an elastic plate (39) is fixedly arranged on the top wall of the interior of the condensation box (29), the elastic plate (39) is positioned between the two side plates (30) of the air storage chamber, and when the elastic plate (39) is in a balanced state, the bottom of the elastic plate (39) is in contact with the top of the sealing plate (36).
