Composition containing saussurea involucrate cell culture and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a composition containing a saussurea involucrate cell culture, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in cosmetics.
Background
From the medical point of view, the inflammatory response is the basic response of human tissues to the stimulation of various injury factors, mainly the defense of the human body. The causes of skin inflammation mainly include the following aspects: 1. external environment stimulation: the health condition of the skin is influenced by various factors such as the external environment. In common environments with supercooling or overheating, strong wind sand and pollutants, dust, pollen and the like in the air can cause skin irritation. 2. Irritating ingredients in skin care products: such as alcohol, perfume, preservative, etc., and active ingredients in skin care products are also part of the stimulating component. The active ingredient is reversible in the cosmetic, and a moderate concentration of the active ingredient can help to improve the skin condition, and the concentration is not suitable and can cause skin inflammation due to skin intolerance. 3. Skin oil production: the skin problems of closed comedo, acne and the like are easily caused by facial skin infection due to abnormal proliferation of flora such as propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus aureus, malassezia and the like caused by the exuberant secretion of grease. 4. Ultraviolet ray stimulation: ultraviolet short-wave UVB can directly cause cells such as skin keratinocytes and the like to release inflammatory factors, so that the skin is reddened and heated in a short time. At the same time, ultraviolet light can stimulate melanocyte activation, resulting in skin pigmentation. In addition, ultraviolet rays can accelerate skin aging and affect the normal metabolism of the skin.
Because some components in the natural plants have the effects of resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation and the like, the natural plants have mild effect on the skin, small irritation and high safety, and therefore, the natural plant components have wide application prospect in cosmetics.
Saussurea involucrate: nature and taste: bitter, slightly bitter and warm; the functional indications are as follows: clearing away heat and toxic material, dispelling pathogenic wind and dampness, relieving swelling and pain. Can be used for treating head wound, gynecological diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, apoplexy, altitude sickness, and swelling due to topical application (Xinjiang Chinese herbal medicine, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region Committee of revolution health, 1976). The saussurea involucrate is grown on a high mountain grass slope with the elevation of about 4000 meters in the mountain range of the Tianshan mountain, on a cliff steep wall and in an ice-affected rock seam, and the saussurea involucrate has the capability of absorbing ultraviolet rays because the saussurea involucrate grows in a special environment near the snow mountain and is irradiated by the extremely strong ultraviolet rays. It is a unique and rare Chinese herbal medicine in Xinjiang. Saussurea involucrate is the only saussurea involucrate plant listed in the book of Chinese plant Red skin. The saussurea involucrate cell culture is purple red mass particles obtained by selecting the isolated tissue of the saussurea involucrate of the Compositae, taking the callus formed by dedifferentiation as a subculture seed and performing subculture under certain conditions.
Schisandra chinensis is a dried mature fruit of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill) of Schisandra of Magnoliaceae, is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine, and also plays a role in modern medicine. Modern medical research shows that the schisandra chinensis contains a plurality of functional components such as schisandrin B, triterpenes, lignans, polysaccharides and the like, and has the activities of reducing blood sugar, resisting oxidation, protecting liver and the like. Patent CN200910069813.5 discloses application of schisandra chinensis extract in preparing sunscreen skin care products, which proves that schisandra chinensis extract has the efficacy of absorbing ultraviolet rays and can reduce inflammatory reaction caused by ultraviolet rays.
The inflammation reaction is a stress reaction of skin to external stimulation, and the inflammation may aggravate the problems of skin pigmentation, skin aging acceleration and the like, so that the development of the plant anti-inflammatory extract which has high safety, is environment-friendly, has obvious anti-inflammation and clear action mechanism has wide application market.

The antimicrobial peptides can be classified into various types according to their structures, of which Cathelicidin and Defensin are the main types, and the antimicrobial peptide LL-37 is the only antimicrobial peptide present in human skin in the Cathelicidin family. It not only has bactericidal effect, but also plays a key role in the release of inflammatory factors in immune regulation and the occurrence of inflammatory diseases. Research has shown that LL-37 can resist the increase of NF-kB protein expression and transcription activity caused by UVB radiation HaCaT cells, and inhibit the release of proinflammatory cytokines PGE-2 and the like, thereby inhibiting inflammatory reaction. UVB radiation causes cells to generate inflammatory reaction, the expression of the antibacterial peptide LL-37 is increased, the release of inflammatory factors PGE-2 and the like is inhibited, so that the inflammatory reaction is inhibited, after the inflammatory reaction is reduced, the expression of the antibacterial peptide LL-37 is reduced, and the regulation is adjusted to be in a balanced state, so that the regulation of LL-37 has important influence on the inhibition of the inflammatory reaction.
