Abstract
本发明涉及居家除臭技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种用于老年人居家除臭材料及其制备方法。该方法包括对吸附材料进行预处理并调节PH值为弱酸性,制成改性载体;将多种金属盐溶液按一定比例混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料;将催化剂前驱体浆料负载在改性载体上,负载完成后进行老化烘干,与氧化物反应,洗涤烘干,制成吸附催化剂;将吸附催化剂制成催化剂浆料,添加助剂进行砂磨,制成涂覆浆料,将涂覆浆料涂覆在多孔载体上,即可制得所述除臭材料。该方法制备的除臭材料具有成本低廉、除臭效率高、使用便捷、效果持久的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及居家除臭技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种用于老年人居家除臭材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着年龄的增长,人体的新陈代谢率下降,体表会产生特殊气味,老年人体味的产生主要有下述几方面原因:一是人体气味中含有2-壬烯醛(诺内纳尔),诺内纳尔是由皮肤分泌物衍生出来的一种化合物,具有较强的草腥味和肉腥味,它的分泌量随着人体的衰老而逐渐增加;二是皮肤汗液的分泌,汗液中有一种高级脂肪酸,如未及时清洗,皮肤上繁殖的一些细菌会将高级脂肪酸分解为散发异味的甲基丁酸、异戊酸、丁酸等低级脂肪酸。
传统的除臭技术对复杂的老年居家环境异味净化存在一定的局限性。利用化学介质与臭气发生化学反应,从而改变臭气的化学性质来达到除臭的目的,常用的化学除臭方法有化学吸收法、化学反应法和燃烧法等,但需要不断消耗化学试剂,费用较高,而且单一化学试剂对于复杂臭气不能达到良好的处理效果。
专利US9358191B2公开了对各种恶臭成分(包括甲硫醇、硫化氢、二甲硫醚、丁酸、异戊酸)表现出优异除臭效果的组合物,该组合物包含多酚类物质、碱性物质和氨基酸,其中多酚和氨基酸优选摩尔比为3:1-1:3。组合物反应体系的pH值优选8-13。专利US20180027843A1公开了含有油树脂姜黄提取物、甘草提取物和鲑鱼鱼皮提取物的组合物可减少动物***物中的引起臭味的胺类化合物。专利US7056948B2公开了一种减少动物***物的恶臭的组合物,包含叶绿酸-铜络合物、铋化合物和聚合氯化铝。中国专利CN105251030A公开了包含椰子油脂肪酸消毒剂、芳香剂、表面活性剂、食用酒精和纯净水的组合物,该组合物可快速消除宠物居住环境中的难闻气味。中国CN105724439A公开了包含双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵、苯扎溴铵、戊二醛、纯植物提取液、植物精油和蒸馏水的产品,可起到消除异味的作用。
但该上述专利方法大都采用单一的化学反应法,需大量消耗反应物,成本较高,而且试剂与产生臭味的物质反应时,有些反应仍会释放异味,或者有些试剂成分本身就具有味道,可能对家庭成员造成不适感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于老年人居家除臭材料及其制备方法,该除臭材料具有成本低廉、除臭效率高、使用便捷、效果持久的优点。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)对吸附材料使用酸和/或碱溶液进行预处理并调节PH值在3-5之间,制成改性载体;
其中,所述吸附材料为高比表面积、介孔分布广的材料,介孔比例大于70%,粒径大于200目。
优选的,所述吸附材料为氧化铝、二氧化硅、分子筛、活性炭或硅藻土中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述酸溶液为质量分数0.2-20%的醋酸、盐酸、硫酸、硝酸或柠檬酸中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述碱溶液为质量分数0.1-15%的氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钙或氨水中的一种或多种。
对吸附材料进行酸碱预处理,可以去除吸附材料中的多余杂质,并且能够将PH值调节到最适宜的弱酸性。
(2)将多种金属盐溶液按一定比例混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料;
金属盐溶液按照3-35质量份的锰盐、1-15质量份的钴盐、0.5-17质量份的铜盐和0.1-3质量份的镍盐进行混合。
优选的,锰盐为质量分数0.5%-20%的醋酸锰、硝酸锰或硫酸锰。
优选的,钴盐为质量分数1%-10%的氯化钴、硝酸钴、碳酸钴或硫酸钴。
优选的,铜盐为质量分数0.1-5%的硫酸铜、碱式碳酸铜、氯化铜或硝酸铜。
优选的,镍盐为质量分数0.3-15%的硫酸镍、氯化镍、氨基磺酸镍、溴化镍、氢氧化亚镍或羰基镍。
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料负载在改性载体上,负载完成后进行老化烘干,与氧化物反应,洗涤烘干,制成吸附催化剂;
其中,使用旋转床采用旋转喷淋的工艺将催化剂前驱体浆料负载在改性载体上,旋转喷淋比常规的浸渍法可以使催化剂前驱体浆料更均匀的负载在改性载体上,调节旋转速度和喷淋流量可以精准的控制负载量,并且大大节省催化剂前驱体物料;而且比起浸渍法,旋转喷淋工艺可以更好的将催化剂前驱体浆料导入改性载体的孔径中,使催化剂前驱体在孔道壁上均匀负载,为后续原位反应提供更多的活性位点,并且可以避免浸渍法产生的堵孔效应,导致降低产品的吸附性能。
负载完成后,室温下老化4h以上,然后采用程序升温至120-150℃进行烘干,烘干时间3-6h。
烘干后与氧化物溶液进行旋转喷淋的氧化反应,反应时间不低于10h。
优选的,所述氧化物为高锰酸钾、过硫酸钾、重铬酸钾或高铁酸钾的一种或多种。
与常规煅烧法相比,氧化反应在室温下即可进行,耗能低,并且可以通过控制氧化物用量,调控反应产物的晶格形态及金属氧化形态,使氧化物之间的电子转化更加灵活,同时氧化物中阳离子的嵌入会增加产物晶格间距,从而增强催化活性。
氧化反应结束后进行洗涤,在120℃以上进行烘干,完成吸附材料上原位催化剂制备,制成吸附催化剂XF-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(XF代表吸附材料),该吸附催化剂在弱酸性体系中催化活性最强,优选弱酸性PH范围3-5。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成催化剂浆料,添加助剂进行砂磨,制成涂覆浆料,采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在多孔载体上,即可制得所述除臭材料。
其中,所述催化剂浆料含有质量分数15-40%的吸附催化剂;所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂和/或粘结剂;所述多孔载体为瓦楞、陶瓷或铝蜂窝。
优选的,分散剂、消泡剂和粘结剂占所述吸附催化剂的质量分数分别为(0.1-5)%、(0.1-1)%、(1-10)%。
本发明还提供由上述制备方法制备的用于老年人居家除臭材料,所述除臭材料由吸附催化剂XF-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(XF代表吸附材料)和多孔载体组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明提供的除臭材料,主要以吸附和非贵金属催化为主要作用机理,实现常温除臭净味功效,同时将吸附与催化完美结合,使吸附为催化反应提供时间温床,使催化效果更加优越;
2、本发明提供的除臭材料,可以针对老年居家产生的复杂异味,诸如三甲胺、甲硫醇、硫化氢、氨气、丙烯醛、甲硫醚等含胺类、硫类、醛类、醚类等进行同步去除。
3、本发明提供的除臭材料,采用高比表面积低风阻的蜂窝、瓦楞、陶瓷等材料为胚体,极大的降低使用过程中的风阻,提升单位时间净化效率。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
(1)选取粒径>350目的高硅分子筛做吸附材料,其比表面积750m2/g,介孔占比>75%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值2.03,酸性较强,选用质量分数0.1%的氨水溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为3的改性载体。
(2)将质量分数9%的硝酸锰溶液,2%的硝酸钴溶液,5%的硫酸铜溶液和0.3%的硫酸镍溶液按质量比为20:3:7:2混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料采用旋转喷淋工艺负载在改性载体上,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间12h,然后程序升温至120℃烘干3h,采用旋转喷淋工艺将质量分数为6%的高锰酸钾溶液进行旋转喷淋的氧化反应,反应时间15h,纯水洗涤3次,150℃下进行烘干,制成吸附催化剂FZS-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(分子筛-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。

对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.08mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.06mg/m3、硫化氢浓度1.09mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.1mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率99.8%,甲硫醇去除率99.2%,硫化氢去除率98%,2-壬烯醛去除率99.5%。除臭效果显著。
实施例2
(1)选取粒径>200目的椰壳活性炭做吸附材料,其比表面积1500m2/g,介孔占比>70%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值8.76,碱性较强,选用质量分数3%的盐酸溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为4的改性载体。
(2)将质量分数15%的硝酸锰溶液,7%的硝酸钴溶液,2%的硫酸铜溶液和1.5%的氨基磺酸镍溶液按质量比为23:7:5:1混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料采用旋转喷淋工艺负载在改性载体上,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间6h,然后程序升温至120℃烘干3h,采用旋转喷淋工艺将质量分数为8%的高铁酸钾与高锰酸钾的混合溶液进行旋转喷淋的氧化反应,反应时间12h,纯水洗涤3次,150℃下进行烘干,制成吸附催化剂AC-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(活性炭-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数30%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数2%的分散剂、0.1%的消泡剂和1%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在陶瓷瓦楞上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.1mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度0.98mg/m3、硫化氢浓度1.11mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.02mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率92%,甲硫醇去除率99.7%,硫化氢去除率96%,2-壬烯醛去除率93%。除臭效果显著。
实施例3
(1)选取粒径>350目的二氧化硅做吸附材料,其比表面积670m2/g,介孔占比>80%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值7.5,选用质量分数0.5%的醋酸溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为3的改性载体。
(2)将质量分数10%的硫酸锰溶液,5%的氯化钴溶液,2%的硫酸铜溶液和3%的氢氧化亚镍溶液按质量比为15:6:12:0.5混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料采用旋转喷淋工艺负载在改性载体上,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间12h,然后程序升温至150℃烘干3h,采用旋转喷淋工艺将质量分数为7%的高锰酸钾溶液进行旋转喷淋的氧化反应,反应时间15h,纯水洗涤3次,120℃下进行烘干,制成吸附催化剂SiO-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(二氧化硅-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数20%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数1%的分散剂、0.5%的消泡剂和3%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在挤出成型陶瓷上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.01mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.12mg/m3、硫化氢浓度0.98mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.08mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率93%,甲硫醇去除率98.7%,硫化氢去除率99.2%,2-壬烯醛去除率99.7%。除臭效果显著。
实施例4
(1)选取粒径>200目的二氧化硅做吸附材料,其比表面积678m2/g,介孔占比>78%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值7.5,选用质量分数0.5%的硫酸溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为3的改性载体。
(2)将质量分数0.5%的醋酸锰溶液,10%的碳酸钴溶液,0.1%的碱式碳酸铜溶液和15%的氯化镍溶液按质量比为35:1:17:0.1混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料采用旋转喷淋工艺负载在改性载体上,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间8h,然后程序升温至130℃烘干4h,采用旋转喷淋工艺将质量分数为7%的过硫酸钾溶液进行旋转喷淋的氧化反应,反应时间11h,纯水洗涤3次,120℃下进行烘干,制成吸附催化剂SiO-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(二氧化硅-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数15%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数0.1%的分散剂、0.8%的消泡剂和2%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在挤出成型陶瓷上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.01mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.12mg/m3、硫化氢浓度0.98mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.08mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率94.1%,甲硫醇去除率95.9%,硫化氢去除率93.1%,2-壬烯醛去除率97.5%。除臭效果显著。
实施例5
(1)选取粒径>250目的二氧化硅做吸附材料,其比表面积681m2/g,介孔占比>78%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值7.4,选用质量分数0.6%的柠檬酸溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为3的改性载体。
(2)将质量分数20%的醋酸锰溶液,1%的硫酸钴溶液,4%的氯化铜溶液和8%的溴化镍溶液按质量比为3:15:0.5:3混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料采用旋转喷淋工艺负载在改性载体上,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间10h,然后程序升温至140℃烘干5h,采用旋转喷淋工艺将质量分数为7%的重铬酸钾溶液进行旋转喷淋的氧化反应,反应时间13h,纯水洗涤3次,120℃下进行烘干,制成吸附催化剂SiO-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(二氧化硅-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数40%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数5%的分散剂、1%的消泡剂和10%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在挤出成型陶瓷上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.01mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.12mg/m3、硫化氢浓度0.98mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.08mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率96.8%,甲硫醇去除率92.4%,硫化氢去除率94.7%,2-壬烯醛去除率93.8%。除臭效果显著。
实施例6
(1)选取粒径>300目的二氧化硅做吸附材料,其比表面积688m2/g,介孔占比>75%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值7.4,选用质量分数0.6%的柠檬酸溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为3的改性载体。
(2)将质量分数5%的醋酸锰溶液,8%的碳酸钴溶液,1%的硝酸铜溶液和10%的羰基镍溶液按质量比为10:10:2:1.5混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料采用旋转喷淋工艺负载在改性载体上,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间14h,然后程序升温至150℃烘干6h,采用旋转喷淋工艺将质量分数为7%的重铬酸钾溶液进行旋转喷淋的氧化反应,反应时间15h,纯水洗涤3次,120℃下进行烘干,制成吸附催化剂SiO-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(二氧化硅-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数40%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数3%的分散剂、1%的消泡剂和8%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在挤出成型陶瓷上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.01mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.12mg/m3、硫化氢浓度0.98mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.08mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率94.3%,甲硫醇去除率91.9%,硫化氢去除率93.5%,2-壬烯醛去除率95.6%。除臭效果显著。
对比例1
(1)选取粒径>350目的高硅分子筛做吸附材料,其比表面积750m2/g,介孔占比>75%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值2.03,酸性较强,选用质量分数0.1%的氨水溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为3的改性载体。
(2)配置质量分数9%的硝酸锰溶液,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)采用等体积浸渍法,将改性载体浸渍在催化剂前驱体浆料中,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间12h,然后程序升温至120℃烘干3h,继续升温至650℃进行焙烧6h,制成吸附催化剂FZS-Mn-Ox(分子筛-锰氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数25%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数1.5%的分散剂、0.2%的消泡剂和5%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在玻纤瓦楞上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.08mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.06mg/m3、硫化氢浓度1.09mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.1mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率80%,甲硫醇去除率54%,硫化氢去除率37%,2-壬烯醛去除率62%。
通过实施例1和对比例1可以看出,单一组分金属吸附催化剂催化效果较弱,主要原因为电荷转化及恢复速率较慢,活性位点较低造成。
对比例2
(1)选取粒径>200目的椰壳活性炭做吸附材料,其比表面积1500m2/g,介孔占比>70%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值8.76。
(2)将质量分数15%的硝酸锰溶液,7%的硝酸钴溶液,2%的硫酸铜溶液和1.5%的氨基磺酸镍溶液按质量比为23:7:5:1混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)采用等体积浸渍法,将吸附材料浸渍在催化剂前驱体浆料中,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间6h,然后程序升温至120℃烘干3h,继续升温至650℃进行焙烧5h,制成吸附催化剂AC-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(活性炭-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数30%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数2%的分散剂、0.1%的消泡剂和1%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在陶瓷瓦楞上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.1mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度0.98mg/m3、硫化氢浓度1.11mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.02mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率36%,甲硫醇去除率90%,硫化氢去除率47%,2-壬烯醛去除率29%。
通过实施例2和对比例2可以看出,由于吸附材料未使用酸溶液进行预处理调节PH值,使得催化剂处于弱碱性环境,催化剂的催化活性极大降低,主要是弱酸性条件下,存在的H+可有效填充在催化剂的晶格间隙中,使其晶格间距拉伸,同时可提供更多的-OH自由基活性位点,如果PH值偏碱性,则催化活性大大降低。
对比例3
(1)选取粒径>350目的二氧化硅做吸附材料,其比表面积670m2/g,介孔占比>80%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值7.5,选用质量分数0.5%的醋酸溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为1的改性载体。
(2)将改性载体制成质量分数20%的浆料,添加占改性载体质量分数1%的分散剂、0.5%的消泡剂和3%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在挤出成型陶瓷上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.01mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.12mg/m3、硫化氢浓度0.98mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.08mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率87%,甲硫醇去除率31%,硫化氢去除率17%,2-壬烯醛去除率23%。
通过实施例3和对比例3可以看出,采用化学方法改性吸附材料只能针对某一种或一类气体定向进行化学吸附,并不能同时去除成份复杂的异味气体。
对比例4
(1)选取粒径>350目的高硅分子筛做吸附材料,其比表面积750m2/g,介孔占比>75%。通过原料PH值检测标准测试该高硅分子筛PH值2.03,酸性较强,选用质量分数0.1%的氨水溶液进行预处理,制成PH值为3的改性载体。
(2)将质量分数9%的硝酸锰溶液,2%的硝酸钴溶液,5%的硫酸铜溶液和0.3%的硫酸镍溶液按质量比为20:3:7:2混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料。
(3)采用等体积浸渍法,将改性载体浸渍在催化剂前驱体浆料中,使其充分吸附,室温下老化时间12h,然后程序升温至120℃烘干3h,继续升温至300℃进行焙烧6h,制成吸附催化剂FZS-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox(分子筛-锰-钴-铜-镍-氧化物)。
(4)将吸附催化剂制成质量分数25%的催化剂浆料,添加占吸附催化剂质量分数1.5%的分散剂、0.2%的消泡剂和5%的粘结剂,砂磨制成涂覆浆料。采用真空涂覆技术,将涂覆浆料涂覆在玻纤瓦楞上,制成除臭材料。
对制成的除臭材料进行产品性能测试,样品尺寸310*240*30mm,测试样机风量300m3/h,测试条件30m3密闭测试舱。测试臭味气体组分为氨气浓度2.08mg/m3、甲硫醇浓度1.06mg/m3、硫化氢浓度1.09mg/m3、2-壬烯醛浓度1.1mg/m3。60min后氨气去除率72.2%,甲硫醇去除率71.6%,硫化氢去除率74.1%,2-壬烯醛去除率67.5%。
通过实施例1和对比例4可以看出,常规将活性组分浸渍负载在载体上,通过煅烧制备催化剂,最终产品的性能要弱于本发明提供的产品,这是由于常规浸渍法,催化剂前驱体进入载体孔径内不均匀,甚至可能产生堵孔效应,不能更好的提供活性反应位点,同时煅烧工艺比起本发明的旋转喷淋氧化反应,也无法控制产物的晶格形态,导致催化性能下降。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)对吸附材料使用酸和/或碱溶液进行预处理并调节PH值,制成改性载体;
(2)将多种金属盐溶液按一定比例混合,制成催化剂前驱体浆料;
(3)将催化剂前驱体浆料负载在改性载体上,负载完成后进行老化烘干,与氧化物反应,洗涤烘干,制成吸附催化剂;
(4)将吸附催化剂制成催化剂浆料,添加助剂进行砂磨,制成涂覆浆料,将涂覆浆料涂覆在多孔载体上,即可制得所述除臭材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)满足以下条件中的一个或多个:
a.所述吸附材料为氧化铝、二氧化硅、分子筛、活性炭或硅藻土中的一种或多种;
b.所述吸附材料的介孔比例大于70%;
c.粒径大于200目;
d.所述酸溶液为质量分数0.2-20%的醋酸、盐酸、硫酸、硝酸或柠檬酸中的一种或多种;
e.所述碱溶液为质量分数0.1-15%的氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钙或氨水中的一种或多种;
f.所述PH值为3-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述金属盐溶液包括3-35质量份的锰盐、1-15质量份的钴盐、0.5-17质量份的铜盐和0.1-3质量份的镍盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述锰盐为质量分数0.5%-20%的醋酸锰、硝酸锰或硫酸锰,钴盐为质量分数1%-10%的氯化钴、硝酸钴、碳酸钴或硫酸钴,铜盐为质量分数0.1-5%的硫酸铜、碱式碳酸铜、氯化铜或硝酸铜,镍盐为质量分数0.3-15%的硫酸镍、氯化镍、氨基磺酸镍、溴化镍、氢氧化亚镍或羰基镍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述负载为旋转喷淋。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述老化温度为室温,老化时间大于4h;所述烘干温度为120-150℃,烘干时间3-6h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述氧化物为高锰酸钾、过硫酸钾、重铬酸钾或高铁酸钾的一种或多种,所述与氧化物反应是进行旋转喷淋反应,反应时间不低于10h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述催化剂浆料含有质量分数15-40%的吸附催化剂;所述多孔载体为瓦楞、陶瓷或铝蜂窝。
9.根据权利要求1或8所述的用于老年人居家除臭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂和/或粘结剂,分别占所述吸附催化剂的质量分数为(0.1-5)%、(0.1-1)%、(1-10)%。
10.由权利要求1-9任一项所述的制备方法制备的用于老年人居家除臭材料,其特征在于,所述除臭材料由吸附催化剂XF-Mn-Co-Cu-Ni-Ox和多孔载体组成。
