Description

Plant hair dye composition, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a plant hair dye composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The living habits of great living and working pressure, staying up night, irregular diet and the like in the modern society also lead to more and more people suffering from grey hair. The most da Zong category of hair coloring products is the one that blackens white hair. The hair dye which is produced in large quantity and widely used at present is mainly a chemical hair dye, and usually contains components such as hair dye paraphenylene diamine, coupling agent resorcinol and the like, and aniline components have obvious toxicity and irritation and are 3 kinds of carcinogen organic compounds published by world health organization. The production and use of anilines also produces a large amount of toxic and harmful substances.
The hair dye is produced by utilizing natural raw materials provided by nature, has the advantages of safety and health, and is an effective way for solving the chemical hair dyeing hazard in a green and environment-friendly way as no toxic and harmful substances are basically generated in the production and use process. Considerable attention is paid at home and abroad, and a plurality of patents and research papers are published. However, no natural hair dye product which is widely used and has good effect is available so far. The main reason for this is that the prior art also has the following disadvantages: (1) The whole hair dyeing process is not normalized and standardized by taking pure manual operation as a main mode and too relying on experience of operators; (2) Although a dye from a plant source is used as a dye for dyeing hair, a chemical oxidant or a reducing agent such as hydrogen peroxide, ammonia water and the like is still used in the preparation process, and acid or alkali and the like are added to adjust the pH value; therefore, the main components of the hair can be damaged by the oxidant, the reducing agent and the rest of acid or alkali at the same time of achieving the dyeing effect, so that the hair quality is damaged; (3) Many natural hair dyeing composition formulas have no practical application value, and the hair dyeing effect is difficult to achieve in practical use. For example, fleece-flower root is often added into natural plant hair dye, fleece-flower root is used for blackening hair, but fleece-flower root is prepared by processing fleece-flower root to achieve the effects of reducing toxicity and enhancing efficiency, and the fleece-flower root is considered to be the rest of blood by the traditional Chinese medicine, and the fleece-flower root achieves the effect of blackening hair by the function of nourishing liver and kidney and replenishing essence and blood after being orally taken. Polygonum multiflorum mainly contains anthraquinone components, and the water extract of the polygonum multiflorum cannot achieve the effect of dyeing hair.
The Chinese patent CN1989940B discloses a quick plant type hair blackening agent, which is formed by mixing A, B solutions, wherein the agent A consists of an auxiliary agent and a metal chelating agent, the auxiliary agent is azone, the metal chelating agent is soluble ferric salt or ferrous salt, and hydroxyethyl cellulose can be added into the agent A as a thickening agent; the agent B contains Galla chinensis extract, and optionally folium Isatidis extract, lignum sappan extract, and silicone oil as conditioner. However, the invention also contains chemical agent azone, pH is required to be regulated in the production process, and the hair is definitely damaged to a certain extent;
chinese patent application CN107412133a discloses a pure natural hair dye, comprising a first agent and a second agent; the agent I comprises the following components: amino acid, metal ion, surfactant, thickener and deionized water; the second agent comprises the following components: walnut green seedcase pigment extract, chinese gall pigment extract, surfactant, thickener and deionized water. The dyeing process is divided into two steps, and the operation is more complicated.
Chinese patent application CN108030704a discloses a plant hair dye with graphene oxide as a dyeing auxiliary agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the plant hair dye comprises a first emulsion and a second emulsion; the first emulsion comprises: 50-100 parts of plant pigment liquid and 0.01-10 parts of graphene oxide; the second emulsion comprises: 0.5-1.5 parts of metal salt. However, the preparation method of the dyeing assisting agent graphene oxide is complex, and certain chemical reagent is introduced in the production process, so that the quality of hair is damaged, and the health is not facilitated.
Therefore, the development of a plant hair dyeing composition which does not contain chemical harmful substances, does not basically generate toxic substances in the production and use process, has good dyeing effect and is not easy to fade and a preparation method thereof is urgent.
