However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the temperature obtaining device 4 may further include a communication receiver disposed on the range hood, through which the controller 3 is in communication connection with the external temperature detecting terminal to receive the environmental temperature sent by the external temperature detecting terminal, so that the controller 3 can also obtain the environmental temperature. In this embodiment, the external temperature detection terminal may be an intelligent thermometer with a communication function, a mobile terminal (such as, but not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.) integrated with a temperature sensor, or other household appliances (such as, but not limited to, a disinfection cabinet, a refrigerator, etc.) with a communication function and integrated with an external temperature sensor. Optionally, the communication receiver is a wireless communication receiver, which may be, but not limited to, in communication connection with an external temperature detection terminal by WIFI, bluetooth, or the like.
Further, the air outlet 202 is located on the front surface of the air purifying device 2. It will be appreciated that the user typically stands in front of the kitchen range, i.e. in front of the range hood for cooking, and the air outlet 202 is provided on the front of the air cleaning device 2, so that the air outlet of the air cleaning device 2 can be conveniently directly applied to the user. Of course, in other embodiments, the air outlet 202 may be located at other positions of the air purifying device 2, such as the top surface or the side surface, and it is understood that in this case, the air outlet of the air purifying device 2 is difficult to directly act on the user, but can also act on the user to some extent in consideration of the diffusivity of the air outlet.
For the solution where the air outlet 202 is located in the front of the air purifying device 2, optionally, the air outlet 202 may be provided with an air guiding blade 23 extending transversely and obliquely downward forward or horizontally forward, so that the air outlet 202 can obliquely discharge air downward or horizontally forward, thereby being more beneficial for the air discharge of the air purifying device 2 to directly act on the user. Of course, in some embodiments, the wind guiding blades 23 may be rotatably disposed, so that the wind outlet direction of the wind outlet 202 is adjustable, and thus, when the wind outlet is required to directly act on the user, the wind outlet is rotated to a position extending obliquely forward and downward or horizontally forward (see fig. 6); when the circulation purification of the air in the kitchen is to be realized, the air guide blades 23 are rotated to a position (see fig. 7) extending obliquely forwards and upwards, so that the air outlet 202 is inclined forwards and upwards to discharge air, and the oil smoke in the upper half part of the kitchen space can be pushed to flow downwards to be contained in the circulation purification of the air, so that the oil smoke in the kitchen can be further reduced, and the improvement of the whole air quality of the kitchen space is facilitated; in particular, the upper half of the kitchen space is often subject to soot accumulation due to the thermal plume effect of soot.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the range hood body 1 includes a decorative cover 11 and a fume collecting hood 12 provided below the decorative cover 11, and the fume suction duct is provided in the decorative cover 11. Further, the air purifying device 2 is arranged in the decorative cover 11, so that the air purifying device 2 is hidden in the decorative cover 11, and the appearance of the range hood can be more concise. Without loss of generality, the air outlet 202 is exposed on the front surface of the decorative cover 11, so that the clean air purified by the air purifying device 2 can be sent out into the kitchen space. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the air purifying device 2 may be disposed outside the decorative cover 11, for example, it may be disposed on the front side of the decorative cover 11 and above the fume collecting hood 12; the air purifying device 2 is arranged outside the decorative cover 11, so that the internal components (such as the filter 22, the purifying fan 21 and the like) can be conveniently maintained and disassembled; it will be appreciated that the air cleaning device 2 provided outside the decorative cover 11 does not require the decorative cover 11 to be removed during the process of removing the internal components thereof.
Optionally, the temperature sensor 41 is disposed on a side of the fume collecting hood 12 to obtain an ambient temperature of the range hood.
For the solution in which the air purification device 2 is disposed in the decorative cover 11, optionally, the air outlet 202 is disposed at the lower portion of the decorative cover 11; it will be appreciated that the lower portion of the trim cover 11 is closer to the cookers, which is more advantageous for delivering cleaned air to the cookers.
Optionally, the air inlet 201 communicating with the purifying air duct is exposed at the side surface of the decorative cover 11, so that the fume escaping to the side of the fume extractor is easily sucked into the purifying air duct, so as to reduce the fume on the side of the fume extractor; in particular, when a range with a double burner is used below the range hood, the cooking fumes generated during cooking are easy to escape from the side direction of the range hood, and the air inlet 201 exposed at the side of the decorative cover 11 is more beneficial to sucking the cooking fumes.
Optionally, the two opposite sides of the decorative cover 11 are respectively provided with the air inlet 201 to reduce the oil smoke on two sides of the range hood. Of course, the air inlet 201 may be provided only on one of the two side surfaces of the decorative cover 11. Optionally, an air inlet grille is disposed on the air inlet 201 to prevent hands and other foreign objects from extending into the decorative cover 11.
It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, the decorative cover 11 is provided with an air return opening 111 corresponding to the air inlet 201, and an air supply opening 112 corresponding to the air outlet 202.
Optionally, two filter elements 22 are provided, and each filter element 22 is disposed near one air inlet 201; thus, as soon as the air with the oil smoke enters the purifying air duct, the filtering piece 22 can be used for filtering, and the probability of polluting other devices in the purifying air duct with the oil smoke is reduced. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one filter 22 may be disposed near the air outlet 202, so that the fume in the air can be purified and then discharged.
Optionally, the decorative cover 11 is provided with a filter mounting opening 113, and the filter 22 is detachably arranged in the purifying air duct through the filter mounting opening 113; in this manner, removal, cleaning, or replacement of the filter element 22 may be facilitated. It will be appreciated that the filter element 22 will typically have a life which must be replaced after its lifetime has been reached to ensure good cleaning of the air cleaning device 2, and in addition, be removed periodically or aperiodically for cleaning or cleaning, which is beneficial for extending its lifetime.
Optionally, the filter cover 25 is disposed on the filter mounting port 113; thus, after the filter 22 is installed into the purification air duct from the filter installation opening 113, the filter cover 25 is covered on the filter installation opening 113, so that the filter 22 can be prevented from shaking out, the structural stability of the product is improved, and foreign matters and the like can be prevented from entering the purification air duct from the filter installation opening 113.
Optionally, the air purifying device 2 further includes a purifying housing 24 disposed in the decorative cover 11, the purifying air duct is at least partially defined by the purifying housing 24, and the air inlet 201 is formed with the purifying housing 24. It will be appreciated that the provision of the separate purge housing 24 more accurately restricts the purge air path, thereby accurately guiding the purge air flow to improve the purge efficiency, and that the purge housing 24 can more conveniently attach the filter element 22 and the purge fan 21 for installation; however, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, a partition member may be simply provided in the decorative cover 11 to isolate the purge air duct. Without loss of generality, the purge housing 24 is provided with a mounting port 203 corresponding to the filter mounting port 113, and the filter 22 is detachably connected to the purge housing 24 through the filter mounting port 113 and the mounting port 203.
In the present embodiment, the filter cover 25 provided at the filter mounting port 113 is connected to the purge housing 24. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the filter cover 25 may be connected to the decorative cover 11. In addition, in the present embodiment, alternatively, one side of the filter cover 25 is rotatably connected to the purge housing 24, and the other side is detachably connected to the purge housing 24; in this way, after opening the filter cover 25, the filter cover 25 remains attached to the purge housing 24, preventing loss of the filter cover 25. Further alternatively, the other side of the filter cover 25 may be connected to the purification housing 24 by, but not limited to, a push-button switch assembly, so that the filter cover 25 may be conveniently opened and closed by being pushed, and the operation is convenient.
Optionally, the filter element 22 is retractably provided to the purge housing 24; it will be appreciated that removal, cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 can be more conveniently performed by pulling.
Optionally, the purifying fan 21 is a centrifugal fan, on one hand, the air volume of the centrifugal fan is larger, and the noise is smaller, so that the far-distance air supply can be realized under the low noise; on the other hand, the centrifugal fan has the function of changing the wind direction (axial air inlet and radial air outlet), and is beneficial to realizing the air inlet at two sides and the air outlet at the front.
Further, a centrifugal volute 26 for installing a centrifugal fan is arranged in the purifying housing 24, an air outlet side of the centrifugal volute 26 is downward and is bent forward to extend to form an air guide section 27, and the air outlet 202 is formed at a free end of the air guide section 27. In this embodiment, by the arrangement of the air guiding section 27 that is bent and extended, the forward air supply can be realized under the condition that the axial direction of the centrifugal fan is vertical or nearly vertical to the fan cover, and at this time, the installation space of the centrifugal fan in the front-rear direction is smaller. It will be appreciated that if the radial direction of the centrifugal fan is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the fan shroud, the installation space required for the centrifugal fan in the fore-and-aft direction is large because, in general, the diameter of the centrifugal fan is larger than the axial thickness of the centrifugal fan. Optionally, the centrifugal volute 26 includes a volute body and a volute cover that are spliced together to facilitate loading of the centrifugal fan into the centrifugal volute 26.
The invention also provides a control method of the range hood. The range hood comprises a hood main body and an air purifying device; when the air purification device and the range hood main body work cooperatively, most of the oil smoke generated in the cooking process is discharged outdoors through the oil smoke suction duct in the range hood main body, and a small part of the oil smoke can escape to other spaces in a kitchen, so that the small part of the oil smoke can be further removed through the purification duct in each purification module, and the pollution of the oil smoke to the air environment and the damage to the health of a human body are further reduced.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, the control method of the range hood includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring the ambient temperature of the range hood;
and S2, controlling the air output of the air purifying device of the range hood according to the environmental temperature.
According to the technical scheme, the environment temperature of the range hood can be obtained, meanwhile, the air outlet quantity of the air purifying device is adjustable, and it can be understood that the air outlet quantity of the air purifying device acts on a user, and the user has different air outlet quantity requirements on the air purifying device under different environment temperatures, so that the air outlet quantity of the air purifying device is controlled according to the environment temperatures, the air outlet quantity can meet the requirements of the user under the corresponding environment temperatures, and the body feeling of the user is more comfortable.
In one embodiment, the step S2 includes:
step S21, determining that the ambient temperature increases;
step S22, the air output of the air purifying device is controlled to be increased.
It will be appreciated that during cooking, the ambient temperature to which the range hood is exposed typically increases. In particular, in summer, the increase in the ambient temperature may cause discomfort to the user due to overheating, and at this time, the increase in the air output of the air cleaning device may cause the user to feel cooler and feel more comfortable.
However, in other embodiments, when the air purifying device is further provided with the electric auxiliary heating device to enable the air to be exhausted, for winter, the ambient temperature is very small at the beginning of cooking, at this time, the user needs the air purifying device to provide a relatively large amount of warm air, and along with the cooking activity, the ambient temperature is continuously increased, so that the user's demand for the amount of warm air is reduced, and at this time, the controller can control the air exhausting amount of the air purifying device to be reduced, so as to save energy.
In one embodiment, the step S22 specifically includes:
the rotating speed of the purifying fan of the air purifying device is controlled to be increased so as to increase the air output of the air purifying device.
The rotation speed of the purifying fan is increased, so that the air output can be increased, and the air output speed of the air purifying device can be increased, and a user experiences a cooler feeling.
However, the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, when there are a plurality of purifying fans, the step S22 may further be specifically:
the starting number of the purifying fans of the air purifying device is controlled to be increased so as to increase the air output of the air purifying device.
It is understood that, no matter the plurality of purifying fans are arranged side by side or are sequentially arranged in the extending direction of the purifying air duct, the more the starting quantity of the purifying fans is, the larger the generated air quantity is. Of course, the way of changing the air output through the rotation speed adjustment of the purifying fan can enable the change of the air output to be relatively more continuously adjustable.
In one embodiment, the air purifying device is provided with a plurality of air volume gears, and different air volume gears correspond to different temperature intervals;
the step S2 specifically includes:
step S201, determining a temperature interval in which the ambient temperature is located;
step S202, controlling the air purifying device to output air at a corresponding air quantity gear.
Therefore, the number of times of change of the air output of the air purifying device can be reduced, and the control process of the air output of the air purifying device is simpler. Optionally, different air volume gears correspond to different rotational speeds of the purifying fan; or, different air quantity gears correspond to different starting numbers of the purifying fans. Of course, the air quantity gear corresponding to the higher temperature interval has larger corresponding rotating speed of the purifying fans or more starting quantity of the purifying fans.
For example, when the ambient temperature is within a temperature range of [24 ℃,28 ℃), the corresponding air volume gear is a first gear, and the first gear air volume is 0.5 times of the maximum air volume; when the ambient temperature is within a temperature range of [28 ℃ and 30 ℃), the corresponding air quantity gear is the second gear, and the second gear air quantity is 0.8 times of the maximum air quantity; when the ambient temperature is within the temperature range [30 ℃ and + ] infinity, the corresponding air volume gear is the third gear, and the third gear air volume is the maximum air volume.
In one embodiment, the step S1 specifically includes:
the ambient temperature is obtained by a temperature sensor arranged on the range hood.
That is, the range hood itself has a function of acquiring the ambient temperature, and thus, even when a network signal is absent, the ambient temperature can be immediately acquired, thereby controlling the air outlet amount of the air cleaning device according to the ambient temperature.
However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in some other embodiments, the step S1 may further be:
and receiving the environment temperature sent by the external temperature detection terminal.
In this way, the ambient temperature can also be obtained. In this embodiment, the external temperature detection terminal may be an intelligent thermometer with a communication function, a mobile terminal (such as, but not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.) integrated with a temperature sensor, or other household appliances (such as, but not limited to, a disinfection cabinet, a refrigerator, etc.) with a communication function and integrated with an external temperature sensor. Optionally, the communication connection can be performed with the external temperature detection terminal by adopting a WIFI mode, a Bluetooth mode and the like.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium is stored with a control program of the range hood, and the control program of the range hood realizes the steps of the control method of the range hood when being executed by a processor. Since the computer readable storage medium adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are provided, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (13)

1. The control method of the range hood is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the environment temperature of the range hood;
controlling the air output of an air purifying device of the range hood according to the environmental temperature;
the step of controlling the air output of the air purifying device according to the ambient temperature comprises the following steps:
determining that the ambient temperature increases in summer;
controlling the air output of the air purifying device to increase;
determining that the ambient temperature increases in winter; the electric auxiliary heating device arranged in the air purifying device is started to enable the air purifying device to provide warm air;
the air output of the air purifying device is controlled to be reduced.
2. The method for controlling a range hood according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the air output of the air cleaning device to be increased comprises the steps of:
controlling the rotation speed of a purifying fan of the air purifying device to be increased so as to increase the air output of the air purifying device; or,
the starting number of the purifying fans of the air purifying device is controlled to be increased so as to increase the air output of the air purifying device; on the air purification device, the purification fan is provided with a plurality of purification fans.
3. The control method of a range hood according to claim 1, wherein the air cleaning device has a plurality of air volume steps, and different air volume steps correspond to different temperature ranges;
the step of controlling the air output of the air purification device according to the ambient temperature specifically comprises the following steps:
determining a temperature interval in which the ambient temperature is located;
and controlling the air purifying device to discharge air at the corresponding air quantity gear.
4. A control method of a range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of obtaining the ambient temperature of the range hood comprises:
acquiring the ambient temperature through a temperature sensor arranged on the range hood; or,
and receiving the environment temperature sent by the external temperature detection terminal.
5. A range hood, comprising:
a tobacco machine main body;
the air purifying device is arranged on the cigarette machine main body and is provided with a purifying air duct and an air outlet communicated with the purifying air duct;
the temperature acquisition device is used for acquiring the environment temperature of the range hood; and
the controller is electrically connected with the temperature acquisition device and is used for controlling the air output of the air purification device according to the ambient temperature;
in summer, determining that the ambient temperature increases, and controlling the air output of the air purifying device to increase by the controller; the air purification device is further internally provided with an electric auxiliary heating device, the electric auxiliary heating device is started in winter, so that the air purification device provides warm air, the ambient temperature is determined to be increased, and the controller controls the air output of the air purification device to be reduced.
6. The range hood of claim 5, wherein the air cleaning device has a cleaning fan for driving air in the cleaning duct to flow to the air outlet;
the controller increases the air output of the air purification device by controlling the rotation speed of the purification fan to increase; or,
the purification fans are arranged in a plurality, and the controller increases the starting quantity of the purification fans by controlling the starting quantity of the purification fans so as to increase the air output of the air purification device.
7. The range hood of claim 5 wherein the temperature range in which the ambient temperature is determined and the controller controls the air purification device to outlet air at a corresponding air volume level.
8. The range hood of claim 5 wherein the temperature acquisition device comprises a temperature sensor provided on the range hood, the controller acquiring the ambient temperature through the temperature sensor.
9. The range hood of claim 8, wherein the temperature sensor is provided to the hood body or the air cleaning device.
10. The range hood of claim 5, wherein the temperature acquisition device comprises a communication receiver provided on the range hood, and the controller is communicatively connected to an external temperature detection terminal through the communication receiver to receive the ambient temperature transmitted by the external temperature detection terminal.
11. The range hood according to any one of claims 5 to 10, wherein the air outlet is located on the front side of the air cleaning device.
12. The range hood of claim 11 wherein the hood body comprises a decorative cover and a fume collection hood disposed below the decorative cover;
the air purifying device is arranged in the decorative cover;
the air outlet is exposed on the front surface of the decorative cover.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a control program of a range hood is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the control method of a range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
