Abstract
本发明属于轻质大板制备技术领域,具体的涉及一种采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法。本发明所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:浸渍浆制备→浸渍玻璃纤维毡并铺放在隔离膜上→滚涂发泡锯泥砂浆→浸渍玻璃纤维毡并铺放在隔离膜上→压辊定厚→干燥养护→后处理。采用本发明所述的工艺方法制备得到的轻质大板,具有不褪色、不变形、抗釉裂、抗冻、防污自洁、耐酸碱腐蚀、防火、防震、防老化、抗冲击、隔音、隔热、自重轻、施工便捷的特点,是国家大力推进的绿色属性建材和装配式建筑优质部品、部件。

技术领域
本发明属于轻质大板制备技术领域,具体的涉及一种采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法。
背景技术
我国的石材资源以大理石与花岗石为主,主要集中在山东、浙江、福建等地。山东省日照市石材资源丰富,石材加工业已经成为重要的经济支柱产业。但在石材的开采及生产过程中,会产生大量边角料、锯屑、磨屑等废料,与水混合后形成锯泥,严重污染生态环境,且浪费大量土地资源。据初步统计,仅日照境内,历经多年的积累,石材废渣、锯泥已达数千万吨,占地千亩。如何处理和合理利用石材锯泥,变废为宝,已经成为石材加工企业以及当地政府亟待解决的重大问题。
建筑体系变化的加速是建立在建材制品超前发展的基础上。建筑材料及制品首先应具备能够满足现在生态建筑要求的功能,正如钢材、水泥的发明,推动了高层大跨度建筑一样。功能齐全、使用性能优良的新型建筑材料,正在促使着新的建筑体系的出现。由此,轻质大板作为一种新型的建筑材料具有不可比拟的优势。
如何将锯泥这种固废用于轻质大板的制备是亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法。该轻质大板以锯泥为原料,扩宽了锯泥的使用范围,提高了它的附加值,大大降低了轻质大板的生产成本。
本发明所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:浸渍浆制备→浸渍玻璃纤维毡并铺放在隔离膜上→滚涂发泡锯泥砂浆→浸渍玻璃纤维毡并铺放在隔离膜上→压辊定厚→干燥养护→后处理。
优选的,本发明所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放在隔离膜上;
(2)将发泡锯泥砂浆均匀滚涂于浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡上;
(3)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放于发泡锯泥砂浆上面;
(4)采用两个对辊进行厚度定型;
(5)最后进行烘干、后处理,制备得到轻质大板。
其中:
步骤(1)中所述的隔离膜为聚酯隔离膜、PE隔离膜或PET膜中的一种。
步骤(2)中所述的发泡锯泥砂浆的滚涂厚度为4-8mm。
步骤(4)中所述的滚筒表面涂特氟龙防粘涂料,利用两个滚筒的间隙进行厚度定型。
步骤(4)中所述的厚度的范围值为4-8mm。
步骤(5)中所述的烘干温度为70-90℃,湿度为70-85%,时间为100-150min。
步骤(5)中所述的后处理为采用齐边切割机进行切割,然后码垛、包装,制备得到轻质大板。
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆,以重量份数计,由以下原料组成:
其中:所述的锯泥含水量为10-15%,粒度为100-400目;其中,以质量百分数计,包含如下化学组成:SiO2的含量为70%-75%,Al2O3的含量为13%-14%,Na2O的含量为3%-4.5%,K2O的含量为3%-3.5%,CaO的含量为0.5%-1.5%,MgO的含量为0.03%-0.06%。
所述的乳液为纯丙、苯丙或硅丙乳液中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的白水泥为42.5白水泥。
所述的短纤维为聚丙烯短纤维,长度为3-6mm,密度0.90-0.92g/cm3。
所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺或偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯中的一种。
所述的速凝剂为铝酸钠、铝酸钙、氟铝酸钙、氯化钙、氯化钠或水玻璃中的一种。
所述的纤维素为羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或多种的混合物。
抗碱剂为市售产品。
本发明所述的发泡锯泥砂浆,各组分为得到性能优异的锯泥砂浆发挥了各自的作用,采用石材锯泥作为原料用于制备轻质大板,锯泥占比在70%以上,是绝对主原料,可以有效解决锯泥的污染问题;所加短纤维用于提高轻质大板的力学性能;所加速凝剂用于加快坯料的凝结速度,便于坯料成型;所加纤维素用于提高砂浆流动性,增加生釉强度,使之与坯体结合牢固、不易剥落。
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将乳液和水加入涂料分散剂拉缸中进行搅拌,搅拌转速控制在1100-1200r/min,然后加入纤维素分散30-60min;
(2)加入发泡剂和短纤维分散3-6min,转速控制在1100-1200r/min;
(3)加入白水泥、速凝剂和抗碱剂分散10-15min,转速控制在1000-1100r/min;
(4)最后加入锯泥分散10-20min,转速控制在600-700r/min,制备得到锯泥发泡砂浆。
所述的浸渍浆,以重量份数计,由以下原料组成:

所述的分散剂为聚甲基丙烯酸铵、甲基纤维素、柠檬酸铵、聚乙二醇或三乙醇胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的消泡剂为矿物油类消泡剂、有机硅树脂类消泡剂或有机极性化合物类消泡剂中的一种或几种,为市售产品。
所述的缓凝剂是水玻璃(偏硅酸钠)、纯碱(Na2CO3)或三聚磷酸钠(STPP)中的一种。
所述的纤维素为羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的色粉为氧化铁、二氧化钛、三氧化二铬、铁氰酸亚铁或锰酸钡色粉中的一种或多种的混合物。
本发明所述的浸渍浆,所加分散剂用于将粉体颗粒充分打散,防止粉体颗粒沉降与团聚,得到稳定的悬浮浆料;所加缓凝剂用于改善坯、釉浆的流动性,使料浆在低水分含量(高比重)的情况下具有适当的粘度、良好的流动性,便于操作,节能降耗;所加纤维素用于提高砂浆流动性,增加生釉强度。
所述的浸渍浆的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)先将乳液和水加入涂料分散剂拉缸中进行搅拌,搅拌转速控制在1000-1200r/min,搅拌时间30-60min;
(2)然后加入色粉、纤维素、分散剂、消泡剂和缓凝剂分散10-30min,控制搅拌转速为1000-1500r/min;
(3)最后加入白水泥分散10-30min,搅拌转速控制在1000-1500r/min,制备得到浸渍浆。
其中:
步骤(3)中制备得到的浸渍浆的粘度是0.3-0.6Pa·s。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,原料廉价易得,同时实现了锯泥的无害化处理和资源化利用。
(2)本发明所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,工艺简单,参数易于控制,适合规模化生产。
(3)本发明所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,锯泥利用率高,轻质大板功能多样,可用作隔离墙、墙面装饰板等,市场需求量大,对当地石材企业的锯泥治理,探索出了一条全新的道路,对石材加工企业的产业转型提供了方向,提高了产品的附加值。
(4)采用本发明所述的工艺方法制备得到的轻质大板,具有不褪色、不变形、抗釉裂、抗冻、防污自洁、耐酸碱腐蚀、防火、防震、防老化、抗冲击、隔音、隔热、自重轻、施工便捷的特点,是国家大力推进的绿色属性建材和装配式建筑优质部品、部件。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
本实施例1所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放在隔离膜上;
(2)将发泡锯泥砂浆均匀滚涂于浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡上;
(3)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放于发泡锯泥砂浆上面;
(4)采用两个对辊进行厚度定型;
(5)最后进行烘干、后处理,制备得到轻质大板。
其中:
步骤(1)中所述的隔离膜为聚酯隔离膜。

(1)先将乳液和水加入涂料分散剂拉缸中进行搅拌,搅拌转速控制在1000r/min,搅拌时间50min;
(2)然后加入色粉、纤维素、分散剂、消泡剂和缓凝剂分散20min,控制搅拌转速为1200r/min;
(3)最后加入白水泥分散30min,搅拌转速控制在1200r/min,制备得到浸渍浆。

步骤(3)中制备得到的浸渍浆的粘度是0.4Pa·s。
实施例1制备得到的轻质大板具有不褪色、不变形、抗釉裂、抗冻、防污自洁、耐酸碱腐蚀、防火、防震、防老化、抗冲击、隔音、隔热、自重轻、施工便捷的特点。
实施例2
本实施例2所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放在隔离膜上;
(2)将发泡锯泥砂浆均匀滚涂于浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡上;
(3)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放于发泡锯泥砂浆上面;
(4)采用两个对辊进行厚度定型;
(5)最后进行烘干、后处理,制备得到轻质大板。

实施例3
本实施例3所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放在隔离膜上;
(2)将发泡锯泥砂浆均匀滚涂于浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡上;
(3)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放于发泡锯泥砂浆上面;
(4)采用两个对辊进行厚度定型;
(5)最后进行烘干、后处理,制备得到轻质大板。
其中:
步骤(2)中所述的隔离膜为PET膜。
步骤(2)中所述的发泡锯泥砂浆的滚涂厚度为8mm。
步骤(4)中所述的滚筒表面涂特氟龙防粘涂料,利用两个滚筒的间隙进行厚度定型。
步骤(4)中所述的厚度的范围值为7mm。
步骤(5)中所述的烘干温度为90℃,湿度为70%,时间为120min。
步骤(5)中所述的后处理为采用齐边切割机进行切割,然后码垛、包装,制备得到轻质大板。

所述的纤维素为羟乙基纤维素与羟丙基甲基纤维素的混合物。
抗碱剂为北京晶岩生产的KJ-01。

(1)将乳液和水加入涂料分散剂拉缸中进行搅拌,搅拌转速控制在1200r/min,然后加入纤维素分散60min;
(2)加入发泡剂和短纤维分散6min,转速控制在1200r/min;
(3)加入白水泥、速凝剂和抗碱剂分散15min,转速控制在1100r/min;
(4)最后加入锯泥分散20min,转速控制在700r/min,制备得到锯泥发泡砂浆。
所述的浸渍浆,以重量份数计,由以下原料组成:

所述的纤维素为羟乙基纤维素与羟丙基甲基纤维素的混合物。
所述的色粉为二氧化钛色粉。
所述的浸渍浆的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)先将乳液和水加入涂料分散剂拉缸中进行搅拌,搅拌转速控制在1000r/min,搅拌时间60min;
(2)然后加入色粉、纤维素、分散剂、消泡剂和缓凝剂分散30min,控制搅拌转速为1100r/min;
(3)最后加入白水泥分散20min,搅拌转速控制在1300r/min,制备得到浸渍浆。
其中:
步骤(3)中制备得到的浸渍浆的粘度是0.6Pa·s。
实施例3制备得到的轻质大板具有不褪色、不变形、抗釉裂、抗冻、防污自洁、耐酸碱腐蚀、防火、防震、防老化、抗冲击、隔音、隔热、自重轻、施工便捷的特点。
对比例1
本对比例1所述的轻质大板,采用浸渍浆和发泡砂浆制备,浸渍浆的原料以及制备方法与实施例1相同,所述的发泡砂浆,由以下原来组成:硅酸盐水泥8份、煅烧氧化铝3份、石英砂58份、乳液6份、高岭土20份、发泡剂3.5份;其中,乳液采用纯丙乳液与苯丙乳液的混合物;发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。制备时先对原料边用搅拌机搅拌边加入原料总重量25%的水,直至原料充分溶解、胶化,制备得到发泡料浆,然后采用实施例1的方法制备轻质大板即可。
对实施例1-3和对比例1制备得到的轻质大板进行性能测试,结果如下表1所示:

Claims (8)
1.一种采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:浸渍浆制备→浸渍玻璃纤维毡并铺放在隔离膜上→滚涂发泡锯泥砂浆→浸渍玻璃纤维毡并铺放在隔离膜上→压辊定厚→干燥养护→后处理;
其中:
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆,以重量份数计,由以下原料组成:
锯泥 690-710份
乳液 50-60份
白水泥 140-160份
水 40-60份
短纤维 3-7份
发泡剂 1-3份
速凝剂 3-7份
纤维素 1-3份
抗碱剂 1.5-3份;
其中:所述的锯泥含水量为10-15%,粒度为100-400目;锯泥以质量百分数计,包含如下化学组成:SiO2的含量为70%-75%,Al2O3的含量为13%-14%,Na2O的含量为3%-4.5%,K2O的含量为3%-3.5%,CaO的含量为0.5%-1.5%,MgO的含量为0.03%-0.06%;
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆中短纤维为聚丙烯短纤维,长度为3-6mm,密度0.90-0.92g/cm3;
所述的浸渍浆,以重量份数计,由以下原料组成:
乳液 380-420份
水 380-420份
白水泥 170-190份
分散剂 2-5份
消泡剂 1-3份
缓凝剂 1-1.5份
纤维素 1.5-2.5份
色粉 1.5-2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:由以下步骤组成:
(1)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放在隔离膜上;
(2)将发泡锯泥砂浆均匀滚涂于浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡上;
(3)采用浸渍浆浸渍玻璃纤维毡,将浸渍完毕的玻璃纤维毡铺放于发泡锯泥砂浆上面;
(4)采用两个对辊进行厚度定型;
(5)最后进行烘干、后处理,制备得到轻质大板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的隔离膜为PE隔离膜或PET膜中的一种;
步骤(2)中发泡锯泥砂浆的滚涂厚度为4-8mm;
步骤(4)中对辊表面涂特氟龙防粘涂料,利用两个对辊的间隙进行厚度定型;
步骤(4)中厚度的范围值为4-8mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中烘干温度为70-90℃,湿度为70-85%,时间为100-150min;
步骤(5)中所述的后处理为采用齐边切割机进行切割,然后码垛、包装,制备得到轻质大板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆中乳液为纯丙、苯丙或硅丙乳液中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆中白水泥为42.5白水泥;
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆中发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺或偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯中的一种;
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆中速凝剂为铝酸钠、铝酸钙、氟铝酸钙、氯化钙、氯化钠或水玻璃中的一种;
所述的发泡锯泥砂浆中纤维素为羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:所述的发泡锯泥砂浆的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将乳液和水加入涂料分散剂拉缸中进行搅拌,搅拌转速控制在1100-1200r/min,然后加入纤维素分散30-60min;
(2)加入发泡剂和短纤维分散3-6min,转速控制在1100-1200 r/min;
(3)加入白水泥、速凝剂和抗碱剂分散10-15min,转速控制在1000-1100 r/min;
(4)最后加入锯泥分散10-20min,转速控制在600-700 r/min,制备得到锯泥发泡砂浆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:所述的浸渍浆中乳液为纯丙、苯丙或硅丙乳液中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的浸渍浆中白水泥为42.5白水泥;
所述的浸渍浆中分散剂为聚甲基丙烯酸铵、甲基纤维素、柠檬酸铵、聚乙二醇或三乙醇胺中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的浸渍浆中消泡剂为矿物油类消泡剂、有机硅树脂类消泡剂或有机极性化合物类消泡剂中的一种或几种;
所述的浸渍浆中缓凝剂是水玻璃、纯碱或三聚磷酸钠中的一种;
所述的浸渍浆中纤维素为羟乙基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或两种的混合物;
所述的浸渍浆中色粉为氧化铁、二氧化钛、三氧化二铬、铁氰酸亚铁或锰酸钡色粉中的一种或多种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的采用锯泥制备轻质大板的工艺方法,其特征在于:所述的浸渍浆的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)先将乳液和水加入涂料分散剂拉缸中进行搅拌,搅拌转速控制在1000-1200 r/min,搅拌时间30-60min;
(2)然后加入色粉、纤维素、分散剂、消泡剂和缓凝剂分散10-30min,控制搅拌转速为1000-1500 r/min;
(3)最后加入白水泥分散10-30min,搅拌转速控制在1000-1500 r/min,制备得到浸渍浆。
