Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a child safety seat 1 which is detachably mounted on a car seat 2 to sit on and provide safety for a child. The child safety seat 1 includes a base 11 and a body 12 rotatably disposed on the base 11, and a child is seated in the body 12. After being mounted on the car seat 2, the body 12 can be rotated relative to the base 11 to a forward use state shown in fig. 2 or a backward use state shown in fig. 4. The child in the body 12 is facing forward of the vehicle in a forward use condition and the child in the body 12 is facing back 21 of the vehicle seat 2 in a rearward use condition.
The base 11 is in a wedge structure, the thickness of the rear end is larger than that of the front end, the lower surface of the base 11 is a plane approximately parallel to the horizontal direction, an included angle alpha is formed between the upper surface and the lower surface of the base 11, and the value of the included angle alpha is 15 degrees in the embodiment. The front end of the base 11 is provided with a push rod 13 extending downwards and supported on the automobile floor, and the push rod 13 can be provided with a telescopic structure, so that the push rod can be adjusted according to the height of the automobile seat 2 and can keep abutting against the automobile floor. The rear end of the base 11 is provided with two rearwardly extending docking arms 14, the docking arms 14 being inserted into ISOFIX interfaces (not shown) provided on the car seat 2 to lock the child safety seat 1 in place on the car seat 2.
The body 12 includes a back-plate 121 for children to lean against and two side plates 122 fixed on two sides of the back-plate 121, and the upper edges of the side plates 122 are armrests 123 for children to lean against. The front edge 124 of the body 12 is located between the two side panels 122, and the front edge 124 includes two downwardly curved arches 124a, the arches 124a being interconnected. The legs of the child may be placed at the arches 124a in the forward use position, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, in the forward use state, the body 12 is directed forward, and the back surface 121 of the body 12 abuts against the backrest 21 of the car seat 2, and the distance between the front edge 124 of the body 12 and the upper surface of the car seat 2 is H1.
As shown in fig. 5, in the rearward use state, the body 12 is directed rearward, with the front edge 124 being substantially flush with the rear end of the base 11 in the vertical direction. The distance between the front edge 124 and the upper surface of the car seat 2 is H2, and the distance between the armrest 123 and the upper surface of the car seat 2 is H3. Because the base 11 is a wedge-shaped structure with an angle α of 15 degrees between the upper and lower surfaces, the front edge 124 of the body 12 gradually rises during rotation from the forward use state to the rearward use state, so that H2 is greater than H1. And in the backward use state, the front edge 124 is abutted against the backrest 21 of the automobile seat 2, so that the child safety seat 1 is more stable in the backward use, the situation that the child safety seat 1 is turned over when an accident occurs to the automobile is effectively avoided, and the safety of the child safety seat 1 is improved. Since the front edge 124 is formed by connecting two arches 124a, the contact area between the front edge 124 and the backrest 21 is large, and a large friction force exists between the two. The provision of the front edge 124 in the shape of two arches 124a, as opposed to a rectilinear front edge 124, is advantageous for increasing the stability of the body 12 against the backrest 21.
In order to ensure that the body 12 can be propped against the backrest 21 in the forward and backward use states and ensure the safety and comfort of children in the body 12, the ratio of H1 to H2 is set in the range of 0.4-0.6, and the ratio of H2 to H3 is set in the range of 0.6-0.8. Specifically, H2 is greater than or equal to 265mm, and only if H2 meets this value, it is ensured that the front edge 124 has a sufficient height to interfere with the backrest 21. In this embodiment, the sizes of H1, H2 and H3 are 148mm, 265mm and 375mm, respectively.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the body 12 may swing back and forth with respect to the base 11 to change the inclination angle. An acute angle is formed between the extension line of the back-plate 121 of the body 12 and the upper surface of the car seat 2 in the backward use state, and the acute angle is defined as an inclination complement angle β, and a smaller value of the inclination complement angle β indicates a larger inclination degree of the body 12 relative to the base 11. Limiting the magnitude of the inclination supplemental angle β to a range of 36 degrees to 42 degrees ensures that the body 12 does not swing to a greater degree of inclination, thereby reducing the risk of the child safety seat 1 tipping over without providing an anti-rebound member. The magnitudes of the inclination complementary angles β shown in fig. 6 to 9 are 42 degrees, 40 degrees, 38 degrees, and 36 degrees, respectively.
In the backward use state, the movement track of the front edge 124 of the body 12 is in a circular arc shape during the swinging process, so that the front edge 124 always maintains a similar contact distance with the backrest 21 during the movement process. Ensuring that the front edge 124 can act as an anti-rebound member.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the base 11 is provided with an arc-shaped seat 111 extending in the front-rear direction of the child safety seat 1 and having two ends tilted, and the body 12 is supported on the arc-shaped seat 111. Two sides of the front end of the arc-shaped seat 111 are respectively provided with two vertical front vertical plates 112, and two sides of the rear end of the arc-shaped seat 111 are respectively provided with two vertical rear vertical plates 113. The two front vertical plates 112 are respectively provided with a front chute 112a, the two rear vertical plates 113 are respectively provided with a rear chute 113a, and the front chute 112a and the rear chute 113a are both in an arc shape with two tilted ends. The bottom of the body 12 is provided with a front connecting rod 125 and a rear connecting rod 126, two ends of the front connecting rod 125 are respectively accommodated in the two front sliding grooves 112a in a sliding manner, and two ends of the rear connecting rod 126 are respectively accommodated in the two rear sliding grooves 113a in a sliding manner. By accommodating the connecting rod at the bottom of the body 12 in the sliding groove on the base 11, the body 12 can slide on the base 11, and the movement track of the front edge 124 is arc-shaped in the process of swinging the body 12 relative to the base 11.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, the child safety seat 1 further includes a locking mechanism 15, where the locking mechanism 15 is disposed between the body 12 and the base 11 and can lock the body 12 on the base 11 so that the body 12 cannot slide relative to the base 11, and the body 12 can slide freely after the locking mechanism 15 is unlocked. In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 15 is disposed at the bottom of the body 12 and between the front risers 112. The two front vertical plates 112 are respectively provided with a plurality of engaging holes 112b in parallel for locking the locking mechanism 15, and the plurality of engaging holes 112b in parallel are positioned below the front chute 112 a.
