purge fan to operate at a second rotational speed according to the second mode command; the first rotational speed is greater than the second rotational speed.
10. The range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the air cleaning device is provided in the hood body; or,
the air purification device is arranged outside the cigarette maker main body.
