A highly safe oil heater as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the novel solar heat collector is characterized in that a plurality of first through holes (1020) are formed in the first vertical partition plate (102), a plurality of second through holes (1030) are formed in the second vertical partition plate (103), a first transverse partition plate (104) and a second transverse partition plate (105) are connected between the first vertical partition plate (102) and the inner wall of one end of the shell (1), a third transverse partition plate (106) and a fourth transverse partition plate (107) are connected between the second vertical partition plate (103) and the inner wall of the other end of the shell (1), and the plurality of first through holes (1020) and the second through holes (1030) are respectively communicated with the first circulation pipeline (3), the second circulation pipeline (4), the third circulation pipeline (5), the fourth circulation pipeline (6) and the fifth circulation pipeline (7).

A high-safety oil heater according to claim 2, characterized in that: a first chamber (108) is formed between the first transverse partition plate (104) and the inner wall of the upper end of the shell (1), a third chamber (110) is formed between the first transverse partition plate (104) and the second transverse partition plate (105), a fifth chamber (112) is formed between the second transverse partition plate (105) and the inner wall of the lower end of the shell (1), the first chamber (108) is communicated with the first circulation pipeline (3), the third chamber (110) is communicated with the second circulation pipeline (4) and the third circulation pipeline (5), and the fifth chamber (112) is communicated with the fourth circulation pipeline (6) and the fifth circulation pipeline (7).

A highly safe oil heater as set forth in claim 2, wherein: a second chamber (109) is formed between the third transverse partition plate (106) and the inner wall of the upper end of the shell (1), a fourth chamber (111) is formed between the third transverse partition plate (106) and the fourth transverse partition plate (107), a sixth chamber (113) is formed between the fourth transverse partition plate (107) and the inner wall of the lower end of the shell (1), the second chamber (109) is communicated with the first circulation pipeline (3) and the second circulation pipeline (4), the fourth chamber (111) is communicated with the third circulation pipeline (5) and the fourth circulation pipeline (6), and the sixth chamber (113) is communicated with the fifth circulation pipeline (7).

A highly safe oil heater as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the slow flow mechanism (9) comprises a plurality of concave circular pipes (901) arranged in the first circulation pipeline (3), a limit ring plate (902) connected to the inner wall of the concave circular pipes (901), a plurality of connecting rods (903) connected to the limit ring plate (902), a connecting block (904) connected to one end of each connecting rod (903), a plurality of blades (905) connected to the connecting block (904), a lead (906) penetrating through the limit ring plate (902), a rotating chamber (907) arranged on the inner wall of the other end of the casing (1), a sealing element (908) movably connected to the opening of the rotating chamber (907), a first metal ring (909) and a second metal ring (910) arranged on the inner wall of the rotating chamber (907), a first electric wire (911) connected to the first metal ring (909) and a second electric wire (912) connected to the second metal ring (910), wherein the first electric wire (911) and the second electric wire (912) are electrically connected to the storage battery (2), two ends of the lead (906) penetrate through the sealing element (908) and extend into the rotating chamber (910), and one end of the lead (906) is in contact with the second metal ring (910).
